Among many issues, I couldn’t get through this series because the FL screamed all of her lines which was really stressful

Cute fluffy drama, easy to watch and have on the background. I liked the ML but wasn’t particularly thrilled with the FL who has no on screen presence or charisma.

Best character for me is Wu Yi Jia who absolutely steals all the scenes he is in. Wortu the watch, but I get why people are divided on this.

I wasn’t a fan of the FL wither. She isn’t particularly charismatic and her acting ability isn’t that great… and she’s supposed to be this great beauty with charisma that everyone just gravitate towards…. but she just comes off like a weak sickly chick (baby chicken)… The ML is also not the greatest of actors, but tolerable.

10/10. Definitely worth the watch. So. satisfying.

I can’t stress just how good this drama is. It’s pretty much a perfection and perhaps the very best youth drama.

Perhaps the best youth drama. It’s so wholesome and beautiful that my heart aches. Well-acted, well-written, this is perfection.

Wayyyyy too many flashbacks. It almost feels like they’re filling in time because they have no budget for real and meaningful scenes that contribute to the story.

I enjoyed season 1, but season 2, it seems like the writing took a nosedive. Because there’s no shortage of shows, I’m dropping at episode 11.

Why is the rating for this show so low? It’s at the very least a strong 8!

The OST is really good.

The FL did a great job acting her role as a likable character, as this character the way she’s written could be annoying if acted by less seasoned actress. It has way too many flashbacks and the story isn’t too coherent, but It’s highly enjoyable and deserves higher than the current 7.9 rating. It’s a strong 8.

shame he’s not ml in more projects. He’s a well-rounded talented guy who seems to be underused in projects. He seems to be more popular in Japan than he is in Korea.

I love the constant reference to Ashes of Love, which the director and the screenwriter for this series also directed and wrote 😂

Kissing clause in dramas is fine, but why act in romance genre if the actor is going to be restrained and without chemistry?

I can’t even begin to tell you the number of dramas I dropped with him as ML in romance genre.

Watching now because I liked the actress from Yanxi and Hao Lan… and her acting here is pretty terrible, which is doubly awful because her character is also pretty terrible and not very likable.

Otherwise, the story seems okay.

I too think he reminds me of a young Miura Haruma.

YangZi is a lovely person, but it was really hard to watch the drama because of her character. The FL lacks logic, common sense, maturity, and I get that she’s a college student, younger, and sheltered, but for the life of me, I find her character so grating that it really made me want to drop the show a number of times.

That said, her character does grow on you and the story itself is filled with cute toe curling moments and great chemistry from the leads. The SFL and conflicts are nothing too outrageously and flat out evil, characters are a bit more nuanced, and is overall pleasing to watch.

It’s not a drama I’d recommend people or one I’d watch again.

I still rated this drama a 8 for the cute story, natural atmosphere, all the cute moments and good pacing without many (of any) filler scenes or characters. Cdrama’s RomCom is getting better and better.

I dropped early on because I couldn’t stand the actress yelling all of her lines. Literally triggered multiple migraines. I hear the story ia good though? 😢
