We hope YCX will realize his mistakes and there can be a satisfactory redemption.

Does a murder in a drama, promote killing? Firstly ML has nothing for SFL, he is using her and her family. Secondly ML is trash, it was said from the first episode. He is a scumbag. We are here to see a character redemption journey for him.

I am not sure about every novel. But this novel was trash, also had an abrupt ending. No one would have watched that.

The son in law of the family (elder sister's husband) and the ML's father's concubine are non blood related siblings. The concubine was found on road, and adopted into the son in law's family, who brought them up. But the parents died, maybe because of Yu family hence they want to take revenge against the family.
Also according to the relationship chart, and if you have noticed hints, these non blood related siblings, also have a kind of an affair. Yes in the family they are son in law, and step mother in law, but they also have these relations.

I will explain.
ML's father is the ex commander. He has one wife, and they have been married for 30 years. They share 6 children. 3 sons 3 daughters. Among the 3 sons, 2 have died. One was Mingxuan who died in a battle, 2 months after he was married. His wife, lives with them in the house. Another brother died really young due to illness or something (saying from the novel). Elder sister is married to a member of the Yu army as well, and both live with them. The youngest sister is the one who fights with YCX sometimes. They have another sister, who is supposedly studying abroad (this was in the novel, but I am mentioning here because, YCX is called "Wu Ge" which means fifth brother, that means he has 4 siblings before him, the youngest sister is after him.
ML's father also has a concubine, with whom he shares a young daughter. In episode 1, when YCX and his father were fighting, the concubine pinched her daughter's leg so that she would cry and they would stop fighting.
