That was not the trailer. Its a post wrap up video. Usually cdramas release a trailer like thing just after the drama wraps up, taking parts from things filmed early, and some other raw parts. The drama wrapped in the middle of June, so it will take some time for the post production.

I feel the masked man might be Gu Qin, just a theory. But then what about Yin Qing?? He isn't that old that the other guy would call him "ge-ge" and that he would have stayed with him for 20 years. Plus he is not a court official to have some huge power, as they were discussing. He must have a special identity because otherwise this would be such a wasted opportunity for an actor like him. But the one with power in the court, traitor, the masked man, feels like Gu Qin.

Depends if you are watching through Viki or Mango Tv. Mango Tv's subs are a disaster. Especially in epiaode 10, people were addressing each other as "small adult". Emperor was addressed as the Holy Father. Instead of saying " expel her from the imperial city" it said 'expel her from Kyoto". And many more in the other episodes as well. But in today's episode the subs are fine.
I see a possibility that Left Chancellor Xu is not the traitor. Yes he is very dominating, wants power, wants to control the court and Kingdom, doesn't like women taking power, everything, but maybe not the traitor. Its very convenient that ministers under him are the ones who did something wrong and then dying. The whole responsibility gets on him then. Maybe the actual traitor wants that the accusation falls on Chancellor Xu, and the Emperor hates him more.
