Even if alot of you dislike Mok Dan, Kang To loves her not RaRa :P Also how come so many people are starting to…
If you say that Mok Dan is just a normal girl then so is Bella Swan from Twilight. There are a lot of female characters who are just ordinary, but they believe they're more than that. Honestly, Mok Dan isn't an ordinary or normal girl. She's perfect.
Even if alot of you dislike Mok Dan, Kang To loves her not RaRa :P Also how come so many people are starting to…
Well, to me, Mok Dan is written in a stereotypical way. So you are right that he likes her because she's written that way.
Standing up for what you believe in doesn't make you a unique individual. Every character on the good side always have that trait in them. They just have to make use of it as to show how they are different than the other characters who also stand up for what they believe in. Honestly, Mok Dan, Dam Sa Ri, and the comrades hold no difference in this respect.
guys, the acting is one of the many aspects that make this drama gr8, if mok dan wasnt there then all we'd c is…
The acting aside from Jin Se Yun is great. It's just anyone else can play the role of Mok Dan. Se Yun doesn't play Mok Dan in a way that I'll remember. It is either that or the character of Mok Dan is far too flat. I can't help, but say that Mok Dan as a whole hinders Bridal Mask to a degree for me.
Who said that if we remove Mok Dan, RaRa will have a one-sided love thing going? The scriptwriter can adjust to no Mok Dan in a different way. It's not the best way to get out of this situation, but it's manageable.
Mok Dan doesn't even play a quintessential part. She is just there to branch off Kang To's character. She doesn't have unique traits that would make her a unique individual. Compare her to all the K-drama female protagonists. They all have the same structure.
I find Mok Dan's characterization awfully weak and 2D. She is predictable, and perfect. When a character is near…
Rie is no way as useless as Mok Dan.
She's also not as mentally strong as Mok Dan, hence, she loses to Shunji many times. The only reason she appears so strong is because men fall to her will due to her beauty and her father.
I quite disagree on the part that Rie would be long dead without Katsuyama. I think Mok Dan would have been long dead without Bridal Mask. Rie knows how to manipulate people, and what does Mok Dan know? How to be brazen?
Even if alot of you dislike Mok Dan, Kang To loves her not RaRa :P Also how come so many people are starting to…
I love Shunji's character.
It's not a matter of who's more evil, and cruel. It's a matter of who's a more layered character.
RaRa and Shunji are layered, and Mok Dan simply doesn't have depth.
Mok Dan is 2D. She's actually the worst character in Bridal Mask, IMO. She is a stereotypical female Korean drama character. Hence, Kang To would like her. All male characters fall for these type of girls.
I'm starting to like Ueno Rie. O_o
It's probably just me. Yeah I know.
Mok Dan is stereotypical. On top of that, she's too passive and preachy for my liking.
Rie deserves love, while Mok Dan has more love than she deserves, IMO. It'd be a miracle if Kang To ever falls for Rie. I'd do anything for that to happen because I'm just so bored of Miss Perfect.
Haha - I also wanted Shunji to like Rie when he made her wait like an hour.
I think Katsuyama would be most fitting for her though.
I find Mok Dan's characterization awfully weak and 2D. She is predictable, and perfect. When a character is near…
Yes, I'm also much more invested in Rie atm.
I think both Jin Se Yun and Mok Dan equally annoy me.
Before the revelation, I let it slip because I understood why Mok Dan acted the way she acted with Kang To. However, when the cat was out of the bag, the emotion just didn't hit the right chords. Mok Dan only gives glares or puppy eyes. The actress doesn't seem to be doing a lot of emoting on top of her already 2-D character.
I'm starting to like Ueno Rie. O_o
It's probably just me. Yeah I know.
Nope. I've jumped ship too. Mok Dan is so annoying right now. I used to like her fiery side, but now it has become repetitive. Her repetitive fiery side cannot out-shadow her underdeveloped character.
Rie has become much more interesting.
I swear whenever Mok Dan appears, I feel less excited.
I find Mok Dan's characterization awfully weak and 2D. She is predictable, and perfect. When a character is near perfect there is not much you can do to improve them. She has been the same throughout the journey.
Am I the only one who's getting tired of her puppy eyes, and her emotionless glares - haha?

My pleasure (:
I agree that in TPM, they have such awesome chemistry. I think it was largely due to how both actors put in equal amount of efforts. Moon Chae Won is one of the few Korean actresses who acts really naturally when it comes to romantic scenes. It's usually the guys who do all the work. Though, not in this case!
I don't know about you, but I thought the recent BM episode was somewhat of a let-down. I'll give it a second try now that I know what is to come (:
Oh yes, QSD is great! I think you should definitely give it a chance. It might be a little slow at first, but the villain is on par with our protagonist. That's always a thumbs up! In order for the hero to stand out, there needs to be a villain just as strong ;).
I honestly think it's worth more than 28 episodes thus far (:

Thanks for the friend request (:
I'm also a fan of Moon Chae Won and Joo Won. Well, I've became a supreme fan of Joo Won now that I'm watching Bridal Mask. Bridal Mask is such a drug!

I see that you also love The Princess's Man.
Yup, I'm super addicted to Bridal Mask at the moment - haha.
Scored 8.85 by 352 users when it doesn't finish airing until the end of August? This is just ridiculous.
ep 1 rating + ep 2 rating + ... + ep 17 rating + ep 18 rating (?).... = overall rating
The overall rating can change as the drama progresses as more episode accumulates.
The remaining episodes are undetermined for the obvious reason. I usually average out each episode rating.
Honestly, it really depends on how you're looking at it.
For me, Bridal Mask is ranked as my favorite drama despite it hasn't finished airing yet. Why? Well, IMO, ep 1 to ep 17 is enough of a reason. They're better than some of the completed dramas. Of course, this can change if the pacing of the drama changes in the future. I'm just judging from what they have given me thus far (:

Oh, I stopped on episode 12 of Big (I believe). He still didn't wake up yet. It's such a bummer!
I love the Count and the Countess from Bridal Mask. Just a random thought... Though, the scene of Konno and Taro that you typed about was definitely funny - haha.
Hope you're enjoying Bridal Mask again - haha :P.

I've put Big and I do, I do on hold for now since I'm somewhat busy. Though, Big is not interesting anymore for me - haha. I lost interest in it.
Honestly, I'm only really into Bridal Mask at the moment. It's a must-watch every week for me :P.

Haha - I laughed at you saying "Bridal Mask grrr!".
Oh, I never knew about that. Hmmm... thanks for the insight on Shunji's character (like a person who doesn't have a conscience).
Actually, I know quite a few Korean people. Most of them don't watch their own dramas - haha. I guess they don't really like it, since they don't really watch them. It seems like Korean dramas appeal a lot more to people abroad rather than to their own people.
AGD has been quite a disappointment lately. I'm talking about the recent 4 episodes. They were just repetitive and predictable. They could have been shortened down to 2 episodes instead. It's not bad, but there's no more spice to it.

Thanks! Hope to read from you around - hehe.
It's not only a drama with the usual love triangle going on. It has many elements attached to it. So it's pretty much a full-package in my book.
I see that you like Iljimae and City Hunter. Well, this is a similar genre to those.
