Can someone tell me what happened to the ratings? I haven't watched the drama yet (I was waiting for it to wrap…
The plot lost its essence & the characters are turning out to be inconsistent.
The filler scenes are multiplying with each ep, which makes your finger linger on the skip icon.
But you realize that you almost ended up skipping 60% of the show & end up dropping it at the 10 ep or so.
The only saving grace of this drama is the beautiful cinematography, soulful OST & amazing acting. If not for them, the rating would be a 4 instead of 8.
This drama is projecting "heavily romanticized" ideas about business.
Has building a 'Smart City' become so simple that even a high school drop out can handle ? I'm sorry but it's beyond me.
The message of this drama is "Be bold & take risks. You may fail but you can succeed too." Great, but who defines the scale of the risk ? Ridiculous risks are equal to foolishness. It will only end up hurting everyone.
We all know about cases like 'Google Glass', 'Windows Vista', 'Google +' & 'HP touchpads' (which were sold at a loss, and it is estimated the company lost hundreds of millions on the product in all). Even mid-scale risks taken by big corporations resulted in heavy loses. How can a small company handle the consequences of a big risk ?
It's not just about taking risks. You are responsible for all the events which result from taking up that risk.
A few may be ultra-lucky & have a happy ending like our leads but many of them will get lost in the sea. An immature & ambitious sailor can even end up spilling oil in the ocean.
If you want to paint a rose tinted view of the world & decorate it with rainbows & unicorns, you are more than welcome. We all love to watch it & it makes us feel good. But please label it as 'Fantasy' not 'Youth motivation' or 'Business'.

It's cringe worthy. I understand where NDS is coming from but what is impractical remains impractical. Magic doesn't happen just because an overly idealistic pair hope for it.
As DS's dad says, anything which happens at a quick pace is bound to leave some people behind. Innovation is great but it should fit the needs of the society & any business involving investors should have a clear & logical framework.
• "You are MY dream" & • "I will help you achieve YOUR dream"
》The first one implies that 'My happiness depends on you, so I'll do anything to end up with you'.
》The second one implies that 'I care for you & I'll do anything to make sure that you don't get hurt and reach your goals safely'.
I think it will be really hard to deal with someone who believes you to be his dream. He has an idealized version of you & the moment you deviate from it, the relationship will start showing cracks.
Irrespective of the ending, I think it will forever bother me how important the Letters were and how they were…
If they made NDS write the letters anonymously to DM & made HJP pretend to be the first love of DM due to Grandma's request, the story would make much more sense.
Obviously DM will not have feelings for the fake one & will end up with DS. Here the essence of the letters is preserved and DS & JP could have a better relationship too.
All the characters would get to shine equally in their unique way & none of them would be sad for years together.
Ok so in the interview in Swoons, like the first ever in history for a second lead, KSH tells the audience the…
"Well we can only guess all those little details were given by the directornim and were not in the script because they actually liked KSH as an actor a lot so they made him shine"
Or they were just improvisations from KSH as he is thoughtful & attentive in general.
Whether it's Team DoDal or Team JiDal, everyone in this comments section agrees that HJP deserves a happy ending.…
DM ending up with him at this point will only hurt him. He will always be insecure about DS, will be walking on eggshells to make sure he doesn't hurt her & will sacrifice the rest of his life for making her ridiculous & impractical dreams come true.
Why does he have to go through this mess ? He definitely deserves better.
Just wanna ask you all if on Sunday HJP is the endgame (unlikely to happen but 1% bet) how much change will be…
Doesn't matter. It's still a 5 for me. I don't like it when dramas lose their original flavor.
They absolutely failed in making a good business drama & the so called love triangle just left a bitter after-taste.
It would be have been better if they stuck with one genre or if they managed to stike a balance.
The fact that I am enjoying "Cinderella & the four knights" better than "Start-Up" isn't surprising for me anymore. If someone predicted this during Ep 4 /6 , I would just laugh in disbelief. That's the amount of disappointment this drama caused. I can't help giving it a 5.
If I rate it high just because of KSH, it wouldn't be fair. I loved IONTBO due to the actors but I gave it a 7 as I couldn't watch the last 3 eps due to the ridiculous plot twist.
Weibo's "Hallyu Fan Page," that provides news of Korean dramas and singers, has recently frequently featured photos of #KimSeonho. Chinese fans called him as "Our New Prince."
"Can he be erased from the story already ?"
Unpopular opinion :
We need DS. He makes us realize the true value of a character like JP.
"Weirdly enough the wrestling comment is accurate given Dosan's aggressive tendencies." Lol ><
And please refrain from making personal comments regarding the actors or the users. It just makes you & your comments look less respectful.

This is awesome ! If you free load on others ship, you definitely don't need a map. So this is what our DS understood.
I thought he finally figured out the metaphor but he gave it his own meaning instead. A creative genius indeed. >.<

Can't agree more.
In which Silicon Valley will people dare to get physical with their mentor & judge of the 'Demo day' ?
