yes, this! that’s why his choice and song yimeng counter measure are different. he couldn’t imagine another…
Yeah, funnily, her fake family became real to her and whether she wants to admit it or not, she has been more invested and involved with the people in the storybook world that she had been in the real world. It's a lesson to her to not take her life for granted (she feels like she is a washed up actress, etc).
I’m on EP 27, why does FL keep going back to 3rd prince’s house? It doesn’t make any sense.
A lot of this drama doesn't make sense lol. Yes, by ep27, she knows that Shen Zai Ye is helping to find a permanent cure for her poison - and he doesn't need her help to spy on 3rd prince. She already knows 3rd prince is in cahoots with Empress Lv - she should get the hell out of there and start working with the right people to bring those people down. I'm just trying to slog to the end of this because I already wasted all this time lol.
Love the more metaphysical aspects of this script in ep 31. In the end, whether it is a "fake" world or not, Nan Heng decides to live it to the fullest.
no at this point he’s Darth Vader no stopping him.
Kylo Ren from the Star Wars sequel films (he is Princess Leia and Han Solo's son). He's a much more annoying, petulant version of Darth Vader. A wannabe Darth Vader.
I think anything is still open for discussion and critique. I enjoy a good slow burn myself, but I think this…
LOL, if I rated anything 0.5, I wouldn't be watching it. That would have to mean everything in a production sucked (costumes, music, art direction, script, acting, etc). I agree that the rating system on MDL is weird.
no at this point he’s Darth Vader no stopping him.
Yep, he's a goner. His army has been absolved of any wrongdoings, and the truth of like EVERYTHING is out, so what more does he want? He just wants NH dead - why? Can't reason with a man who's lost his mind lol
it is the funny to see people freak out over the small misunderstood and the slow burn romance. this was all covered…
I think anything is still open for discussion and critique. I enjoy a good slow burn myself, but I think this story could have overall been abbreviated in parts and streamlined. Otherwise, it overall ends up being somewhat repetitive and diminishes the impact of certain dramatic moments and muddies the overall development of characters and themes. But that's how I see it.
Despite all the twists and turns, I am seeing some growth in Mudan in this second part that is welcome. Much as I love her confidence and frank nature (especially in part 1), it's good for her to see that not everything is so simple. While I she definitely has the abilities and guts to make it on her own, I am looking forward to her working together with those around her to succeed (hint hint, with Jiang Chang Yang).
