Qin’s been obsessed over FL, visiting her at the brothel and wanting to buy her back but she’s only refused him every time. He picks up girls and calls them Yulan and force feeds them in an effort to make up for having lost her. Still creepy.

They’re all just tolerating him b/c of his dad. I don’t want to spoil it for you but by the current airing ep 26, I’m liking him. He starts improving by eo 20-23 I think.

Yes - he doe get better. Yes, he’s an idiot right now. Pampered naive man child. As this puppy hangs out with her more, he’ll also slowly grow up. Some of his personality will still be his personality but he’ll become more respectful. I don’t think he knows she’s a she yet. That’s how clueless he is.

He will realize how his immature actions affect others and slowly grows from that. But it’s a process (like real life) and not an overnight transformation.

But I think Luo was meant to perish in that fire. Had she not gotten out to grab a midnight snack we would have no story. Her surviving was a mistake.

Yes, there are bigger shinier dramas with large fan bases airing right now. However, this drama is pretty good! I’m also enjoying Under the Moonlight which is an excellent drama without a large fan base.

Yes - such a delicate well woven story. I have grown to sympathize for the magistrate I and his predicament and to warm up to the silly carefree impulsive ML

Ok guys - I am enjoying this drama so much, I spent the time to write a review of it. It doesn’t have the visibility of the other current running dramas but really deserve more viewership.
