I hate that so much ... but only because I can actually see that happening 😭 Although it's hard to imagine…
Yeah i would hate that so Much if it happened. Since its Joseon era, she wouldnt be able to divorce her husband ever , and even if he died she could never still marry Jang Hyun , because women during Joseon were never allowed to remarry. ..
Omg someone wrote that he/she Thinks that Gil Chae might marry someone else because she believes Jang Hyun is dead! Another person Thinks that too… for me its hard to believe that it’ll happen but now I’m a bit worried… what about you guys, what ya think ??
I have started watching ep 1 and I feel like this show will wreck me. I know it isn't finished but does anyone…
This drama is pointing more towards a sad ending, it kinda foreshadowing that. But it might surprise us, a happy ending is not impossible… there are after all serious historical romance dramas out there with happy endings. And the screenwriter of this drama has her previous historical serious dramas ending happily. But I’m still prepared for tragic ending in this drama, at least I try to be prepared 🥲
Spoilers for ep 8 https://youtube.com/watch?v=AombnmYX69g&si=yDULpq1aR5hfadhQ
Anyone knows what Jang Hyun said at the end that made Gil Chae taken aback ? I scrolled down the comments to see if someone wrote what they said, but none.
I didn’t mind that the kiss was a typical dead fish kiss like we used to see so often in the past in kdramas. It was their first kiss with each other and Gil Chae’s first kiss ever, I’m sure in later episodes the kisses will be passionate :) i knew their first kiss would be a dead fish kiss, its realistic i think. Before ep 7 i had no opinion of Yeon Jun, i neither liked or disliked him.., until this ep, now I really dislike him. I don’t really know what Gil Chae sees in him. I guess she will realize she is in love with Jang Hyun in ep 10 and then finally let go of her feelings for Yeon Jun - completely.
Its frustrating Gil Chae still is in love with Yeon Jun, while refusing to admit her feelings for Jang Hyun. But i get it, she must have been in love with Yeon Jun for at least a few years, when you feel strongly for someone (not just a crush ) the love for person wont dissapear in a short time … we have to remember that since the start to now it hasnt been many months. Someone you love , the love wont go away in justa few monhs. Jang Hyun plz have a little patience, dont be like Rhett ”Frankly my dear i dont give a Damn “ xD but yeah it’s annoying Gil Chae still obsesses over a guy who has never done anything for her when she should be obsessing over Jane Hyun instead who risked a LOT for her. But yeah , first love is hard to forget
Wow, how didn’t I know about this drama until today?? I was on youtube and accidently saw that ’Marcus here!’ had posted a new video where headline said ”Sunshine By My Side passes review”
I was like oh well maybe lets go and see what its about on MDL . So when I came to this Sunshine By My Side page and read the plot and tag I was immediately hooked. I love more experienced/mature/older FLs, noona romances is something I love :) and cool that its about a divorced woman (I’m supposing its her who is divorced?) doesn’t sound like your typical cliche modern romance chinese drama, at least to me. I hope this drama will be mature and have at least decent skinship (hopefully a lot of them!) i’m definitely watching this… :)
The Princess man’ Its old tho (2011) but it has aged well. Joseon version of Romeo and Juliet , very intense…
He became sooo hot when he became an outcast , with his sexy long hair showing now freely (not hidden by those hats anymore) and him in dark none-noble clothes *swoon*
Hmm.. next ep, will Jang Hyun get tortured?
Ep 8, rating 10,3% a slightly decrease from ep 7 that had rating of 10,6%
I hope next week episodes rating will increase by at least 2 % again, to 12%
Btw , do you think Yeon Jun will turn bad ?
