It will be interesting to see how accepting Jun Ho and Baek Ho's parents are of Baek Ho's first love being engaged to, or marrying their other son, only to go back to Baek Ho😂😂. Very messy indeed.

💯💯💯 exactly. The first time she saw Baek Ho, she should have not blown her cover. She should have continued pretending she was Seo Rin. She really should have never started the revenge. She was just never committed to it.

Next is the classic, "we might be related" plot😂.

I am still shocked by the choices she gave Jun Ho- she wanted him to decide for her whether she should continue with the revenge.
What is worse is that Jun Ho seemed to have made peace with the fact that she wanted to be with Baek Ho- sure he does not like it but it seemed like he was willing to let her go. Then she had to come and tempt him with a marriage proposal 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. And then when he accepts, she says he is betraying Baek Ho🙀. I just can't with Jang Mi😑. She is the one who is now causing division between the brothers. And Baek Ho will still want to be with this kind of a person. I don't like him but he should at least be treated with respect. But I guess she can't really tell him that she wants to use his brother to get revenge on his bio-mom.

This marriage should have happened a long time ago. But there was a real possibility that Jang Mi might have actually fallen for Jun Ho, instead of Baek Ho, so the writer wanted to establish this relationship first, at the cost of the story.

At this rate, both Jun Ho and Baek Ho are better off with Seo Rin🤣🤣🤣. Jang Mi is 🚮. Indecisive people are the worst.

There has been a lot of romance- since the beginning- triple compared to other shows. Sure, their love is not the mature kind because they act like teenagers, but the writers has given us too much of it that it stops being romantic. There has been a lot of PDA between Jang Mi and Baek Ho.
But regarding chemistry- Jang Mi and Baek Ho really don't have any.

I think the excess romance is one of the things that ruined the show. It limited Jang Mi's ability to really invest in the revenge- and even now- she is still undecided. She left her decision about whether to proceed with the revenge up to Jun Ho- that means she is not even serious. After nearly 90 episodes🙆‍♂️🙆‍♂️.

The show had so much potential...

No one is rich enough for an heiress. But Seo Rin is going to mature so she will be a better person 😂.

Yeah- if they had kept her with the Oh family, she might have fallen for Tae Pyung 🤣🤣🤣.

When the show's synopsis said Jang Mi and Seo Rin's fates would become further entangled with the Kang brothers, it really meant it😂😂😂. These are serious entanglements🤣🤣. Will Seo Rin become entangled with Baek Ho, as well? There's just no time for that, though 😪.

And I guess we are now seeing, "love turned into a weapon," too; and "both brothers are drawn to Jang Mi in different ways, setting off a storm of emotions that none of them can escape". The writers are trying to tick all the boxes. However, they failed to tick the Hong Ju one, and the one where Seo Rin lives as Jang Mi. She only lived as Jang Mi for one day.

I don't think it's fair for Seo Rin to be with someone who does not like her for her. She needs to find another love.

Yes- they should have had them marry a long time ago- towards the end is so strange. I just wish the writers did not pit the brothers against each other.

Jang Mi acts like she is some seductress who can seduce Jun Ho lol. Fortunately for her, he already wants her so he is the one who will be doing the seducing. I hope we get some scenes in the kitchen- they both love cooking. The writers robbed us of such scenes in the beginning because Jun Ho could not meet Jang Mi. It's like the writers are doing things backwards. The good thing is that both Jun Ho and Jang Mi know where they each stand so the writers did something right there. So I am looking forward to the collaboration, for as long as it lasts.

Did Jang Mi really say that Jun Ho was betraying Baek Ho? Is she not betraying Baek Ho too, lol? What would she have done if he had said no to her proposal? She would have begged him to change his mind.

I really love how Jun Ho said twice that his parents are Nam Bong and Yeong Ja and Yeong Ja is the only mother that he recognises. Why couldn't Hwa Yeong have been eavesdropping at that point? lol

I will be doing a lot of fast-forwarding through Baek Ho's scenes of crying and begging lol.
So will the First Man be the Last Man? Especially now that the writers are throwing in the Chairman-Baek Ho link into the mix. This just proves that the show is primarily a romantic one. I wish the synopsis had reflected that. But the title and how it relates to the show is honestly really weak.

So Seo Rin will end up with no man, I guess? Sad for her.

The writers are trying to be as unpredictable as possible- are they going to break a few norms in the process?

I have seen a lot of 'not-so-bright' FLs in kdrama dailies- they are generally dumb through ignorance- the way Jang Mi was in the beginning. That is forgivable, I think. Then there's this Jang Mi, post finding out the truth- she thinks she is clever and can outsmart Hwa Yeong but continues to do dumb things. She has overestimated herself😂😂😂. People who think they are clever and are actually not, are dangerous, and a danger to themselves 😂😂😂.

Yeah- who knows- we'll see as the mystery unfolds. Maybe someone gifted the Chairman the cutlery.
But at least we are heading into a different arc now.

Jang Mi is cruel- she will even let him propose 😂😂😂😂😂.
It looks like Jun Ho made it clear that he is in love with her and not Seo Rin, yet Jang Mi is still choosing to go ahead with it under these conditions. So any fallout is really on her. She should have backed out.
It will take some time for Jun Ho to get over her. She is dangling a carrot in front of him - he might have tried to get over his feelings for her, otherwise.

The good thing is that they are in agreement about Hwa Yeong. At this point, Jun Ho can do something for Jang Mi that Baek Ho cannot.
Hopefully, the writers use this break up to do something else with Baek Ho's character. Maybe they will address his parentage.

Jang Mi plans to dump Baek Ho after he proposes 😂😂😂.
Well, it's been a while since we have seem Baek Ho cry- he will be crying a lot this week 😂😂😂😂.

She said Baek Ho while looking at whatever she was looking at. Maybe that was with Baek Ho when he was abandoned.

Yeah. The three of them are living, breathing and walking evidence, and they cannot reveal themselves 😂😂.

So Jang Mi's response to realising that Hwa Yeong had Baek Ho beaten up was to threaten Hwa Yeong by saying, "If anything happens to Baek Ho, I will destroy your precious Kang Jun Ho with my own two hands". There are only two major problems with this plan- Jun Ho is also Yeong Ja and Nam Bong's precious son, and he is Baek Ho's brother. So she would want to get revenge for Baek Ho by destroying his brother? Of course that would make sense to her😂😂😂. No wonder Hwa Yeong smiled at her mockingly- Jang Mi would never do such a thing. Whereas Hwa Yeong would not hesitate to destroy her son's family members. Jang Mi is in serious trouble if this is the only move she has for revenge. But it's what she gets for fooling around for over 30 episodes.
The evidence is the only thing that will save her but I think that will only be in her hands in the last 5 episodes. Since Seo Rin is the only one who knows what it looks like- I doubt she will get back into the Ma house any time soon. She will find it in 5 minutes🤣🤣. So either she wakes up soon with amnesia or she will be manipulated by Hwa Yeong to do her bidding or she will wake up towards the end. But the flash drive is likely going to be moved- but by whom?

The wedding- I think it will happen because the Chairman told San Wol that 'Seo Rin' will continue to live with him after marriage. So I do think Jun Ho will live in the Ma household for a bit. Maybe he will be the one to find the flash. Depending on how desperately he wants to stay married to Jang Mi, he might decide to hide the flash drive and bring it out when he realises that it's wrong. I hope that this will not be the case and that he will be supportive of Jang Mi's quest for revenge against his bio-Mom. But I don't have much faith in the writers- they have really been flip-flopping with Jun Ho's character. and they love major twists. I hope Jang Mi will make it clear to him that she is only marrying him to protect her family and his. I also hope that they discuss that Hwa Yeong is trying to use him to take over Dream.
Alternatively, maybe Hong Ju will find the flash and blackmail Hwa Yeong or hide it. It would benefit her to have Jun Ho and 'Seo Rin' stay married since she has made it clear that she still wants Baek Ho.

Another reason why I think the marriage will happen is because the fight needs to be taken to the corporate level. Hwa Yeong needs a big foot in the door to actually try to take over Dream Group. The marriage will accelerate this goal, significantly. Then after the marriage, the Chairman will likely find out the truth and will collapse, as they keep mentioning. At this point, Hwa Yeong would have positioned Jun Ho to help 'Seo Rin' to run the company and more shareholders will side with her. This will likely bring the twins' bio-dad back and the Chairman will wake up towards the end.
If San Wol and Hong Ju are blackmailing Hwa Yeong with the flash drive, she won't be able to kick them out of the house after the Chairman collapses. But I think Ahjumma Geum Soon will be kicked out once Hwa Yeong figures out that she has been helping Jang Mi to fool everyone. But only after the Chairman collapses.

Could Seo Rin step in for Jang Mi at the wedding?- I don't think so. The wedding will happen soon and she needs to recover a bit. Her face injures are also serious so covering them up will not be easy, even with Jang Mi's makeup skills. Also, Seo Rin replacing Jang Mi will take Jang Mi out of the main story, which is unlikely since she is the FL.

Another reason why the wedding will happen- we have 33 episodes left. If the wedding does not happen, how can the writers sustain the drama? Which direction will it go in?
It will also be fun watching Jun Ho try to navigate the tensions between Hwa Yeong and Jang Mi. He will have his hands full 😂😂😂.

That's probably why her Mom is so hard on her and worries so much about her. She is naive and acts without thinking, sometimes. Her Mom has a right to worry.
