Hi Guys Need Spoiler 1. When are the main couple officially together?2. Is there Any Breakup ? If How Long ? 3.…
1. 19? But not sure what you mean by official. 2. Not really 3. Maybe but not really 4. He - very cute.
If you like entertaining cute romcoms focusing on comedy and somewhat making fun of the various drama cliches, the sit back and enjoy. But if you want the typical formulaic drama, then maybe it’s not for you. This drama has a bit of battle of the minds, pride and prejudice vibe but also some modern girl power themes. Its shine is the comedy in my opinion. It feels like they all had fun making this drama.
Just finished the drama. Yes, it stays true to focusing on its romance themes and didn’t get side tracked by court politics, family squabbles, war, etc. and the ending circles back to the beginning.
Acting was great! Finally, a good drama for Allen Fang to star in. Jelly Lin did not disappoint. didn’t realized I watched her years ago in that crazy quirky Mermaid movie directed by Stephen Chow. I also plan to watch Imperfect Victim where she won awards for. It’s just a bit serious and I’m not quite ready for that.
A Fun, lighthearted watch and much needed alternative to the angsty or boring dramas currently airing.
I find it very interesting how many people say that FL didn't cheat emotionally. If the ML or your Partner had…
Does it matter whether it’s defined as emotional cheating or not? I find the point of this story is that love and relationships require work. There always be bumps, temptations, aggravations, challenges that will test a marriage and a night percentage of marriages end in divorce. The fact that these two somehow manage to work through some pretty serious issues, compromise, and choose stay together is hopeful.
Interesting because it's so realistic. So much Kdrama and CDrama is just fantasy escapist, no one snores, goes…
Exactly! And felt honest. Come one - who are you kidding if you think that your life will be completely and unwaveringly dedicated to one person only forever? Reality is that love requires work, compromises, dedication, honesty, humility, a willingness to put the other person first and not just fluffy feelings to last.
Simple and fun omg the doctor is so cute but he’s a jerk lol
Yes - he’s friendly to all. Haha…. I love this actor (tseng Ching Hua). He is so talented. Laughed and Cried watching hello Ghost and ‘Oh No, here comes trouble’. And of course cried lots in Your name engraved here.
I really enjoyed watching this though I'm not a fan of how the ending did not resolve the issues they had in the…
It shows how we have to continue to put the other person first. It doesn’t end after the courtship is over. Their relationship struggled partly because he becomes lazy and complacent and didn’t think about her like back when he dated her. But it looks like he had a wake up call and may be reachable..
Sorry to divert, but on episode 17, Chen Xiu dressed as a male looks so like actor Wang Xing Yue. Am I going mad?
she would totally pull off as a male. You know, the female cross dressing here is pretty convincing compared to other dramas where they don’t even make an effort to look masculine.
I have been reading the comments above and felt that most of them are on drugs or on another plane of existence..…
Lol…. Hmmm… maybe a different drama for you. One that’s less aggravating. I remember watching The Simpsons the first time and was disgusted by it. Then fast forward many years later and I found it hilarious. Different preferences.personally, it’s hilarious to me. It’s such a not serious comical drama.
Ep 19-20 what a great pair of eps. I am so happy and excited for the collaboration. And they still manage to give us some humor as well. ‘You look familiar…..’ or the bickering between the Ml/Fl in public 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 these actors look like they’re having so much fun.
I love how the production crew manages to present to us a likeable character (FL) who normally we would hate - thinks highly of herself, scheming, manipulating, lying, sweet talking. It’s just crazy, but they pull it off and it’s comical. And even the silly fan girls are just that.. silly and simpleminded. Makes me think of those girls swooning over Gaston in Beauty and the Beast (Disney version) or the two stepsisters of Cinderella.
I wanna start this but... is this similar to Love in the desert? Are there any misunderstandings? Miscommunication?…
I just binged 18 eps and it’s definitely NOT like Love in the desert (yawn). It’s light hearted, silly ,funny with two parties (ML and FL) each with their own individual life goals who clash into each other by chance and thus starts a story where their paths will eventually align (I think). It has enough to fun moments to not be a bore. It’s been very angsty in dramaland lately and this is a much needed romcom.
I’m loving it! It’s light but filled with all the right rom com elements. In terms of triangle, you have the…
Well. I watched under the moonlight and that definitely started out with stronger 2ml. This one - the prince (SML) is no where close. Completely one way admiration and from the looks of it (at least by ep 18) he doesn’t stands a chance. The connection between the ml/Fl is pretty strong. These two are definitely partners in crime.
It’s hilarious because she’s so clueless in reading guys but is so sure she knows. Haha….she does resort to pretending to get other’s sympathy but the drama presents it in a way where you don’t hate her but instead hope she’ll be ok. She has a very resilient positive view whenever she hits a snag. Also, romance, is not her motivation. He’s always been the one to turn away ladies with his wit but he’s met his match.
Also, the main theme of this drama is about being free bird vs a caged.
