It's quite alright :). My memory tends to fail me as well. The only reason I remembered so clearly was because you're the only one I know who have listed Beautiful Days - haha.
Yeah, school is a pain. Hope your portfolio goes well :).
Aww...I was expecting the more recent Ghost episodes to be on the same level as last week's episodes. I'm gonna wait till school is over to watch its following episodes. Then again, I might watch it if I can't wait no longer - haha.
I love your reviews on both ep for Big ^^. The 1st ep also hooked me immediately. It usually takes time for me to adapt to a newdrama, but this one just made me go gaga immediately - haha. Even some of my now favorite dramas didn't have a great first episode, so I was really surprised! I also came in with high expectation, and it lived up to it.
By the way, are you currently watching Bridal Mask? Totally a must-watch.

Hi Rita ^^!
How are you doing? ^^
Got bored of The Princess's Man - haha? I understand if it's not your cup of tea.
By the way, I think you'd like Bridal Mask. It's set in the olden times, but not in Joseon era... rather the time when Korea was under Japanese rule (around the early 1900s). If you've watched Capital Scandal, then it's set in a similar environment/time period. I'm really digging the whole politics (kinda confusing for me still... so many characters - haha). Joo Won is really great in here too.

Hi Bladey ^^!
How are you finding Bridal Mask and Queen Seon Duk (:?

I see. I'm watching around 6 dramas atm, so my hands are full - haha.
Yes, Gong Yoo is so versatile. I was very much into him during his Coffee Prince days. In fact, I might obsess over him once more because of Big - hehe. He's not exactly handsome in my book, but he's so damn charming and attractive.
OTP = one true pairing :)
I've always wanted Lee Min Jung and Gong Yoo to pair off because they're one of the few Korean stars who act natural when it comes to a comedy or a lovey-dovey scene ^^.
Lee Min Jung isn't in Glass Slippers? Unless there's another drama by that title that I do not know of.
Big is super hilarious - haha! My favorite rom-com in a while actually. Then again only 2 episodes have aired ^^;.
Gahhh... if this is a masterpiece then I feel rather insulted. I can't comment much further since I haven't finished the drama. However, I would like to add that out of the six episodes that I have watched, I only find the OTP scenes interesting/cute. The Joseon era feels rather plain. I don't know if it's the way it was set up or I'm just out of it, but it never hooked me. In fact, I will admit to fastforwarding some parts whenever they came back to the Joseon era. The evil dude seems to be sitting at the same place the whole time thus far - haha.
I also don't dig the OTP's acting when they have individual screen-time. In other words, I enjoy when they're together, but when they're alone ... let's just say they need more acting experience.
Though the premise is similar to City Hunter but Gaksital is way richer in the story and almost all the events…
I strongly concur. To be honest, I'm one of the few that didn't enjoy City Hunter. I thought it was very much sugarcoated and the actors were stern looking. I felt like they feared about their outer appearance too much that it barricaded them from acting to their fullest potential. The plotline was also generically loose. Sorry for rambling, but all in all, it was utterly disappointing.
Bridal Mask feels a lot more organized and the story is not dumbed down. The story is very compelling and the way the events play out is logical, believable, and exciting. The acting from these newer stars are brilliant thus far. Joo Won oozes talent at the moment. He's the true action star (sorry to burst your bubbles, but Lee Min Ho should get some lessons from him). Joo Wonshows every ounce of emotion on his face and body movements. Ahhh! I can feel love in the air already - haha.

Hmm... I enjoyed Face/Off a lot. If you ever do watch it, please tell me - haha.
I remember we talked about Beautiful Days, since you typed it's so rare that people like Beautiful Days, and I concur.
Yes, I'm also a movie/drama junkie. I know a handful of Korean dramas and movies. If I add all of my hours devoted in front of a computer/tv watching movies/dramas.
I have so many dramas on my hand right now, and school is still shrouding my free time! I'm trying to limit the dramas I'm currently watching, so I'll catch up on Ghost most likely in 2 weeks (when school is over - haha).

I see that you also love Coffee Prince. In fact, Gong Yoo is in a new drama called Big. It's really good so far! I thought you might enjoy him there, especially since it's his drama comeback.
Lee Min Jung is also really amazing in there! My OTP dream came true - hehe.

Hi educto1 ^^!
Thanks for the friend request. Yay, we both love Secret Garden ;).
I really really like it so far, let's hope it won't disappoint me. Not only it is funny, but also this guy who…
It feels very much like Secret Garden at some parts. Besides, it's written by the same person... so I have my faith in her/him - haha.

Same here! I actually stopped midway through first episode because I thought it was going to be another typical Korean crime drama. I usually don't like Korean crime dramas because they never render to my taste. However, I decided to give it another shot and was hooked! I was officially hooked on episode 2 though. Totally didn't expect it - haha. Now it kinda reminds me of Face Off (not in a bad way). I loved Face Off anyhow.
No need to apologize ^^. I like hearing your thoughts/opinions - haha.
Wow, I feel honored that you read through my profile of first list - hehe :$.

I don't think it's a high budget drama though - haha.
They're not horrible actors, but they're not very experienced enough for this kind of drama, IMO.
Haha - there aren't a lot of characters that are exciting either. I only like watching the OTP scenes. The rest are boring to be frank.
It's so true that the evil guy from the Joseon era has been sitting at the same spot for a while - haha!
I'm putting it on halt for now. The only reason I started watching it was because there was nothing else. Now, I have too many dramas on my hand.
No problem ^^! Please do update if you ever decide to watch Dr.Jin.

Haha - just have to randomly pop in and say that I love your avatar! Ghost is so good atm!!
My brain is unable to comprehend the ending; I loved this drama so fucking much but what's with the ending? I…
I honestly don't think Jae Hyuk's mother killed Young Gul. She was one of the sane characters left (including Anna). The dinner table scene tells how obvious she hates meddling in the competitive and malicious business world.
I watched the first episode and couldn't bring my self to watch the 2nd one - I'm thinking to give this drama…
@ xnopex: Yes, I'm surprised that they stretched the drama for 20 episodes long. It could have been shortened down.
Anyway, this drama is very artsy - haha. The cinematography was marvelous. Beautifully shot indeed. I guess that sorta compensates for the slow and boring parts.
My favorite drama out of the batch I'm watching atm ^^!

I'm actually watching many dramas atm. I might drop a couple after some time because whenever I watch the first few episodes, I tend to be pretty patient since they're new.
I'm currently watching I do, I do (pretty good), Ghost (crime stuff... it's ok so far), The Bridal Mask (a little weird, but unique), A Gentleman's Dignity (good/great), and Dr.Jin (probably my favorite out of the lot right now).
Ouhh! Have you seen Dr.Jin the Japanese one? You should definitely check out the Korean one. It's my favorite time travelling one atm (surpassing RTP and Queen In Hyun's Man if it keeps going at the rate it's going).

Yes, I went into Queen In Hyun's Man because of raving reviews and comments. Though, I must say that there's something lacking. I love the moments b/w the main leads like you. However, they lack emotion. I can see some chemistry b/w the two, but the acting isn't on par with the chemistry... hence, they feel inconsistent for me. In other words, they work well together to a certain degree, but when they're alone their weak acting abilities really show. It's such a waste because the script is so nice. It's much better organized than RTP honestly... but the acting damages the overall experience for me.
I'm sorry but the leading girl is not ready to BE THE LEADING GIRL. She always passes off as whiny and fake to me. Hmmm... I guess every actress needs to start somewhere, ehh? :)
Yeah, school is a pain. Hope your portfolio goes well :).
