I liked episodes 1-4. they worked to show why Shin was so damaged but that he had redeeming qualities and that Peach saw through that rough (but admittedly handsome) exterior. But then it all fell apart. Shin hiding the relationship, when everyone knew about the relationship...Guy being the absolute worst friend (again, soooo handsome it almost distracted you from the fact that he was just awful), Peach going to a restaurant with Guy was his right, but he should have communicated everything to Shin before going. Going, and lying about it was just low and I get why Shin was upset...But then Shin being a complete asshole and not even to seemingly care about how he was hurting Peach and himself, really. He didn't even show remorse after the fact, which would have helped so much plot wise. Especially because the apology/make up care was just pathetic. Oab kissing Shin without consent...Shin brushing the whole thing off and no one dealing with the fact that Oab had feelings and needed a talking to/conversation to get closure on those unrequited feelings. Atom never, ever getting closure on what he wanted to do with his life. They made it such a central issue and then...nothing. The evil Mom, who didn't ever get a turn around arc, she was just a terrible mom and that was that. The out of no where illness Shin has, with no hints prior to passing out in the kitchen. That is a major liability issue. If he knew about it prior, he owed it to his friends to at least give them a heads up, because he could hurt himself and others on the job.
That is mostly it, although side note, it bugged the crap out of me that they only made like 3 cakes and no one ever learned how to make them except Shin and Peach. And that they never tried ANY other cake or pie. Crappy business model. Along with all the free cake they were always giving out.

I find it ironic that a show that is based on the fact that the main lead doesn't see the value in himself because he is kind of weird is not liked because his character is weird. I don't think the show deserves such a low rating. I have seen much worse shows with much higher ratings. Yes, Jade's character was a bit much, but he knew that, it was kind of the point of the story. Has no one ever met a person is a bit much in real life? Don't they deserve love too? I do hope that Tutor and Yim get another story, because I would love to see Yim not play "different". I know he considers himself an "alien" and in interviews, it so obvious he is weird himself, but I hope, as an actor, he gets to play a run of the mill character. And Yim, I hope he gets to play someone over the top next time, cause he has been cool hot guy a couple times now. Although, I could see the difference between the two different characters he has played.
One thing about Domundi, they are going to give you some tongue. 😂I liked the NC scene's in part because I got to see a different side of Jade/Yim. They had a few moments where they kind of seemed like they were going to give us awkward Jade through the NC scenes and I got nervous. But they, as usual for Domundi, were done well, with a few cringe moments sprinkled in for good measure.
Speaking of NC scenes, ZeeNunew must be shaking in their boots at each NC scene Domundi has been releasing. They get a touch more....elaborate with each show so far. What are they going to make them do for their new show!?
The side couple was cute, I thought they acted well. I probably could have done without their NC scene though. Firstly, it came of of literally no where. They went from talking about dude's dead mom, to a sort of confession of some maybe feelings and then BAM sexy time. It would have worked it they had skipped the whole dead mom background story that didn't really need to happen and maybe had them flirting heavy during that dinner scene. Then, them falling in bed would have made sense. Or kept the dinner scene and walk home scene and left it with them becoming boyfriends, cause the mean guys finally confesses to liking other dude that whole time and that was why he was an asshole the in the beginning. No NC scene for the second couple.

Overall, it was a decent BL. Yes, it would have been just better if Yim had played Jade as just an average, maybe clumsy, really quiet, yes man who gets taken advantaged of instead of awkward and weird, but those people do exist, this was something we hadn't seen before, but that doesn't make this a bad story.
I do hope Domundi spends a bit more time working on some of their stories cause I said the same thing about Naughty Babe, there were flaws in the directing and some of the acting in both that were easily avoidable to make as good a story as Cutie Pie and Bed Friends.
I hope that ZeeNunew's next project, as big as it looks, is done carefully, with lots of different eyes to review it before it releases as well as some great directing.

This show acts like it makes sense but in reality it is too confusing. Also, Te is a jerk. But mostly, I don't understand any of it really.

I love Pavel in this, but Pooh is not giving me enough...anything. During the confession scene, I needed him more desperate to explain to Babe why he lied, because Babe had all the reason in the world to feel betrayed and hurt and honestly he had no reason to forgive him. Pooh didn't really give, "I love you, don't break up with me" I was hoping the cutesy stuff would go away once he confessed to Babe, cause they have shown him being more serious. But alas, nope. Also, his seduction skills need to step it up as well. Pavel is literally top tier sexy. A total Smoke Show. Only he can pull off, CONFIDENTLY, being in the "bottom", when normally he would be cast as a "top". ( I take that back, Apo also did an elite job of being the "bottom" where anywhere else, he would be the "top") I felt this about last weeks episode a little bit. That scene was sexy as hell, and I loved his little smirk when Babe was coming beneath him. It belied his sense of ownership, if you will. His pride at making that fine ass, tough to the rest of the world, come undone. But I needed more from him. Pavel is trying to give KinnPorsche/LITA level scenes and his partner is giving meh. Take today's episode for instance. Babe getting up on Charlie's lap in an open car to ride him was all manner of sexy with a splash o'kink. I needed Pooh to act like he was participating in them shenanigans. Or to at least acknowledge that Pavel up there staring in your eyes as he "rides" you is sexy as hell. He needs to participate more!

Anyway, I needed more AlanJeff, but it looks like we get them next week. We did get a tiny bit of SonicNorth, I want to know more about them as well. Hopefully, we get a bit more from them next week as well. I also need to understand Pete and Way. Cause at this point, how does Pete know Way, and how come he is giving puppy eyes at him.

Is Way the Enigma? Cause it's the only reason why I can think that Way is not catching any hints/clues, out right sayings, that Babe is NOT into him. He is getting on my nerves at this point and I have zero sympathy for him. Babe literally collapsed in his arms, and said "I have never loved anyone before, but I gave everything to Charlie, because I love him" All Way heard was they aren't together, here is my chance! 😒Babe needed his best friend in that moment and Way was too self centered to see it. Even if Babe hadn't got back with Charlie, Way coming with flowers to try and make that a date was just gross.

I don't get those saying Babe and Charlie are siblings...they are literally just kidnap victims who shared a house but never met. Tony may call himself Daddy and maybe he even legally adopts them (although I doubt that, I think it's more of the use of the term adopt in that he is now providing a home and food, in stead of it being legally anything) What ever way it is, it's not brotherly at all. I think the fact that Charlie and Jeff call each other brothers, again loosely, is because they actually know each other when they were in the house.

This was nice, sad though. And not really a BL. Yes, there was hints that the one ML was gay and that the angel actually had someone who like him, but in both cases, the Angel did not like them back. Or was never willing to say that he liked them back. In fact they only show him looking at girls with a friend. In the end, it wasn't even a bromance, more like a really good friend for 2 people who needed that. Now I did like that they showed Koki getting hope from his time with the Angel, but I felt so bad for him because the show left him with very little. The end was a bit confusing too. Did Koki die and go to heaven to be with the Angel? How did he die, what happened to him when the feather fell down and he looked started. I wish it had showed him making a life outside of the Angel a bit more than getting a job and moving, to show why he would be able to move on. Cause realistically, the Angel leaving as still his only friend as well as someone who he actually liked would have devastated him.
Anyway, it was cute, funny (I love Japan's sense of humor!), deep and quick, so it was worth the watch. But don't go into it believing you are going to get any romance.

That is my hope as well. They have all put so much into already, I cannot imagine them letting this all go to waste.

Alan and Jeff are adorable and I want more of them and less of Way. I feel bad for Way but he kind of brought this level of disappointment on himself. Babe was a total slut before Charlie, and he has know Way for years. If he didn't at least give you a try in all them years, why did you think it would ever happen? And yes, you can kind of blame it on Babe, he did know about Way's feelings, I mean come on it was obvious. Babe is extra flirty to people he likes, especially Way, who I think for someone like Babe, it wasn't that he was flirting, I think his trust issues makes him put a wall up with most people and Way was someone who he trusted completely, so he let his guard down completely. It's what you do with someone who is your absolute best friend. It was up to Way to realize that Babe loved him but not in that way, therefore Way needed to maybe confess to his bestie, set some boundaries until he could get over Babe and then work to get over his crush/love for Babe. I am disappointed that he chose to be pissy and mean, like Babe was cheating on him, instead mainly supportive and maybe a bit distant when they announced their relationship. Because underneath it all, Way was Babe's best friend. And if you can't support your best friend, and want them to be happy, are ya'll really friends?
Apparently I missed where Sonic and North are a couple. They came across more like dude bros, which is fine, I just wish, if they are a couple, that it was made a bit clearer.
While I loved Babe and Charlie becoming a couple (especially Babe/Pavel's O face, that part was hot), I definitely feel like the current Charlie is too....meh for Babe. I don't know if it's Pooh's acting or is it just who Charlie pretending to be for Babe and what ever plan he has, but I'm not a total fan. I will wait and see when it's all revealed what Charlie's true self is like, but I wish he were less meh and more...well Alpha. I feel like maybe I want his energy to match Babe's, at least some of the time.

I think he is smart enough to keep it hidden, to see what all Nont was going to do. But at this point, even though they have given zero reason for it, it could be Zoeuy who did it. He is just a little to naive, nice and innocent, especially for that friend group filled with deviants! This shows saving grace is that the mystery of what happened to Nant is good enough to have us all questioning all the things and not just talking about all the NC scenes or some of the bad acting.

That definitely could be the reason he is upset.

I could definitely see Nant somewhere hanging manipulating all of them for how they bullied him. But why he would do that to his brother is hard to explain...

Maybe Prom knew Nant had a twin. Its crazy weird to me that NO ONE knew he had a sibling, let alone a twin, if they considered the friend group "family". At this point, I am like everyone is a suspect. 😂

But to my way of thinking, if the Japanese creator/owners cared so much about that stuff, they should of had script approval and once it was filmed and edited final say if the final product was air-able based on the contract. Also, why would the Japanese creators/owners have no problem with it still showing in Thailand, but not internationally. Especially because GMMTV airs most of their programing on Youtube. That should have been something negotiated in the original contract if they didn't approve international airing. That is why it seems fishy to me, because these are basic contractual addendums. It feels off.

If they would just stop with the English, I could make it through and episode with cringing, much. Some parts are so good, the story is enough to keep me interested, cause while I am totally on the "Nuth" killed Nant and its super obvy" train, but also, I think this show has the potential to pull a double reverse whammy and make it be something/someone totally unexpected. Like Prom, cause he is one twisted dude. I need more of Aob and the other dude cause 1) Aob is FINE but also 2) did he just fall in love with this enemy? Awww!

Something fishy is going on.... cause this show was obviously cleared by the Japanese owners a while ago. They announced this show a year ago, which means they were in talks about it at least months before the announcement. Also, they had to be cleared to be able to announce. Then they took almost a year to film it, and I remember Tay and Newwie saying that the delay was specifically because they (Japanese owner and GMMTV) were working out the legalities. So when they began filming, if everything wasn't to the Japanese owners liking, why didn't they say something before filming finished, or while it was being edited or while it was being promoted to begin...There were waaayyy to many opportunities to stop this and fix what ever was wrong before they aired this. The math is not mathing.

Yeah, I agree that it was supposed to be humorous, but it would have been funnier if she had gone after Tharn, "Like give me the tea, Friend! What's going on with you hand Mr. Hotness over there!" Her bumping into everyone just made it seem like she was again, unprofessional and just not a "put together' as someone who in her position. And it bothers me when they do that to anyone, but especially in one of the few female characters we got. And now that I think about it, even Yai's girlfriend comes off, at least in part, as a harpy/shrew. I don't know of anyone whose partner is away for as long as Yai was that immediately upon returning is as harsh as they made her seem. It would have been so much more balanced if she had shown her loving side as well. Like a big welcoming scene to introduce her character. While I am really loving the show, the way some of the female characters are being portrayed bother me.

This show, which is really good, would be so much better with the unneccesary long shots and extra shots for no reason, like them riding away on the bike, cutting to them zooming away on the bike. Like, once you cut away from the bike, we get it, they left. And this isn't a biking show, so the 5-10 extra seconds of them on the bike, served what purpose? Same for the scene after Mariya smirked after Tharn left because she could sense the sexual tension between them. Like we got it that she GOT it, but then the scene went on to long with her bumping into workers as well as walking away...Like the WHOLE walk away. What was the REASON!? Also, I didn't like that they made her unprofessional. As a member of the police force as well as a doctor, she would not walk in the woods with the earbuds in the middle of an investigation. Especially when she JUST said murders, and drug activity happens there. Then, she cannot take a hit, get back up and help get them out of there to go help catch a serial killer. I hate that weak woman stuff. She would have had to do similar if not exactly the same training as them, or she wouldn't be out in the field.

My last and final complaint is I really wish they had put this on Gagaoolala so that we can get rid of the blurred out bits. LOL. I just want to see something... for research purposes. All joking aside, the nudity isn't necessary but why have it, if they aren't going to show it.

I am digging the storyline, despite the unnecessary overstating the obvious, over dramatized lines. And I am loving the chemistry between Billy and Babe as well as the super tangly complicated storyline of Phaya and Tharn. I am dying to know what past sin Tharn did and to who. Why did the picture brake? What is up with sketchy doctor man? I am REALLY glad that they seem to have enough episodes left to explain it all in detail, so here is hoping they do that and don't leave us hanging. I hope next weeks NC scene is real this time, cause I am ready for these two to admit they like each other.

MeenPing definitely have chemistry together. Meen is hot as hell and Ping is adorable, and that combo helps a multitude of sins. However....I need Ping to step up his game. I actually l loved him in AiLongNhai, but I wanted to see a bit more in this roll. Like being consistent in his comfortability level in a BL. In both this series and ALN, the NC scenes were passable. Not great, but passable. And I kind of overlooked it in ALN, cause it was Ping's first BL I believe. But there were just some scenes (in both series) where it was evident that he was holding back in the intimate scenes. The kiss in the parking lot after Guy finds out Tew is stalking him should have been passionate. Instead they both stood there like statues pressing their lips together. And at least Meen was kissing Ping. Ping stood there giving dead fish lips. I say this about any romance, straight or gay, if your not comfortable kissing your acting partner, regardless of sex, please don't act in a romance. Both Meen and Ping were so stiff in moments that should have been filled with passion and angst, it ruined the scene. For instance, when Guy was begging Tew not to go back to the boss. Ping's crying wasn't bad there, he was really crying there for a bit, but Meen not responding really threw the whole scene off. Ahhh, I just want a bit more from them at this point.
I am also disappointed that we never got a resolution between Tul and Boss. How did Tul forgive Boss, are they boyfriends now, did Tul ever develop feelings for Boss? So many unanswered questions. Like what was the reason that Muffin stopped dressing up, and why were they always acting like she was doing something wrong? Why wasn't Pai at the final scene during the gaming session/dinner?
I truly think 2 more episodes would have been better to sort out everything and make it less...meh. I'd watch another drama with this ship, but I really hope they take more workshops and acting classes before they come back in a series.

I was getting ready to be so upset at the fish lip kiss between August and Day! I couldn't believe Aof would let that slide, and just when I was about to be distraught, the reveal that August was faking his attraction to Day that whole time! ARRRGGHHHH! While I was relieved for Mhok, I was incensed at August. How did he thinking faking love for Day would benefit him. And even if that was his intention, why couldn't he have let Day down easy, instead of running away like a punk for the second time!? A soft, and gentle, hey Day, I thought I could take our relationship further but I was mistaken. Instead he goes with, let me initiate a kiss, and because I find it icky, I'm going to run away and leave a blind man confused and alone, despite promising to help take care of him. Uggghhh!
Moving on to better things, like that kiss between Day and Mhok. Now that was what I expected from Aof. The scene kind of reminded me of Sean and White's kiss in Not Me. Beautifully shot and framed, the story overlapping the kiss. Chef's Kiss! Honestly, no one does longing and heart ache like Aof. I was dying watching Mhok watch Day slip away, just as he realized his feelings. Even going so far as to support his crush and help make August and Day a thing. When he bought the sunflower I thought I was at the highest for the pain level, but when he ran in and saw them kissing and then Day going back in for another kiss. Just lay me to rest. Jimmy conveyed how devastated Mhok was in that moment so well.

I am dying to know what the problem between Day and Night is? They need to spill that tea immediately.
I definitely should have waited til this was all aired, because waiting for another week to see what happened after that kiss is going to be the end of me.

I hope so
