novel readers are actually pissed with the recent episodes showing how anle was going soft with the fake ziyuan…
Kinda wish they remained consistent to how the characters were originally written. I find the main leads all emote a little too much (not judging their acting just the way they were written for the series)
Reading all the comments about the supporting actors getting more screen time than the leads in 2 episodes; even…
Really? So awful, wasn’t this supposed to be a big budget or highly anticipated series? Yet they had to cut out scenes. It’s really sad when they cut scenes, especially the important ones that support the main plot. The cast and crew work so hard too.
I heard the supporting characters were given more of a role and screen time, I’d rather they use that time to focus on the main events, since the drama is a short one
He has a modem drama airing but female lead is 12 years older in real life, she looks great though. The story…
Ohhh wow Liu Tao - love her. I’m glad he got to play a sunny character, good contrast to his typical cold and chic roles (since he is funny irl). Maybe I should check it out
I kinda ship Lin Lang and LMX but the way he’s so in love with An Le I know it’s not going to happen too sad…
Lol i saw a post somewhere with a leaked script (think it was taken down) that LMX ends up loving LL in the end but she had already died. If it’s true then I’m NOT pleased as I fell for his character because of how he was devoted to one person (Anle) per the novel. Selfish of me since it’s nice if everyone has their own happy ending but cant help it!
I don’t fully blame her tbh. LMX told Anle that he will kill Di Cheng En if she stops being useful and right…
That’s a good point. I understand both sides tho, it isn’t right to treat ppl like chess pieces to be discarded but Anle needs to be realistic - revenge will hurt ppl. HY has definitely had a good influence on her. But if she is adamant on revenge, loss is sadly inevitable. LMX has played the bad guy to pave the way for her behind the scenes (he may be in the wrong but I think I’m just more disappointed that Anle seems more dense and less independent in the drama).
She has to be, I like that she's like this. In other dramas we see that the fl falls is love with ml and gives…
I agree. Tbh I don’t find her as cunning or manipulative as I had expected. She has been very conflicted and all I see is her constantly reminding herself of all who died but not much action cuhs she’s now in love with HY. Was hoping for more from her character tbh lol
I don’t blame An Le for suspecting LMX I mean I still found him sus for some reason I don’t think he’s just…
Loool i was just disappointed that she could even think he did that since they placed a fake one there for a reason. Killing the fake would not be beneficial for Anle - Anle was not thinking rationally
Does the fake DZY get this much “screentime” in the novel? Hope they don’t overdo it in the drama because I’m assuming the novel had a lot more things going on and to be addressed. We only have 39 episodes!
I thought the master strategist was Ren Anle . But the drama gave that role to official Luo instead. cdramas seem…
Yeah I don’t know how it played out in the novel, but considering how brilliant Anle is supposed to be I was disappointed with her character in recent episodes. She isn’t as rational and strategic as I expected. Still watching it because I’m biased with LMX loool
Spoiled myself with the raw episodes today and was disappointed that Anle misunderstood LMX in ep 14. I am not sure how it happened in the novel but I wouldn’t expect Anle to jump to conclusions so quickly since she is usually very bright and trusts LMX. Altho it’s understandable to not want to hurt the innocent, it is inevitable to have ppl indirectly involved in a revenge plot. Felt her thought process was a bit naive, especially since they need fake DZY as her coverup (why would LMX just kill fake DZY lol)
When LMX talked to the fake DZY about the past it seems he had already deemed CP as his enemy. But CP being the…
Yeah, it’s definitely to draw boundaries since LMX isn’t there to make friends, they have a mission. He does respect Hanye tho but because of what happened, they can never be friends. Even without the tragic past, technically Hanye is his opponent in love lol
I don’t know whether Im scared of Luo Ming Xi or I admire him 😬 He surely will do whatever it takes to protect…
Ppl say Hanye in the novel can be ruthless even tho he is kind, but LMX can be equally ruthless. Did you see those scenes where he looked forward to getting back at the ppl who gave Anle a hard time (those greedy officials?) He will not rest if someone hurts her. Love his character
Loving LMX’s character so much. I know Anle and Hanye are the OTP but I love to see LMX on screen and also his…
Yes I think her father asked LMX to take care of her when she was born. He has looked out for her all her life. His love for her is definitely no less than HY. Regardless of who she chooses, both men would make her happy. Sadly for LMX, she only ever saw him as a brother and chose HY. I know my second lead syndrome is gonna be bad with this one lol
I heard the supporting characters were given more of a role and screen time, I’d rather they use that time to focus on the main events, since the drama is a short one
