Ahhhh the climax! I thought it was so great the way they tied it up! I love this screenwriter, I've watched 3 of his works (SSS, JOL, YB) and enjoyed all of them.
The story didn't gave me that appeal. I need to forward most of the scenes. It's my first time to see the mainleads…
I didn't find this cliche at all lol, cliche to me is one that follows a plot which I expect and see often. This story was quite refreshing to me and I found myself laughing out loud for quite a few scenes and unexpected outcomes.
please be awared that this movie contains misleading details about the war. i didn’t watch it bc i don’t want…
Actually in all the episodes so far there isn't even a hint as to who they are battling, so there is no false information, unless you call fiction "false information".
I wouldn't believe everything I read on the net. Unless of course, coming from an ofiicial source.
Lol that gives a clue as to why it turned out the way it did. I just know after I finish this series I do not plan to watch anything by this director/screenwriter!

I feel the absolute opposite of you. I don't know if it is the director or writer that contributed most to how this end product turned out but the time skips are done terribly in my opinion. It literally feels like the first 15 episodes or so are fleshing out the relationship between GYY, GL and JNZ(which btw I don't think this was done nicely either, showing GL and GYY as "better friends" in the later episodes, but I don't see it in the first 15). After the war, people are broken. Then all of a sudden it's 5 years later and GYY is all happy, he is going to marry A Xiu, GL and JNZ have feelings for each other, and they give us this without showing us how it led to this turning point. I mean, emotionally how did JNZ all of sudden see GL as more than a friend? How did GYY learn to love A Xiu and vice versa? I think these are crucial moments that the audience needs to see otherwise it just doesn't make sense. From what I can see, the drama's focus is mostly on the relationship aspect, yet they have not fleshed this part out in a logical manner, leaving a lot to the imagination of the viewers. If I wanted to rely on my imagination, I would read a book. The book equivalent of the time skips would literally be "5 years later, A Xiu and GYY are happily married. GL and JNZ are together and love each other". It's akin to primary school writing.
