Do you think if time comes in future, the 18 blood river assassins who survived after the No-Sword city annhilation, would stand by Team SMY-SCH or the other side? I understand they all want to live a peaceful live and no more want to indulge int the matters of Blood River, but this martial world. Anything can happen.

I am liking this gradual increase in your rating for this show.

Filler episodes indeed. Characters filled the episodes with all sorts of scenes- funny, donestic,mysterious, comic, caring, story progress, unwrapping clues, SCHs encounter brought action, . Totally two Filler episodes.

Zero acting coz every character felt natural. I saw more of characters than the actors playing them.

Romance is like salt. Pinch of it but growing.

Mu YuMo x Tang Lianyue

Rest nothing solid so far. They tease and all but no clearly established pairing other than the above two.

Honestly, its good they do not have too many pairings (though with the long list of characters it would have been possible) because the focus is on the Blood River story and martial world.

Welcome aboard. Already fallen for the bond they share. Glimpses into their past makes if even more endearing.

I know right. Rewind just to read that sentence. Because you never know when they have dropped an important detail which is needed to make sense of story flow.
And the fact that I dont mind spending more than the episdorr length speaks of how much they got me invested with the show and these characters. I wabt study evert small action if every character because who knows when they will turn sides. Very engaging

I am tempted to but the fact that it is incomplete stops me. If it were complete I'd have already read it even if I had to loose my sleep over it. I am that curious for whats next.

Imagine SCHs past is somehow related to SMYs. I don't how and why but just a thought just crossed my mind.

A conversation going in between SCH and the 'crow' (YiBu's messenger) and BHH imagining SMY stuggling with spicy food.
They have moments where its sudden but enjoyable. Like you said balanced it is.

Same here. When he sharttered all the details. I was like, I wish SMY had lied that he did not read it, but SMY isnt the lying one.

Another way to get to know js past to meet someone who knows about SCH or may be other 'the know it all' Baisxi something hall has some info on him. It would be interesting.

Who knows SMY us able to gather some info in his quest.

Thanks for saying this. I also noticed usually fight scenes are slow motioned, but here they fast forward and change camera angles which is very different. Fight scenes are fast and thats why I love to rewind and watch them again for more details.

Uncle Zhe be like can't kill BHH for she is his daughter, but he will kill SCH instead. Hahahaa.
No wonder Uncle zhe is the coolest elder of Blood River. A great father and an uncle.

Its not just the job, be takes up the money too. Thank heavens for SCH to make enough savings. How else SMY was to have any money at all.

Like SCH said in epi 10, SMY had been Kui for years, yet he was poor.

For me its all new content and I am loving it. I am tempted to read the novel but I am stopping myself because-
1. Reading an entire novel needs time commitment
2. I am liking the show already
3. The novel seems to be incomplete so it won't satify my curiosity of how its going to end.

Same was the case with the prior Patriarch. He was born a Mu, but as a patriarch he was a Su. But I am not sure why is it so.

Every episode of BR so far is jam packed with content. It feels like every line, every dialogue spoken is important. Miss one detail and there are chances you will be lost in the sea of characters and the plot points. Never a dull moment.
Episodes are shoet in terms of time, but I feel like I watched 3-4 episodes in a row.
And to think of it, we have not even hit the half way mark. I wonder what all awaits for us in the second half of the show.

BHH why are you so cute? I like this BHH more than the anime version.

I loved that scene. Who says one needs to make extra effort to make a scene funny. Just hand Mu Ciling a long sword and laughter is guaranteed. It was so funny, his expressions and him reprimanding Mu QingYang🤣🤣😂
