Take things on weibo with a HUGE grain of salt. Having said that, I think most of Deng Wei's fans just want to make sure he isn't bullied. The production team's strategy seems to be one of silence lol since the beginning, so who knows for sure.
But that nonsense about filming being stopped is not real. I suspect there are some malicious people out there too trying to throw shade at this drama, at Deng Wei, etc. I generally try not to waste too much time on it, but it is a shame that so much crap is out there on weibo, etc.
Has anyone noted down the list of the iconic scenes? So far in the actual drama, it has aligned with episodes (example ep 17), so I'm wondering how ep 22 will go down (in the original trash script, it's when Song Yiting has an affair with NH).
I just hope this misunderstanding trope won’t drag for more than 2 episodes 😌
This second part of the story is feeling a little repetitive and draggy to be honest. But I suppose something has to really push them to realize they both like each other (it's taken long enough lol). But I agree, please no unnecessary dragging of this misunderstanding

I think it was just the three actors (NH, FL and 2nd ML). The other people (the director, writer and the agents of the 3 actors) I don't think are in the fictional world.
Loved the scene between the sisters: On the surface, it seems that SYT is talking about the world of the script that our FL has to learn to live in. In actuality, SYM is the same in the real world. She's been drifting along her life but not really investing much in it - not giving her full self to any pursuit or allowing others to see her real self.
No matter what, I don't think Chu Guihong is going to return to a villain. I feel like he'll get some character…
I think there's enough there in the story so far for him and Nan Heng to eventually reconcile. One of my favorite scenes so far is when CGH shares a drink with Li Shiliu (and some backstory is shown). Someone else is behind everything to drive a wedge between them, methinks.
Ep 12 my favorite so far - I get the feeling Chu Guihong is not going to be the antagonist but someone else. That emperor is sus, but it may be someone else.
