They all live together how would Baek Ho not know about this wedding?!?! ๐๐๐๐
That was the best kept secret๐๐๐. Even San Wol did not say to anything to him during dinner. Does the Chairman know that Baek Ho and Jun Ho are brothers?๐ค๐ค
What is this tea about Baeky-ssi's parentage? It can't be that he's related by blood to Chairman Ma. Hmm it could…
I wonder if Seo Rin will have any time for any character growth. She won't just wake up and be a good person ๐๐๐๐.
There's also going to be a corporate war. So time is needed for that- and that shareholder's son whom Hwa Yeong was looking for very early on in the show to discuss shares, needs to appear. Hwa Yeong needs to rise even higher and taste what she has destroyed lives for, before her great fall.
We also need time for Hong Ju and San Wol's possible blackmailing of Hwa Yeong, after finding the evidence.
To me the villain is the protagonist anyway. If you view the drama with that lens it makes it easier to watch.…
And now that Hwa Yeong is jealous of his relationship with Yeong Ja, she will probably do things to try to harm Yeong Ja or sabotage their relationship. This will make Jun Ho hate Hwa Yeong even more. And when he finds out about the affair, he will not be amused.
So he might be a double agent, eventually.
Hopefully, the writers actually allow the wedding to happen so that Jang Mi can execute her plan to 'steal' Jun Ho from Hwa Yeong ๐๐. I am curious to see it play out. Actual revenge and not just waiting for evidence to get her arrested. I also think Jang Mi can help Jun Ho get over some of his adoption insecurities and abandonment issues . He really needs a friend to talk to.
Maybe the Chairman started Dream Group with someone else and all the founding families use that emblem.
Yeah. So did Yeong Ja and Nam Bong know Baek Ho's bio-parents? Did they know about Dream Group?- I don't think so because they walk in and out of there without hesitation.
Made the executive decision to watch today's episode on my laptop as opposed to my TV because I was serious when…
The synopsis does say- "love turns into a weapon".
A Baek Ho villain arc- I would love that and that will certainly make the title make more sense. Loss of love made him villainous ๐๐. Some of the great supervillains became that way because of lost love or unrequited love๐. That would make for a far more compelling story- but it won't happen because the mystery of his parentage needs to unfold. I wonder how the writers will squeeze that into his story while he is busy running around trying to fix Jang Mi's mistakes๐ค. He won't care about his origins because love is the most important thing to him๐๐๐๐.
To me the villain is the protagonist anyway. If you view the drama with that lens it makes it easier to watch.…
His saving grace is that he is disgusted by Hwa Yeong and has turned his back on her. Hopefully, things stay that way. Hwa Yeong is already a handful. Hopefully, he will help to bring her down.
I hope after that 7 mins of a break up, Baek Ho and Jang Mi will stay broken up for a while, and will not get back together next week. With these writers, I would not be surprised if Jang Mi was back to wearing glasses and living with her family in two weeks because Seo Rin is back ๐๐๐.
On a more promising note, Jang Mi looks like a different person in the preview when she is in her wedding dress. There is a dark look on her face, like the one in the poster. Hopefully, this metamorphosis lasts a while.
With all the talk about Jun Ho becoming a live-in son-in-law, I think he will definitely get married. The bride could be Jang Mi or Seo Rin but my money is on Jang Mi. She is finally committed to the revenge and I think she will see the marriage through. Manager Lee expressed concerns about Jang Mi giving in so easily- Hwa Yeong just brushed them off but I think Hwa Yeong should be concerned- Jang Mi is about to cause serious problems for her, hopefully.
And because of the wedding, I don't think Yeong Ja will catch Nam Bong and Hwa Yeong in the next episode- she would definitely cancel the wedding. Or if she does catch them, she will let the wedding go ahead just to keep Hwa Yeong and Nam Bong apart ๐คทโโ๏ธ.
Could it be at all possible that Jang Mi and Jun Ho are playing everyone, including us? So that they can protect their loved ones? That would be a very exciting twist.
it's interesting to note how jangmi hasn't shown any positive development throughout the 89 episodes; she remains…
๐๐๐๐I don't think it was cowardice. She wanted to have her cake and eat it too. There can be no revenge without sacrifice. Her first break-up is harder for her than losing her Dad๐ค.
The good thing is that from the preview of her in a wedding dress, she has a different look in her eyes. She looks the same as she does in the poster. So will the revenge finally begin? Will we have a metamorphosis of Baek Ho too? I hope they donโt create all this drama only to get them back together next week๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐คฆโโ๏ธ.
Ish the ick. Now they're suggesting Baek Ho and the twins are related eh??!! Jang Mi wants to stay on as Seo Rin!๐คฃ๐ญDoes…
Hwa Yeong kills me. When Jun Ho was in the hospital, she accused Yeong Ja of treating him like she's his stepmother. Now she is complaining that she is treating him like he is her own flesh and blood๐๐๐. I loved that conversation between mother and son- Yeong Ja got some insight into Jun Ho's insecurities about his adoption and it was so sweet that she and Nam Bong have been saving up for his wedding ๐ฅฐ.
I also loved the bio-mom and son conversation where Jun Ho told Hwa Yeong that she should not think of him as her son and she's now his mother-in-law ๐๐๐๐.
To me the villain is the protagonist anyway. If you view the drama with that lens it makes it easier to watch.…
I am rooting for Hwa Yeong all the way๐๐๐. At least she is consistent and serious about her goals. I am also rooting for Jun Ho to overcome her blood that runs through him๐ช.
Wholly agree tat Jump Me shldn't pose the challenge to JH. He was initially willing to reason. Obviously JH took…
๐ฏ๐ฏ All's fair in love and war ๐. The writers are just trying to push this narrative about Jun Ho so am not disappointed. I know he will come around eventually and be better. His only issue has been the Jang Mi drama- aside from that, he has been a good guy. He even cut ties with Hwa Yeong. So this Jang Mi issue will pass soon. I really wanted him with Jang Mi before, and for Baak Ho to be with Seo Rin. But Jang Mi is ๐ฎ. I hope Jang Mi goes to the US for a few years after this to become a chef, then she can come back ๐.

I love Jun Ho too and I want him to have a happy ending and to heal from his abandonment issues. At least he took the news about how evil his birth mother is, very well, and did not fall apart. And this has drawn him closer to his adoptive Mom. Aside from the whole fighting over Jang Mi drama, he has been a pretty solid character.
I would have preferred a fight between the twins- they never grew up together and are polar opposites so it would make sense. Jang Mi has stolen Seo Rin's life and man so there is enough for a good rivalry. They could have had Seo Rin have plastic surgery and bring in a new actress to really immerse herself into the role. Or maybe they should have made them non-identical twins from the be beginning.
Havent watched today's episode yet .... but I am at work thinking : what exactly will be different if Jangmi marries…
Have been wondering about Seo Rin's evidence too. She transferred it from her laptop to the flash drive- so did she delete it from the laptop? Did Jang Mi even search the laptop? What kind of evidence did she think she was looking for?๐
The lipstick is still sitting on San Wol's dresser ๐.
Yeah- the wedding- it's the timing of it all. Should have happened earlier. And the reason for it. I really want to know what Jang Mi's plan is.
Jang Mi, who loves him so much she can't see him get hurt, stands there and lets him be punched and destroyed…
๐๐๐This has not been a good role. Seo Rin is far much better. Jang Mi just needs to make a decision and stick to it- good or bad. That would be more respectable for her character.
Jang Mi, who loves him so much she can't see him get hurt, stands there and lets him be punched and destroyed…
That was silliness on her part- she is toying with people's lives. Hwa Yeong told her something interesting yesterday. She said Jang Mi is becoming like her- willing to make sacrifices. I honestly would not mind if Jang Mi became more like Hwa Yeong, instead of this flip flopping. At least when Hwa Yeong puts her mind to something, she pursues it until the very end, no matter the cost.
Wow, this is a great story. The FL seeking revenge became a defeated coward, and the 2nd ML became a possessive…
Well Jun Ho has agreed to be used as a pawn in a revenge scheme so possessiveness and jealousy is to be expected. Not sure if Jang Mi's plan would have worked if Jun Ho was just like Baek Ho๐ค๐ค. However, I blame the writers for the inconsistencies in Jun Ho's character. He is usually the cool, calm and collected one and is not over the top. And he is sweet too like when he was talking to his Mom in his office today. He was happy when she gave him money for the wedding. He even refused at first, insisting that she should give it to Baek Ho. but she insisted that it's his. Such scenes are cute. And having Hwa Yeong watching it all was the icing on the cake. Hwa Yeong is now getting jealous of their relationship....finally. The writers should focus less on the brothers fighting over Jang Mi, and increase the tension between the two mothers- one of whom is also a mistress.
All this to say, the writers love the drama of the brothers fighting so things will get worse before they get better, and then there will be peace in the land. The writers are also having Jun Ho fight his blood- so he has to indulge in his Hwa Yeong- like 'ambitions' before he can overcome them.
Hopefully, everyone, including Jun Ho, will end up working together to take down Hwa Yeong.
Jang Mi, who loves him so much she can't see him get hurt, stands there and lets him be punched and destroyed…
I honestly blame Jang Mi and the writers. Jang Mi created this situation where there is now increased animosity between the brothers. She already knew that Jun Ho wanted her and was willing to fight his brother for her- so that is why she told Jun Ho everything so he would stop pursuing her. And I really think her plan worked. He had taken a step back and was willing to let her and Baek Ho be happy together. Then she called him and proposed to him, instead ๐คฆโโ๏ธ. She knew the implications but did it, anyway. She couldn't even break up with Baek Ho, face to face, so obviously he will chase her down to want a reason. And this obviously would annoy Jun Ho. She did not end things properly on her end.
I wonder if Baek Ho knows that Jun Ho knows that she is Jang Mi. And, did Jang Mi tell Tae Pyung that Jun Ho knows and is in on the plan? I think she is keeping all this information to herself.
There's also going to be a corporate war. So time is needed for that- and that shareholder's son whom Hwa Yeong was looking for very early on in the show to discuss shares, needs to appear. Hwa Yeong needs to rise even higher and taste what she has destroyed lives for, before her great fall.
