Overall the story was good. It wasn't great, but it wasn't the worst thing I've ever seen either. It did irritate me that out for 90% of the series Minato is constantly rebuffing Shin's affections, even when alone, and then when he finally starts to get comfortable enough to admit his affections to Shin, or at least stop hiding, Shin loses his memories. I know not a lot of people dont like the Amnesia trope, but I feel like in this case it did help because it forced Minato to be the pursuer in the relationship and I think that that actually helped in the long run. While yes, for a little bit he did run away because of the pain he was in, I liked that in the final episode he realized that he couldn't be without Shin. I really liked that he told him he wanted to get back together with him before he knew that Shin's memories were back and that he told him, essentially, that he would be the holder of their memories. Also, Asuka and Shu's relationship was so damn cute! They definitely helped me power through this series. While this drama definitely wasn't perfect and again Minato did aggravate me through a lot of it, it definitely wasn't the worst. I wouldn't rush out to watch this again, but I did enjoy it for the most part. Plus, the small upside there was no stupid love triangle like they usually do. They did have that one small moment of jealousy, but it didn't last long so that adds to the pros for me.

I'm definitely going to have to watch it today or tomorrow. I have about 13 shows I'm currently watching, 1 of which ends today, and alot of them air Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Plus I have FirstKhao's livestream I bought a ticket for that is on Saturday at 1am my time, so my weekend is super busy 😆 Yeah, it definitely feels like a drug and I think I may have a problem 😅 I'm ok with that though 🤭

I finished episode 10 and now I'm stuck.. I am torn between finishing the series cause I only have 2 episodes left or not wasting 2 hours of my time on a series that has just been a huge dissapointment.. Every time I go to press play I feel very meh and that's not how I want to feel when I'm watching a series.

Well, except for Robert's existence 😒 He definitely has a purpose and moves the story along, but I still hate his guts and wish he would disappear 😤😡

It's so nice to find a positive comment amidst all the other ones just repeatedly saying how terrible this is 🙄 Everyone is definitely entitled to their opinion, but its just sucks that the comment section is bogged down with all the negative comments basically just saying the same thing. The dubbing honestly never bothered me, it just adds to my amusement. Same with the internal dialogue. So many people hate it and can't seem to follow it, me..I find it hilarious most of the time. Especially Luv and Thad's! I definitely would have preferred their voices instead of the dub, but I'm enjoying the series nonetheless 😊
I cant believe that first, Akira lies to Shin about them dating. To an extent I understand why he wanted to, but I still thinks its messed up to lie to someone about that. Then when he finally does tell him, he only tries two different past memories before saying 'You dont feel the same as me.' 'I think we should go back to being friends until your memories come back.' I'm sorry.. what the fuck! You are only going to try two things, three if you include the date, and then just give up 🙄 I shouldnt be surprised because its Akira, but it is still really disappointing. I understand this is painful for him, but imagine how Shin is feeling as well. He's feeling jealousy for a guy he doesnt really know and its very clear he is having even small romantic feelings for Akira. He then gets told they were dating only for hours later the guy to say they should go back to being friends until his memories come back, not even letting him say anything.. Again, I understand its really painful for Akira, but Shin is part of that relationship to and should've gotten a say. He said early he wanted to remember, and the best way is by doing things you've done before. Going their seperate ways, so Akira can avoid pain, wouldnt help. I'll be honest, when I first saw that they did the Amnesia Trope I rolled my eyes and thought it was a terrible decision. Then the start of this episode happened and it forced Akira to be the pursuer in their relationship and I thought that that might actually be a good thing for him since he's usually so uncomfortable showing affection. He was even doing pretty well through most of the episode, but then of course they go and have him be like no we should just go back to being friends.. Uuggh, its so frustrating snd disappointing.
This series was super cute and a lot better than I honestly expected it to be! I went into this not expecting to love it as much as I ended up loving it.. Only because, with only 8 episodes at 20 - 30 minutes each I didn't think there was anywhere near enough time to tell the two couples stories well. To be fair, it did feel rushed in certain moments and if they had done either more episodes or 1 hour runtime, it wouldve fixed that issue. That aside, I think they did an amazing job with the time they had. I love the fact that the side couple from the Thai version became the main couple of the Korean version. I also really love that they didn't try and replicate the Thai version, they completely made it their own. Even some scenes that were clearly inspired by scenes from the Thai version they still didn't do moment for moment line for line, they made it theirs and I really loved that. I honestly love both versions for different reasons. For me, it's very easy to see this as a standalone and not compare it to the Thai version too much BECAUSE they didn't just try and replicate the Thai version. Obviously, because of the episode count and the runtime, they didn't get to flesh out the characters as much and that's the one major drawback for me. I still really really loved the Korean version though. And for me, honestly, I like the Korean actors better for the characters than I do the Thai actors. I don't know why, but for me they just seem to fit the characters better 🤷♀️ The one gripe that I did have at the end of the series was how they did Sunwoo and Yu Gyeom's ending. I didn't like that they had Yu Gyeom admit so easily to that other guy that him in Doyeon werent dating anymore. Yet, when Sunwoo essentially said 'I can't be with you because you're dating my best friend', he just stays silent and gets upset that Sunwoo confessed to him, but now won't be with him. I was also really hoping that line the Sunwoo said to him, something like 'stop toying with other people's feelings and figure out how you feel.' would've come back in the episode 7 ending scene. It just would have been so perfect to have Yu Gyeom say something like 'you told me to figure out my feelings and I have. I realized that I like you, but now you're saying that you can't be with me'. Or something along those lines... It would've been so good! The other thing I didn't completely understand is why when Doyeon asked Yu Gyeom if he officially confessed he looked sad and implied that he hadn't. I thought the ending scene in episode 7 made it pretty clear.. With the 10 second stare and kiss, him saying I'm nice to you because I like you, and Yu Gyeom getting upset that Sunwoo wouldnt be with him.. I dont know, that seems pretty obvious to me. It was also kind of jarring to go from that confession conversation between Doyeon and Yu Gyeom, to then all of a sudden Yu Gyeom's at home and Sunwoo shows up instead of Yu Gyeom seeking out him. It just kind of felt like I was missing a scene or something.. Anyways 😅 Despite my few complaints, I really did love this series so much! It was super super cute 🥰 Both couples had great chemistry and I adored the whole cast, they did such an amazing job!!
I really liked this series but I'm sad that, like I thought, the ending was rushed. This really needed a couple more episodes. Personally, I don't think Pine and August story needed to stretch on as long as it did. I didnt love their story, I didnt hate it, but I did feel like it dragged on too long. I really wish their's had been a little shorter and that Florence and Nathee's story had been a little longer. Their story was one of my favorites and, sadly, because it was right before Pine and August's story I feel like it got lost in the mix. We got the start of it before Pine and August's story, but because their story dragged on for so long, Florence and Nathee's story got rushed at the end. I still loved their story, but its a little disappointing thinking about what it could have been. It also really sucks that Hunter's story was barely mentioned after all the mystery they built up surrounding him. I really wish we had been given AT LEAST two more episodes so we could've delved more into his story. I just felt like, since they didnt have enough time, I didnt understand why Hunter and Emmy started fighting. Why Hunter cheated. Why money missing from the bar was mentioned, but never talked about again. I was left with so many questions and sadly we'll never get to know the answers to them. The two other main things that bothered me is that when the fire was going on at Rendezvous that not all the girlfriends showed up. There's no way all the girlfriends wouldn't have been there if their boyfriend's lives were possibly at stake. Sure, you could come up with story reasons on why they maybe weren't there, but they should have had them all there. That was also a small minor gripe I had with the rest of the series, that once the love stories happened the girlfriends just disappeared. I believe there's only like one other time that two of the girlfriends showed up after their love stories ended, aside from the fire scene in the final episode.. It's a very minor thing and it didn't bother me too much, but it would have been nice to have the girlfriends randomly with them occasionally. The last thing that I didn't like, the thing that pissed me off the most honestly, is how they ended Nanfah and Pladao's story 😤 First, we get a stupid meeting with Kitti, which I'm sure almost nobody cared about or wanted. It honestly felt so random and just like a giant waste of time. Honestly, I don't give a shit that Kitti is behind bars and plotting to hurt Nanfah when he gets out. I don't care that Kitti feels guilty about what he did and her ghost is haunting him. I just didn't care about that, that wasn't important for me that I needed to see it. I could have overlooked all that though, IF we had gotten an actual reunion between Nanfah and Pladao. Their's was the only story in the series that didn't have a happy ending in their episode and yet they're the only ones who didn't have a face-to-face reunion at the end of the series! Seriously, what kind of bullshit is that. I just think its crap that they went from Nanfah saying 'Maybe one day I'll change, or stay the same, and we'll meet again', to the girlfriend comment in a previous episode, and then to this text exchange of them talking about meeting up clearly having been talking for awhile. Yet, we as the viewer never get to see them actually reunite and get together. It just really sucked and was a very disappointing ending to their story. Overall as I said I did really like the series despite some of the flaws that were in it. I think all of the actors did an amazing job and I am glad I watched it! I'm also really hoping that the ending teasing Rendezvous reopening with a female Jungle wasn't just a tease. Please please tell me there's going to be a female Jungle S2 series because that would be so amazing!!
Personally, I really didn't like this.The first one was really cute, but this one just felt really pointless. It starts with Mike telling Bam that he likes him and he thinks he already loves him, yet they dont start dating.. They have some cute moments together, but then Pee shows up and now all of a sudden Mike is unsure of his feelings again. So we get to spend two episodes watching Pee and Bam be cute together when they're not endgame and we knew they wouldn't be, just to end with Mike once again saying that he loves Bam. It just felt completely pointless.. While Pee did annoy me during the episodes, I did respect him for how upfront and honest he was with his feelings. I also did feel really bad for him when he got rejected even though I knew it would happen. So now, despite not really liking this one, I still hope they do a third one where Pee finds love.

I honestly understood Tupe's mistrust. I know you should trust your partner, but in the series it came across like Greg almost never had time for Tupe. On top of that, there were multiple times where Tupe would try to talk to him and Greg would be to busy and have to leave. I know he was busy with work, but he could at least have a 5 minute conversation. Yes their love making wasn't suffering, but just because it wasnt doesn't mean that everything is okay. If a couple has sex occasionally [or even frequently], but never really get to talk it's understandable that it could create issues. Especially since, as Rich said, Tupe is all alone all day left with his thoughts. With him and Greg barely getting to talk, Greg acting suspicious, and secretly talking to his ex-girlfriend, I personally can see his overthinking causing him to mistrust Greg. Yes, Greg made things very clear to Alex, but Tupe didn't know that. All Tupe had to go on was Greg being super busy and secretly talking to his ex-girlfriend. I honestly think if Greg had been upfront with Tupe about feeling guilty towards his ex and that he wanted to clear the air, I don't think any of this would have happened.
