Oh, alright (:
I don't have much to say about QIHM and City Hunter because I don't/didn't really like them - haha :P.
I'm not watching anything right now, like at this instant if that's what you mean.

You mean you don't like Lee Dong Wook? I don't mind him, but I don't love him either. He's not something to get excited about - haha.
Oh yes, A Gentleman's Dignity (AGD) is a very well-organized rom-com. Much more mature and witty than Big. However, I find Big funnier, and I might be bias because my OTP wish finally came true. Getting back to AGD, it's great how the scriptwriter makes me enjoy every single couple's/character's scenes. Heck, I didn't even like some of the actors, but in this drama, she made everyone pleasant in my eyes - haha. They're a really great combo (those 4). The girls are pretty awesome too. I love Tae San's sister, Mae Ri.

Haha - I was just joking about "Mellow Land". I watch too many dramas, so I feel like I live in "Lalah/Mellow land".
What do you mean by why? Are you asking why I dropped Iljimae? If so, then I dropped it because I didn't care for the characters (really tried!). The politics also didn't hook me. As much as I love Han Hyo Joo, I couldn't feel attached or see the "epicness" others were seeing. I also thought the comedy was sometimes a little far-fetched. This is just my opinion though.

No problem! I really tried to stay away from the juicy details such as a description of the male protagonist. I think if you go into Bridal Mask blindly, it'll be much more thrilling. At least, that's what happened when I went into it blindly - haha. Heck, it took me a while to figure out who was the protagonist.
Truthfully, I didn't like Iljimae - haha. I actually tried watching it for the third time, but couldn't get into it.

Awwwshh... at least you went to work happy thinking about the drama (hopefully - haha).
Oh, you meant an actress that's not supremely talented, but makes you happy? On my list, I have Lee Yeon Hee and Han Ga In. I just love staring at their faces as creepy as it sounds - haha. As for actors, I'd say Yoon Kye Sang. I always loved his appearance and presence. He lights up the screen for me (:
You should watch Bridal Mask!!! That's one of my other addiction. I feel like that's all I ever talk about nowadays - haha!
Tell me how episode 4 of Ghost goes ^^.

I'll try my best to give you a summary. It's a pretty complex story, but I'll give you a nutshell of it. Never was good at writing a summary ^^;.
I will keep the details minimal, since I strongly believe it'll be a more interesting experience for you.
Bridal Mask is based on a comic set in the 1930s. It was a period in which the Koreans were under Japanese rules. If you have seen Iljimae or heard of Robin Hood, those heroes share very similar backgrounds. The masked vigilante basically fights for justice. He wears a "bridal mask" to protect his identity and to save the commoners from the corrupted Korean government who works under the Japanese rules.
The story is quite raw and dark. The characters are also very intriguing because they complement the tone of the drama.
I must tell you that I've never witnessed such a male protagonist in any Korean dramas up-to-date.

Yes, Nam Sang Mi does have a nice smile :). She is very cute also. I completely understand what you mean by some actresses or actors' appearances brightens your mood. Lee Min Jung is one of them for me.
Oh, I totally forgot about Time Between Dog and Wolf, and Gourmet.
Haha-hope you got to work on time!
Yeah, I'm gonna put Ghost on halt for now. No worries! You're definitely not pressuring me (:

True. I might do the same thing as you. Skip parts here and there. I just said I'd drop it out of disappointment, I guess - haha? Lame excuse *cough cough.
So Ji Sub is a good actor, but I don't see any Choi Daniel similarities. I ain't feeling the change. I thought it'd be more subtle.
Nam Sang Mi is your favorite actress? Boy, I haven't seen her in a while. I believe it was since Sweet Spy :O! So long ago - haha.

Uhhh... I don't think Ghost is something like City Hunter. It's more like Iris, except with less epic actions and more mystery/investigation. I don't really watch many Korean crime dramas, so sorry ^^;.

Well, the first two episodes of Ghost were very good. In fact, the second episode was a nail-biting type of experience for me. However, I was truly disappointed with the third episode. It felt like a random filler. I'm going to give it another chance sometime, but episode 3 was a big downhill when compared to episode 2. You can try it, and judge for yourself (:. You might like it - haha.
Awww.. that's so nice of you (:

Oh, I didn't realize that Big is based on the Hollywood movie by the same title. Now that I think of it, yeah, very similar plot.
Me too. I don't really like The Hong Sisters. Their work can be a total miss or a total hit. I was obsessed with My Girl and My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, and let's say the rest were not attractive for me. I have a feeling Big is gonna be something I like. It's true that some of their dramas can be annoying rather than cute. Like some of them feel very childish and silly. In fact, a lot of them are lame slapstick/cheap comedy. Their scripts are never really their strong points, IMO. It's the actors that deliver them that counts or makes the script better than they actually are. Imagine having other actors play in Big - haha.

I couldn't wait any longer, so I plunged into Ghost - haha! Man, I'm so disappointed. I swear, I fell half-asleep at times. The feel to the third episode is completely different than the second episode. It's as if everything has been dumbed down. The pacing is so slow also. There were just so many useless/random girls. Do they have to show us like 3 girls getting murdered? I think I'm gonna drop it until I hear better news about it. Yeah, I also found myself looking at other stuff on the internet and putting the drama on background mode - haha. I was so excited for the third episode, since the second episode was a nail-biting experience.
Episode 3, for some reason, made Lee Yeon Hee's weak acting abilities even more apparent. I love her as a person (from what I can tell - haha), but she's not a good actress at all. I don't understand why they picked her to play a cop. She's too passive.

Same here about Hong Sisters. It's true that their dramas can be a total bomb or a total hit. I was obsessed with My Girl and My Girlfriend is a Gumiho before. The rest were just bullocks!
I also disliked TGL very much. The storyline was BAD. The jokes were lame and stupid. The OTP was cheesy.
Haha - you sound like my mother. She also dislikes Cha Seung Wong, and calls him cheesy. I don't mind him, but he's nothing to be excited over about. He looks very fake though (not plastic surgery fake, but just smt about his face makes me cringe at times).
The only drama I love of Kim Sun Ah is My Name is Kim Sam Soon. It's just too unfortunate that her dramas after MNIKSS isn't on par with it. She's such a wasted talent. She's one of the top rom-com actresses for me. I do, I do is an insult for her...

I never watched Crucible, but yes, he is in there (:
Haha - I always watch many dramas at the start, but then I start to eliminate some as time goes on. The beginning is mostly refreshing or at least I tend to be patient at the start.
I'm currently watching:
1) Bridal Mask - It's a must-watch. I know my fav out of the batch I'm watching keeps on changing, but this one is a very special drama.
2) Big - Most funny one out of the lot. Love the OTP ;)
3) I do, I do - mehhhh... not very exciting. On the verge of dropping it - haha.
4) Ghost - I think I'm going to drop this one because I can't take the slow pace. Truthfully, very rare Korean crime dramas attract me.
5) Dr.Jin - It's good so far
6) A Gentleman's Dignity - Most organized rom-com out of the lot. After-all it's written by the Secret Garden writer(s) - haha.
Though the premise is similar to City Hunter but Gaksital is way richer in the story and almost all the events…
Yay! I'm not alone - haha.
It's true that it depends on people's preferences. Some will say that Joo Won exaggerates a lot, while others (like myself) will say that Min Ho is too stiff. However, there is no doubt that Joo Won has more range to him. He can take on a more layered character in a way that he can act as a villain and hero interchangeably. I can't imagine Lee Min Ho ever looking so menacing.

I totally understand your love for Queen Seon Duk. I remember when I was watching it while it aired... man, was I desperate - haha! Mishil is spectacular (both the actress and the character). It's really rare for a villain to outshine or be on par a hero/heroine, but she's one of them. I love how witty and malicious she actually is... then again, I'm stating what I can remember only. Mishil vs Deokman is what makes this drama so amazing for me. My love for Queen Seon Duk still goes on and on. I loved their smart conversations. I won't spoil anything, since you're still early in the series.
I don't know if I'll finish Queen In Hyun's Man, since I have so many atm - haha. Truthfully, it's uninteresting.
Big is really funny. The best rom-com in terms of actually "laughing out loud" that is airing at the moment. I don't know if it's your cup of tea though. It's another Hong Sisters script.
