There is something off about the writing in this show and I can't put my finger on it. It's making it ordinary instead of extraordinary. I do however like that the ml is actually shy, which I don't think I've ever seen before. I like that the fl is laid back as well.

Flashback scene of fl as a child. She didn't seem to know the woman asking about her mother was lying about her health. She only realized she was lying later when they were inside her home.

Nice third episode, but I noticed a possible plot hole...

2nd episode was better than the 1st.

I just finished the first episode and I loved it. So funny and heartwarming. And what a talented child actor.

Ahhh I was starting to think I was an alien haha and I'm glad you liked the long rant review. It's nice to know someone else feels the same way I do about this show. And yes I actually made a comment a few months ago under the untamed page here, and so many people responded back to me for days trying to convince me that this drama was the best thing since sliced bread. I ended up deleting my comment. You're right about them being "feral." I think untamed fans really want everyone in the world to love this drama as much as they do, but that's not realistic. I was suggested to read the source material, but honestly a show should be able to stand on its own and not be so confusing. It seems like a lot of effort just to be entertained lol.

Reread my review, It was 10 episodes this time my friend. I tried to watch it 3 seperate occasions over the years. The furthest I've gone is 13 episodes. I think I gave it a pretty fair chance.

Yup, the actors fit their roles well and I'm intrigued enough to keep going and see how this story plays out.

Looking at my profile, you'll see I've seen all kinds of dramas. Some dramas can pull off multi-genre seamlessly and others just can't...for example, jokes fall flat, serious topics are taken too lightly, romance is forced and seems inappropriate when the previous scene was of a m*rder or r*pe. And funny you mentioned Strong woman do bong soon, because I absolutely hated that drama for the exact reasons I gave above.

It seems to be pulled in too many directions. You have the fl and her tarot shop/ cases, ml being some award winning composer, sketchy murder? past, a slew of characters introduced that live in the town, a Kpop singer that's possibly in love with ml, super natural powers an how that came to be, and lastly a mystery plot with some town attacker on the prowl. That's a lot for a 1st episode lol. Also the tone isn't consistent. As if this drama doesn't know if it should be a romance, mystery, horror, or comedy. I don't hate it, but I'll wait and see..

First episode, had an interesting first half, messy second half. I'm not seeing a cohesive plot so far and I can already smell annoying side characters. Hope it gets better.

Right, I get that some characters are supposed to be innocent and maybe gullible, but some shows go too far. I ended up dropping this drama because of the fl and toxic ml. Whole story was moving so fast as well.

Nothing I hate more than a child like gullible dumb as rocks fl.

I'm still not over this drama and I don't think I ever will be. I think it's time for a rewatch ❤
