Chloe did Hyun Jun dirty- using him like that. I am glad he picked up on it and called her out. I am rooting for Hyun Jun and Chloe, even though it's highly unlikely that it will happen, since she is in love with his brother. Min Jun and Chloe have a lot against them, though, especially with his Dad murdering her Dad and attempting to murder her.
another great episode! i love seeing hwayoung get so agitated! good job yeom san wol for fighting back. i love…
I hope Hong Ju took a picture of 'Jang Mi' at least. Hong Ju has eavesdropped on Hwa Yeong a few times and never understood what she was referring to. Hwa Yeong might have even mentioned Jang Mi and her Dad once too while Hong Ju was eavesdropping. So hopefully, she will start piecing everything together, and finding the flash will be the icing on the cake.
The Jun Ho arc is going to be really interesting and I hope the writers will do it right. If he finds out that Hwa Yeong is his bio-Mom, he will be disgusted that she has been trying to get him to marry her daughter, whom he will assume is his sister. He might go for a few episodes actually believing that 'Seo Rin' is his sister- the trauma of believing you are attracted to your sister π§. How will Hwa Yeong explain raising a child who is not hers, biologically, but pretending that she is? She cannot say that Seo Rin is adopted. And she cannot tell him that she stole a baby. It will be really messy. And if he finds out about Hwa Yeong soon, the whole marriage idea will be taken off the table.
If Jang Mi finds out about Jun Ho and Hwa Yeong, I don't know if she will be able to use the information properly. She still has her head in the clouds and is too busy enjoying being in love.
I think Jun Ho will renounce Hwa Yeong in the end. He will get to tell her that she abandoned him first and now it's his turn to abandon her. That will be nail that will seal Hwa Yeong's coffin, essentially.
I am worried about Jun Ho too. He has so many wounds in his heart and I want him to have a good and happy ending.…
Yes- Jun Ho has a lot of challenges ahead and he still needs to heal and figure out the kind of man he wants to become, after finding out about Hwa Yeong. His bio-dad might still show up too- he has a lot of story ahead.
It would be great if Jun Ho finds out about the switch before he falls more in love with Jang Mi. Otherwise, it would not be fair to Seo Rin to be with a man who is really in love with her twin. If he can find Seo Rin early and help her to recover, it would better. Hopefully, Hong Ju tells him that Jang Mi looks like Seo Rin.
The twin's bio-dad will probably reunite with Suk Hee and take care of her in the end.
what a good episode!baek ho's treatment of his father would be awkward and hostile from now on. i mean, serves…
I am worried about Jun Ho too. He has so many wounds in his heart and I want him to have a good and happy ending. The writers have not focussed too much on him yet and more than half-way through the show, we are still unsure of who he is at his core. I hope he can fight the nurture vs nature argument and will not turn out to be like his bio-Mom. The synopsis describes him as someone with a stoic exterior but fragile heart. I hope they remain true to this. Plus, his life is possibly in danger- Manager Lee is not too happy about his existence.
If Hwa Yeong finds out that 'Seo Rin' now likes Baek Ho, she might influence Jun Ho into pursuing Jang Mi even harder and to be ambitious and not lose 'Seo Rin' or Dream Group. But Jang Mi has her Grandpaβs backing, so she cannot to forced into a relationship unless she is a willing participant. Will fear that Hwa Yeong might harm Baek Ho drive her to marry Jun Ho? At least the good thing is that Jun Ho's developing feelings for Jang Mi are real and not because he wants to run Dream.
In any case, I think the relationship between the brothers will be good in the end.
As for Hong Ju finding out- it's a very exciting move on the part of the writers. The show needs a jolt of excitement and to give Jang Mi and Baek Ho more to do- they seem to have too much time on their hands. So what will Hong Ju do? I hope she calls 'Seo Rin' while still at the hospital to confirm that there are two of them. Then a DNA test? The fact that there is another heir is bad news for her but maybe she will realise that Hwa Yeong might have kidnapped one of the twins? Will she tell Jun Ho? Or blackmail Hwa Yeong or Jang Mi or Baek Ho? So many possibilities. I wonder if someone will walk in while Hong Ju is in Seo Rin's room? Maybe Tae Pyung?
Poor Yeong Ja. Pretty soon all her men will be at odds and she won't know why. Baek Ho will be upset with Nam Bong for cheating, while Jun Ho will be mad at Baek Ho for trying to steal 'Seo Rin'. I doubt we'll see the Kang family sitting together happily again.
About Hong Ju and Baek Ho- you are so right, Baek Ho flirts with her when he wants something from her, and treats…
The writers of Queen's House handled things so well. Revenge was the focus, and they made sure that the FL was in charge of the entire revenge plan- and she asked for help when she needed it and that was even rarely. The FL even successfully fooled the ML into believing she had amnesia and he kept his distance. I keep comparing the two shows because we have seen the FL in a good revenge drama and she excelled, but she is the total opposite here. Sure Queen's House had 100 episodes and not 120, but the writers here have enough actors to write good stories for the extra 20 episodes.
And the Baek Ho actor is a really good actor, and could have been so much more than just a lovesick puppy. To see him reduced to this is disheartening.
It would be hypocritical and immature of Baek Ho to get jealous of his brother and Jang Mi when he is, in fact,…
About Hong Ju and Baek Ho- you are so right, Baek Ho flirts with her when he wants something from her, and treats her like trash when he does not want anything. Like when he wanted her to set up a meeting with Seo Rin, and then he just used her again to get a job at Dream Groupπ€¦πΎββοΈ.
The romance is definitely far too much and taking away from the core story. It's really annoying. But maybe the…
I think Baek Ho will understand why she didn't say anything about the affair. I am pretty sure he will keep the affair a secret from Jun Ho and his Mom- so he will understand.
Yes- Jang Mi needs to find out about Jun Ho and Hwa Yeong's relationship soon. Maybe Ahjumma will comment that Hwa Yeong is behaving like Jun Ho's Mom. Since Baek Ho does not even know that Jun Ho is adopted, he will dismiss the idea that he might be.
Certainly. And the real victim here is Jun Ho because Jang Mi is pretending to be someone she is not. And Baek…
I think Jang Mi needs to make this revenge journey solo again. While Tae Pyung and Baek Ho have helped, the three of them combined have not done much. And Tae Pyung and Baek Ho want to be her bodyguards.
If anything, the risk of her being outed are much higher than before. She should be avoiding Baek Ho at the office- she said herself that there are eyes and ears everywhere π€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈ. Baek Ho cannot even bring himself to call her, "Seo Rin" or "Director Ma"π€¦ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈ.
The romance is definitely far too much and taking away from the core story. It's really annoying. But maybe the…
If she opts for the marriage route, it means she would have decided to continue the revenge on her own again- which is really how it should have been. So she would have to lie to Baek Ho and Tae Pyung, and dump Baek Ho. I don't think she will tell Baek Ho about Jun Ho's parentage when she finds out because that affects Baek Ho's family. If she becomes deceitful enough to marry someone for revenge- she would no longer be the same person that Baek Ho knows and loves. But for her to take such drastic steps, there needs to be another trigger- more than just failing to find evidence.
I do, however, think she and Baek Ho will break up at some point and reunite later, as is the norm. We are only in the middle so a lot of things are going to happen. But we still have Seo Rin is a coma- maybe her arc will take up some of the time in the remaining episodes.
I hope Jun Ho gets a good ending because of Baek Ho and his parents- it would affect them too. But I am starting to wonder if Baek Ho might have a tragic ending. It would explain why the writers have made the romance so heavy since the beginning and he is saying things like, "he does not want to regret not telling Jang Mi that he loves her". While the show might be named after him, the story is about Jang Mi- so why does he deserve a title mention in her story. Unless something happens to himπ€. Lol- am just trying to get into the minds of the writers.
It would be hypocritical and immature of Baek Ho to get jealous of his brother and Jang Mi when he is, in fact,…
Certainly. And the real victim here is Jun Ho because Jang Mi is pretending to be someone she is not. And Baek Ho knows it too. Jun Ho has lost the game before it has even started. Baek Ho should trust Jang Mi- she said she loves him so he should trust that she won't stray. But his jealousy will make him do dumb thingsπ€¦πΎββοΈ.
But honestly, this issue is easy to resolve- 'Seo Rin' can just say that she found someone else to stalk- the new lawyer- and the issue will be over. But from Baek Ho's end, everyone will be confused because of how deeply he loves Jang Mi. They will wonder if it's possible to transfer feelings that quickly.
I didn't get to see how Jang Mi avoided the violin. I opened the TV and she is already putting a band aid on Jun…
The romance is definitely far too much and taking away from the core story. It's really annoying. But maybe the core of the story is romance, with revenge interspersed. So maybe it's a romantic comedy with a hint of revenge? Which makes it different from a real revenge story where romance is not even a priority and is generally addressed in the last few episodes- but even then, it's really minimal.
Moving on- wouldn't San Wol want Hong Ju to date Tae Pyung, instead?
I know this won't happen but it would be interesting if Jun Ho would become curious about why Baek Ho is suddenly interested in 'Seo Rin'. Baek Ho mentioned several times that Jang Mi and Seo Rin look alike so he could try to investigate by going to the hospital to see 'Jang Mi' for himself. Of course, Baek Ho or Jang Mi would have to walk in to explain everything to him. That way, he would know the kind of woman that Hwa Yeong is and could assist with the revenge, especially if Jang Mi finds out the truth about his bio-Mom. She would be able to use Jun Ho to bring Hwa Yeong down, and without having to marry him. It could also help with the love triangle- or not.
How pathetic! Baeky had to steal a kiss from Okay. Is that the limit of his ability to pull a woman? Butt sniffing…
The writers have gone way overboard with the cheesy scenes. The scenes are really ruining what could have been a great revenge plot. Jang Mi is just not serious about the revenge and is more interested in romance, and all Baek Ho (who might be the 'First Man') wants to do is follow Jang Mi around. Jang Mi has gone back to being the same person she was when the show started- very little growth- which is disappointing considering we are more than half-way through the show. I wonder why the writers chose this route- there has to be a reason. At least, I hope so.
I hope the remaining 54 episodes will not be like this. We need some serious action .
Tae Pyung is the only character who has had some real character growth in the show. He is no longer going on about singing and eating raw eggsπ - he is now focussed on providing for his family and helping Jang Mi to get revenge. He has also really stepped with taking care of Suk Hee. I wish he had more scenes.
With regards to Baek Ho stealing a kiss- he and Seo Rin are really alike- she planted a kiss on Jun Ho's cheek and he was not amusedππ.
I really like Hyun Jun- he has a lot of charisma.
Maybe Jang Mi will find Hwa Yeong's phone.
Great move by the Chairman to give San Wol one percent of Hwa Yeong's sharesπ.

Tae Ho is quite the intelligent villain for asking Yu Na to bring proof that cannot be erased or manipulated.
She should be in charge of the revenge plans. There's a reason Chairman Ma keeps her around.
