I get what you're saying, but is that not what they tried to portray with Rak's Dad? Which brings us back to the original comment. To watch something for entertainment but still hold prejudice against the community that they are finding entertaining?

I'm a gay person. I can't speak for the community, but to get excited over a gay romance and gay sex, no matter how fictionalized, to only then continue a narrative in life that we are unnatural, wrong, disgusting and will be forever damned, so that they can pretend they aren't as a wrong as we are, that doesn't sound messed up to you?

I think you've managed to sum up why I feel so rattled with this episode. This just pissed me off. If there wasnt only one episode left I would rage quit LOL I've been ignoring the whole Oh thing but this just left bad taste in my mouth from a show I've been genuinely loving every Sunday.

It has always played in my mind too, and now we know why.
The whole over top perfect family was the big red flag I shrugged off as just thai humour and now I see that it was very deliberate.
Mum and Dad have created this perfect little bubble that has caused all of Rak's problems. Being babied, not being able to say no, and the consequences of that. Being stalked and assaulted and still can't say anything because of the fear of Mom and Dad's reactions because he was drunk. What was he planning to do to Rak when he grabbed him by the wrist?
I was still ready to listen to him until mum said she was disappointed to? LOL
Now I'm just like, wow, Domundi really wanted to trigger the shit out of me with this show LOL

oh, yeah, and then there was Rak apologizing to Oh later on. Now that we're nearly at the end, I feel like the final rating is going to be lower than I anticipated lol

I wonder if the director/editors were reading the comments of us all enjoying our weekly serotonin fix and cackled evily to themselves whilst doing it. Should of known that sugar, sweet, perfect family glaze was a veneer for being the typical, 'Do what I tell you because I love you,' parents. Seriously, thoses are themes for horror films and in real world, that is in fact emotional abuse.
Rak was assaulted in ep. 1 and then forgotten about, so I should have expected to be hit again but the sugar high got me. I was deceived lol

Only the writers know with a character like that 😂 everything's been a secret until the last minute. Ep. 11 is going to be fun lol

If I didnt know the flow of this story, I would be expecting someone to die because there was a lot of 'I will do anything for you' happening this week LOL That doesn't rule out someone getting hurt though. Also, if Pepper's character knows that Bison and Fadel can't leave, what makes him think that he can leave?
Also, Also, Fadel's ex disappeared. So he could still be alive and could turn up again later. Lily said hire the guy from two years ago. What if Fadel's ex is also a hitman, wouldn't that be fun? LOL xD
Also, Also, Also, I want to believe that Kant's parent's death is tied to Bison and Fadel's parent's death too because, I just like things being tied up like that lol

I only started watching last year myself and I still get a bit lost trying to attach names to faces LOL You'll see Dunk and some other names regularly being criticized. It's the same everywhere unfortunately.

The Boss is giving me the creeps now. How did he get the impression that Heng had accepted his feelings? I can roll with Heng not speaking up because he's a big man child and I expect his relationship with Mo to do that, as much as a show like this will allow anyway. But I hope they don't go full on with this because it makes my skin crawl a bit.
I'm still enjoying everything else though, surprisingly. I want to see Mo slap some sense into Heng finally lol

I remember I dropped Hidden Agenda, I just got bored lol but I remember Dunk's line delivery feeling off for me in that one. He kept smacking his lips and sighing a lot before speaking. He doesnt do this in Star in Mind, which I enjoyed and thought he was adorable in it. So I came to the conclusion that sometimes, what he/and other's like him, are being criticized for, he may have been told to do just simply for the character expression. He's most certainly not doing it here and is playing Style with ease.
In the last episode, his crying was a little stifled for me because I was waiting for a music cue and it came in half way through the scene, which was odd but that's an editing choice. And then ofc Khao was right next which just isnt fair lol

that appears to be the main problem for most. The expectation of action. I had only to see the word comedy and I knew to just sit back and enjoy the ride lol I'm learning that thai bl's seem to be all rom-coms just with some extra flavourings of whatever the plot is.

Fleetwood Mac's song Little Lies was playing in my head so then I had to go listen to it and thought, oooo, that's a good song for this show and now my Friday night will be rewatching all the episodes so far LOL We are only 2 weeks into 2025 and I'm already a little obsessed. I'm going to need a party for whatever series manages to beat this LOL
