Eun Seol really needs to ask Hyun Jae to keep watch when she goes into offices. How will she explain herself to Mi Ran?

💯A revenge plot is the only logical explanation for the changes in his character. It is very likely connected to what happened to his Mom and how his Dad died. He must have learnt something over the past 10 years or Hae Ra must have let something slip. So he is desperate to get into the inner circle of Cheongma Group- maybe he even wants to steal it.
His revenge might also be why he is so fussy about dishonesty in people and gets easily disappointed in them when he thinks they are being dishonest or hiding something- because he has been treated like a fool by Cheongma for so long. I can't wait to see his POV.

Yeah, hopefully. But he can cancel the wedding at any time- Hae Ra's Dad disapproves, and tomorrow Jeong Seon will ask him again why he wants to marry Hae Ra. He can pull the plug- no one expects him to marry her. But he also seems to be disappointed with Eun Seol so that is creating an issue for him.

Maybe him marrying Hae Ra will be good for Jeong Seon- she needs allies and if Seok Jin moves into the house affer the wedding, she will have one.

I think there is far more to Seok Jin's story and the reasons he is determined to marry Hae Ra. But I have to say, when he said to Hae Ra, "you wouldn't do anything to disappoint me, would you?"- he seemed rather cold and threatening. Even Hae Ra looked scared- maybe he has a dark side to him. He certainly is not the typical good guy- he is quite grey.
Eun Seol has a lot to learn about him- she remembers the guy from 10 years ago.

If Eun Seol knew about Mi Ran killing her Mom and that Hae Ra is her daughter, she could have seduced Seok Jin away from Hae Ra as part of her revenge plot. She could start by cosying up to Seok Jin's Mom. Seok Jin's Mom would love her over Hae Ra.😂

The fact that Hyun Jae is way older than Eun Seol also bothers me- he was probably 24-27 when he became her lawyer- unless he finished school at a younger age. But I guess since she was his first case and he lost, he has been visiting her in jail for 10 years, and he was there when she tried to kill herself. So maybe he developed an admiration for her and now that they are no longer lawyer and client, his feelings are evolving. Now he seems to be around the same age as Seok Jin yet Seok Jin is way younger than him too😂😂. I guess we should forget the past.

The more I think about it, Seok Jin must be on his own revenge journey. Either that or he is just ambitious. If the latter, then he might become a villain. So I hope it's a revenge journey. That being said, he is very "me"-focused when it comes to Eun Seol. It was cute when they were 17 and 19, but now they are adults. His first question, after finding out that she was in jail for 10 years, was whether she thought to reach out to him after she got out. But maybe he thinks that if she had reached out, he might not have started pursuing things with Hae Ra. And now he is saying that Eun Seol has changed- well he has changed too. And losing a parent, being framed for murder and spending 10 years in jail would change anyone.

I think Mi Ran just wants to replace the board director with one of her people.

I like how sharp and smart Hae Ra's Dad is.

I hope Eun Seol figures out this week that Mi Ran is her enemy because Jeong Seon needs a lot of help, and right now, Hyun Jae and Eun Seol are the only ones who can save her from herself and from Mi Ran.

Jeong Seon and her husband looked cute again at the end of today’s episode. It will be sad to watch their marriage crumble or face challenges.

I wish they had shown us the scene where the CEO told Hae Ra that Eun Seol would be hired after all. I wanted to see her temper tantrum🤣🤣🤣.

I think Mi Ran will try to win over or blackmail the Foundation's board members into voting out Jeong Seon so Mi Ran can become the Chairwoman. She is already planning to replace one of the board members with one of her people. Jeong Seon naively thinks Mi Ran is doing her a favour but does not realise that a blade is being sharpened to stab her in the back.

I really cannot figure Seok Jin out- maybe he has his own revenge plan, which is why he is determined to marry Hae Ra? It is complicated for him because Eun Seol just dropped back into his life, out of nowhere. So he can't just change his plans, especially when there is no guarantee that Eun Seol will want to be with him.

There has to be more to his story than what we are seeing. Maybe realising that Hae Ra is threatening his mother will make him pull out of the marriage. There's also the Mi Ran factor- she acts like she has power over him. How will she factor into his life?

Ditto. It is incredibly well-cast and great stories for the supporting cast. The actors are just brilliant. I especially love how petty Seo Hyeon's Dad can be 😂😂😂.

Yeah- I think the twins' Mom will be unrepentant and selfish till the end. She will very likely abandon her kids again. Which is why I am hoping for a face-off between her and Yun Hui. It will not be easy to deal with the twins' Mom because everyone involved is emotionally tied to her. The only person who might be able to handle her is Yun Hui.
For nine years, Yun Hui believed that the twins' Mom was raising Yun Hui's kids and her own- she didn't know that she had run away when the twins were three, creating even more bad blood between the two women, especially because the kids had to raise themselves in the end. (Gyu Rim, Gyu Yeong and Gyu Oh were abandoned by two mothers😪.)

My hope is that if the twins' Mom does end up abandoning them again, Yun Hui will take them under her wing and be the Mom to them that their bio-Mom failed to be to them, Gyu Rim, Gyu Yeong and Gyu Oh. So it will be kind of coming full circle.

Not forgetting, of course, that Yun Hui, herself, failed to be a mother to her own kids for 17 years. She gave all that love to Seo Hyeon. She has a lot of work to do to redeem herself and her recent conversation with Gyu Yeong did not help things. She will need everyone's help to even get a shot at forgiveness. On top of that, her daughter and stepdaughter are love rivals. It will be a bumpy ride for Yun Hui- they got the perfect actress for the role, though.

I can't wait to see how Seo Hyeon will react to having three siblings. She might emigrate for sure 😂😂😂.

Indeed. Weekenders like this are mostly about family, forgiveness, reconciliation, and making everyone one big happy family. But I have seen some weekenders where there has been no forgiveness for some characters or someone just walks away and refuses to get along with everyone.

Just to make them a part of her family. She's would just be becoming their Mom- their Dad would still be their Dad- nothing would change there- just an addition.

The twin's Mom will definitely appear- she has been mentioned far too many times to not show up and mess up everything. As soon as she sees that her son is popular, she will reappear.

I don't think they will go that route- it's far too complicated. They will leave it at Gyu Rim is not Gyeol's bio-Mom.

After mending fences with her own kids, she might want to adopt the twins like she did Seo Hyeon. Seo Hyeon was about the same age as the twins when Yun Hui married her Dad. It can be a part of Yun Hui's redemption arc. The twins desperately want a mother and I think their bio-Mom is going to disappoint them,

It's typical human behaviour, I'm afraid. When you are a "yes" person like Gyu Rim, and you suddenly say, "no", people always push back and act like you have committed the gravest crime. But they will get with the program, eventually. Gyu Rim just needs to stay strong and stick to her new resolve.

Interesting about the blood type- Gyeol is AB, which is a rare blood type, and Gyu Rim is O. Why did the writers make him find out on his own and this early? It's a painful way for him to find out. Gyu Rim should have been the one to tell him. Maybe the writers did this so that Mu Jin would know that she did not date anyone after him. Gyu Rim would have never revealed the truth on her own. Given the distinct blood type, we will find out soon enough who Gyeol's bio-parents are- either a new character will be introduced or we already know the character. If this was a daily drama, it would definitely be the latter.

Seo Hyeon was just brainstorming ideas of why her Mom is so disapproving of Mu Jin. She came up with this theory and Jeong Woo came up with a similar theory. I don't think their parents actually dated.

I enjoyed the fight between the future in-laws, Su Nam and Yun Hui, just as much as I enjoyed watching Heung Sik and Gyu Yeong fight- and Heung Sik hitting her on the head. I hope she is the only one who falls in love and she has to chase after him 😂😂. Watching her beg Su Nam to accept her will be fun😂. Yun Hui deserved that push😂😂. She is showing the less demure side of herself.

It was interesting that they had Yun Hui meet the mistress' son, Gyu Seo, and she wished she had a son like that. It could be foreshadowing that Yun Hui will adopt the twins in the future.
