FL is still not divorced right? I mean she did not file the papers. This is a point I am disliking. Its high time just get divorced. I mean I get it that she doesn't want to stay married to her ex. But its really a little weird for all those lovey dovey scenes to happen, falling in love, and eventually dating, when not legally separated from the ex. I mean for sure I know that's not morally wrong in her scenario, but I would love her to be a free woman.
If the second male lead character is someone like Han U Tak, I don't think I will ever mind. I mean what was this character. It makes me hard to believe that did he even desire Hong Ju for himself. I think for him his friendship with the leads was everything. They were all so healthy together.
Exactly!! They are the cutest! It doesn't seem that romance is just a subplot here! They should add Romance in the main genre tag now. Even dramas with main genre as romance do not have so many lovey-dovey scenes that these cuties have. And this is just the preview of ep 5-6. We are have 16 episodes. We are going to get so much more. This makes me so happy.
why do i think that she is not the girl from the past? In the photo there are two little girls.. what if the younger…
It was mentioned that Meri has a younger sister who lives abroad. Also such cliches are not uncommon in Korean dramas. Plus though a twist would be nice. I don't think the director would want us to show that a guy liked one sister in childhood but fell in love with another one in adulthood.
I would start crying if bad thing keep on happening to them.. let the man do his business in peace MR.pyo 😭😭
There are so many episodes left (I am glad), so I think bad things would keep happening to them. I think they would really follow the statement that ML said to Mr. Pyo- that he would fall, fall and fall but one day he would rise above.
We have to understand that this is set in 1997. ML's mom is a sheltered woman. She is naive, innocent, always dependent. Maybe she got married young, had no experience or skills. She loved her family but doesn't know how to take decisions, because she was never independent. She is scared of the world. So her husband's sudden death took a toll of her. She doesn't know what to do. Not all women, especially around 30 years before were smart, educated or had skills. I think they also showed a difference with Nam Mo's mother who worked in a bank, and as soon as she lost the job, she opened an eatery (also she has the funds to do that) but she also has the experience of know-how. Same as the lady from Pusan, she is experienced, street smart. It showcases how experiences change people. ML's mom is a nice person. The experience would teach her important stuff and I think she will learn to support her son. I really liked the scene where Tae Pung told her if they should run away too, and she told him that she might not be a "madam" to others anymore but she doesn't want to leave her integrity and become a bad person.
Ep 4 is amazing. He got jealous. He is so cute. All moments between them were so nice. The scene in the beach!! The way he tells her to only do things with him! My babies are so pretty! How to wait a for them!
The family picture had a couple with two girls. If the elder one is Yoo Meri, then what about the younger child? Does Meri have a sister? Was there any mention of that?
Genuine question, how good is this? and should i wait to binge it or is it one if those you just watch every week…
Very pretty visuals and good acting. I am really liking it. For me, this drama is really wholesome, its emotions give such a warm hug to you. So instead of binge watching it, I like to watch every week. Its like after a tough week, you sit with food and watch it and feel good about everything. Rest you can give it a try and decide for yourself.
Agreed. How about them falling into the tarp wrapping and struggling to get out of it when the next employee just…
True. Me as a person is not a fan of a lot of humour in a drama. Most of the romcoms have a lot of humour which at the end makes me feel forced. But because here the genre is a little unique, I really like the little humour they add in between the emotional struggles and fluttering conversations.
Yeah I like that as well. One thing I don't like the most is the dark side of this story. I was hoping for a fun,…
Honestly me as a person loves thrillers, especially in romcoms or normal dramas. Normal romcoms gets boring for me. But the accident part, or having a villain really excites me. Its like I know its going to be a happy ending but what will the villain do. These parts have a lot of enthusiasm for me.
If you like this you should try watching Chinese drama "The best thing"
I have watched that. That drama was so nice as well. Yeah they had a scene where both of them gave each other flowers. Loved the visuals, leads and everything there
