The evidence flow was going far too smoothly so they had to include the 'misplaced evidence' trope, courtesy of a child. I had hoped that they would have done things differently with Eun Seol- that she would listen to the audio and figure out the Mi Ran might have been responsible for her mother's death, before learning that she could be her biological mother. But the writers are following the route they used with Hyeon Jae- she will find out that Mi Ran is her 'biological mother', then later find the pen in Teun Teun's toys. It makes sense, I guess- because Eun Seol would have confronted Mi Ran with the recording immediately- so she lives longer this way. I hope she will at least perform her own DNA test first so that Mi Ran does not make a fool out of her by making her believe that she is actually her mother. If that happens, then by the time the recording is found, an emotional connection might have formed.

Has Jeong Seon never heard of private investigators? She needs one and hopefully it won't be Mi Ran's one 😂.

I am not buying Yeong Hun's story. He must have lied to Mi Ran about the accident. He must have been the one behind the wheel. Good for him for not giving her ammo to blackmail him with. Unless he telling the truth, of course. But the look on his face, as he hugged her in front of the lift, seemed calculative.

Looks like we might get a close moment between Eun Seol and Seok Jin on Monday as she helps him to try on his suit 🤢🤮.

Yeah- that scene was not filmed very well. It was not so clear and in the scene where she thinks she dropped it, she was fighting with her younger self, but there was nothing on the ground after. They should have re-shot the scene of her taking off the gloves and stuffing them into her pocket, or at least showed the ground as she walked away. But the fact that she did not go to the warehouse to retrieve it means she is not worried about it. A glove is not enough to pin her for murder. And there is no autopsy. At this point, only a confession will get her convicted. But she can be arrested for switching babies.

Why didn't the police find the glove? And I guess Eun Guk did not get any CCTV footage.

What will he do if Mi Ran asks him to give Eun Seol the Hyeon Jae treatment?

Is Mi Ran going to plant something at Eun Seol's place? From the promo, it sounds like Eun Guk is asking Eun Seol whether she doesn't find it strange that whatever it is was just lying around🤔. I wonder what it is, especially with Mi Ran talking about laying traps for people.

I can't wait for the day when Yeong Hun is grovelling and begging Jeong Seon to forgive him. What does he mean that Jeong Seon is overwhelmed with the Foundation's work? She seems perfectly fine and actually wants to do more.

Why is Mi Ran acting like Hae Ra will inherit the company immediately? Don't her parents have to retire first, like in another 10 years? The way Hae Ra is going around telling everyone that the company is hers, only means that her bubble is about to be burst😂😂. That engagement party cannot come soon enough- looks like it's going to be
explosive. I hope we get to see Hae Ra fight
with Mi Ran for a couple of episodes.

The writers are really going the Samson and Delilah route with Yeong Hun and Mi Ran😂😂😂.

I like how it's all hands on deck to help Mi Rae. Her talk with Eun Seol's Dad was so sweet. I like how supportive he is of Eun Guk wanting to date Mi Rae, and how he told him last time to not start anything if he is not serious about her. Great advice 👍.

At what point does continuing to stare at her picture become stalkerish, especially since he sees her daily 😂😂😂. I think he will die holding that pic😂😂😂.
She will be so disgusted with him when she finds out what he did and that is something he never wants to happen. So he will continue to be Mi Ran's puppet.

True- but that is a big clue that she left out there. She failed to ask the important questions like how did he get the box? Does the person who had the box know about the recording ? etc. Given that Eun Seol told her that she would be investigating, she should be a bit nervous that the box will come back to bite her. She should be searching Hyeon Jae's home and not Seok Jin's.
Did she even take Hyeon Jae's cellphone? Now that I think about it, when Eun Seol called it, it rang. So it's still on somewhere. I don't think it was given to Mi Rae.

Mi Ran's hubris is making her miss important things.

It is hard to get anything out of her and she has to freely want to give information. This is likely the first time she has mentioned Yeong Hun to him in a negative light.

😂😂 It is rather disappointing- after planning this for nearly 40 years, she leaves such big clues. Her sloppiness is what will take her down.
Even leaving her ex alive 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. Or maybe she wants him alive in case Hae Ra ever has a medical emergency. If her ex is not wise, Choi will be killing him next week and his funeral will be at the motel 😂😂.

😂yes, it's makjang- anything is possible. But he is not deceiving them. We don't know when the killer was released from jail, or when he joined Cheongma. It could have been in those 10 years, and maybe that's when he decided to get revenge on the killer. He and Hae Ra were not together romantically in high school- that's why he freely pursued Eun Seol. Something made him change his mind while he was abroad and he decided to marry Hae Ra. Maybe it's finding out that his Dad's killer was released and is a special hire at Cheongma. Or something else. Or nothing at all and he is just ambitious🤷🏾‍♀️.

That was easy to figure out- Mi Ran's interactions with Hae Ra will always sell her out😂. What will her ex do now? I'm surprised Mi Ran did not spot him, he was not even trying to hide 😂😂.

So Manager Na's box is on Hyeon Jae's desk at home? It is not even hidden. What is Mi Ran doing? She did not even try to retrieve it after she killed him. I was surprised when she let him walk out of the restaurant with it and did not ask her PI to try to get it. She cannot have Choi do it because he will learn the truth. Mi Ran is quite sloppy. Does she not know that Hyeon Jae and Eun Seol live at the same address? Anyway, Eun Seol's revenge is about to receive a big boost.

Seok Jin's Mom finally mentioned her unease with Yeong Hun to him- so now he is getting curious and is finally asking questions. The only person he can question, though, is Yeong Hun. And Mi Ran is going to steal the lighter from Seok Jin's bedroom. Mi Ran is busy. Hopefully, Seok Jin will stay curious. Maybe he will try to trace the whereabouts of the person responsible for the accident, and confront him.

Seok Jin has changed his wardrobe- Hae Ra's doing , I guess.

The writers could just be waiting to give us a shocking reveal. We actually know very little about Seok Jin. They gave us a glimpse of his insecurities when he met up with his high school classmates- aside from that, he has never spoken about his motivations with anyone. We have never even heard his thoughts.

Yeong Hun knows how resourceful Mi Ran is and it is only a matter of time before she figures out what he did. So to keep her quiet, he will get romantically involved with her. Little does he know that he is the one being played.

Mi Ran could possibly end her ex's life after his meeting with Hae Ra today, to keep him from investigating further. But maybe that will be enough to sow seeds of doubt in Hae Ra's mind. If he mentions being Mi Ran's ex and that she could be their daughter, Hae Ra can investigate the rest on her own, even if her bio-dad disappears. Hae Ra will obviously tell Mi Ran about the meeting, leading Mi Ran to take action against her ex. I will be surprised if Hae Ra does not mention it at all. It will mean that she is scared that what he said might be true.

Unfortunately, Seok Jin is also quite selfish. He does not consider the consequences of his actions.

Yeong Hun tried to teach Seok Jin his first lesson yesterday- to basically not care about other people's feelings- in this case he was referring to Seok Jin not caring about what his mother thinks about the engagement. This is probably how Yeong Hun has built his success and Seok Jin has the potential to do the same. But I am sure the lesson will be lost when he learns what Yeong Hun did to his Dad. He should ignore any lessons that Yeong Hun tries to teach him.

I am wondering whether Seok Jin does not know the identity of the person who was arrested for his Dad's accident? Has he not been keeping tabs on him? Does he not know that he is now a special hire at Cheongma? Maybe this is why he is determined to rise to the top of Cheongma? He cannot be happy that the guy who cost his Dad his life is now living well as a director in the company. Maybe he plans to get revenge on him or at least fire him? This can add another layer to Seok Jin's motivations and it is not about greed and ambition. Or maybe he has forgiven the guy and is just ambitious? I do hope there is more to the story. If he has been plotting revenge, it will be heart-wrenching for him to learn that he has been plotting against the wrong person from the beginning.

I really like how the show is portraying Eun Seol's grief. She is not ok and it shows. She has even changed how she dresses. Hyeon Jae was really precious to her. I also like how she mentioned not wanting to go to the restaurant where she used to go with him.
I can't believe Choi actually offered to go with her? Does he feel any guilt?

Seok Jin was well-meaning in offering to replace Hyeon Jae in Eun Seol's life but he knows Hae Ra would hate that and she would make Eun Seol's life even more difficult 🤦‍♀️. If he really cares about her, he should leave her alone. At least she turned him down, even if for fear that something will happen to him too.

Yeong Hun wants Mi Ran to handle mother-in-law duties so Mi Ran can spy on So Yeon🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. Jeong Seon should have insisted on going alone.
I think Yeong Hun just wants to use Mi Ran and when she realises it, blackmail will ensue.

Hae Ra is joining the scholarship program?🤦‍♂️ Must be Mi Ran's doing- she wants her to inherit the Foundation soon.

How will Mi Ran's ex suddenly find Hae Ra? I look forward to watching the two tempers clash. When he confirms that she is his daughter, he will tell her and she will remember Eun Seol's Mom telling her that she does not know who she is. Mi Ran will try to deny being her bio-mother, of course, but too many things will add up for Hae Ra- like how she is nothing like Jeong Seon and Yeong Hun, and why Mi Ran takes such good care of her. She already asked Mi Ran why she cares so much for her. After that, she will ask where the true heir is, and Mi Ran will say she has no clue because she left her at the hospital. Hae Ra will believe her until she remembers Eun Seol's Mom. She will wonder how she knew about the switch, and that she and Eun Seol were born in the same month. On top of that, Eun Seol and Jeong Sun have similar egg allergies, and Jeong took to Eun Seol immediately. She will then do a DNA test and learn the truth.
Hae Ra will be in for a rough couple of days.
In the future, if Jeong Seon refuses to give her the Foundation, I think Hae Ra, under Mi Ran's guidance, might harm her or have her institutionalized so she can inherit the Foundation. I foresee some document forging.

Will Mi Ran's ex survive after revealing the truth to Hae Ra? Maybe not. Mi Ran might have him killed or Hae Ra might kill him herself to protect the life she has.

Only two episodes left this week 😭. We might not get an explosive episode on Friday since we skipped a day this week- so maybe on Monday.

Once he gets a taste of her temper, he will know she is his daughter 😂😂😂. I wonder how he will do a DNA test without Secretary Choi finding out🤔.

Yeah. She needs something more. The writers made it this way for a reason- I wonder how Team Eun Seol will win this war.

They are literally going on breadcrumbs. It will be nearly impossible to put this puzzle together. They will have to rely on mistakes that Mi Ran and Secretary Choi make. I cannot wait for Eun Seol to learn about Choi so she can continue to play him.

I can't believe Seok Jin🤦‍♂️. He acts like he cares for Eun Seol but actually doesn't. It must pain him to see her so heartbroken over another man. He is so self-involved.

Jeong Seon is in serious trouble. How is Eun Seol supposed to try to uncover the truth about Hyeon Jae's death and protect Jeong Seon at the same time? She is so out of her depth and is mostly powerless.

The fact that Mi Ran can open Yeong Hun and Jeong Seon's bedroom door to check if they are sleeping is maddening. I have never even seen Hae Ra in their bedroom.

How many weeks in advance do they shoot? I don't think they listen to viewers- did you watch The First Man? That was terrible and viewers complained a lot, even locally. But they saw the complaints as an excuse to increase the episode count by 20 episodes because any engagement with a show is good engagement. I don't have they changed their script.

So I think they will just follow their script. If they do resurrect Hyeon Jae, it was always the plan because they have left some uncertainties over his death.

I don't think he will commit a crime. But if Eun Seol does reject him, he will do things to try to win her back and also become even more ambitious.
