What a beautiful ending to a great story. I loved both seasons of this and this movie was done perfectly to end their story. Quick recap of the show, then on to new stuff. It was beautifully shot and wonderfully acted. I am truly sad this is probably the end for this couple, but I look forward to their future works. The story was good, not too convoluted. I just loved this whole thing! Thanks to those who posted links, cause I was so afraid I wasn't going to get to see this. I would actually pay for this if given a chance as a international fan. I want to own this and the series. Definitely rewatchable

I actually like the show. Yes, Dunk needs a bit o'improvement, but its not terrible. I'm not caught up on the name or looking for the hidden agenda. The plot is Joke started with an agenda but switched to open flirting and got his man. Speaking of, I wished they had had a moment in between Zo telling off Puen and them getting to the apartment, where they showed WHEN it clicked for Zo that he was ready to accept Joke as his boyfriend. Like what was the moment that pushed him fron being at grandma's and saying we aren't boyfriends to grabbing Joke and laying one on him. It could have been a lingering glance at the hospital or while eating congee. Even just riding back to the apartment after the thing with Puen, but it felt a little out of no where he got all seductive and warm. Dunk did pull that off, leading to a hot kiss. You could tell Joong was fixated on the bottom lip, which he has said he likes about Dunk. 🤣

Neo deserves some kind of reward for this role. If he doesn't get all the roles he wants after this, throw the whole company away. Honestly, this show is bringing out the acting chops of everyone. Khaotung and First have always been great, so its no surprise that that they would be great in these roles. I feel like despite what we have seen of the MewTop story, we are going to cry the most over SandRay. I like that we got some vulnerability out of Top. And while I still cannot tell if he truly likes Mew or if he is just ' a challenge' for him, I'm hoping that Mew standing his ground and not being a typical doormat (who I think Top is used to), will have him actually be into Mew. Book is surprising me. This role seemed kind of similar to his other roles, but I feel like he has some hidden depths. I loved that he isn't like, please please just take my virginity, Mr. Hot Man (not gonna lie, if Force were in front of me like that, I would cave). He is like, yeah you are hot, but what else is to you. Ahh, poor Nick. This will be painful to watch but he is totally setting himself up. Boston not even an asshole, he has been totally upfront as to who he is and what he wants. Definitely cannot wait until next week.

Side note: Neo's and Force's bodies are treats for he eyes. Neo's thighs are doing the Lord's work.

Good first episode. I have NO idea how they are going to redeem Kang's character cause right now, he is a raging asshole. Its impossible to ship at this point. Like who in their right mind would fall for someone who did THIS to him and his friends!?!? Ahhh, the magic of TV. His dad situation is not enough for me to empathize with him. But I ended up loving MODC's Xiao Hao Ting despite him being a jerk at first too, so we shall see.

I disagree that Lee Jun is bland, as I keep seeing. I think the reason so many people like him is he is unassuming and cute. He is humble and genuinely trying to do his best, which is refreshing. Especially for people like Choi Jun, who is wealthy and is probably on engaged for his family to make money moves. Or Hyun Jae, and Simeon who work in the entertainment industry and probably met some awful people who will do anything to get ahead. I get why they are all crushing on him.
What I am frustrated with is Hyun Jae dropping hints, seeing Jee Jun being totally oblivious and obviously considering him a friend only and not just out right confessing. Especially now that Choi Jun is in the picture and so obvious with his wanting of Lee Jun. Choi Jun frustrates me, cause he wants Lee Jun, but it never occured to him that being affectionate with Young and then confessing they were engaged wasn't the best way to set up a relationship with Lee Jun. Instead of asking him out, why oh why didn't he come over and just explain the back story. They were doing the whole, let's get to know each other thing, why not continue that.
Ahh, with only 3 episodes left I have no clue how they are going to sort this out with out a bunch more confusion. Which is a shame.
Side note: The actor who plays Simeon's caps distract me the everytime he is on screen.

Just binged it. Really great story, with some real situations. The kissing wasn't great and in the emotional scenes, they weren't the best actors. But I will say that it wasn't enough to take you out of the scene. The trauma was trauma-ing, got a little choke up in some spots. But for the most part this was pretty solid. I enjoyed it

Did you read the books? Cause the books were very graphic sexually. Thai bls are probably our only hope of getting anywhere near close to the original story without censorship ruining it. If the OG show had been allowed to go on, they were doing a great job of watering down the sexy stuff cause the books were detailed.

Totally agree. Yes the OG show and books were better, but at least we got something and it was done well, so I cannot complain too much. Do I miss the 'addicted' parts? Yes, but they did the best they could with what they were allowed to do.

Phew! I knew we weren't ready and we were not! (Especially those in the comments surprised the level of sex and toxic behavior. Like did you even WATCH the pilot trailer or official trailer!?!?)
What this show is excelling at right now is showing these GMMTV boys can act. I always loved Neo and never doubted he could act. He got to not be the comic relief in Eclispe, but THIS! It it was only first episode. Drake being in the scene shoked the hell out of me. Jaw on the floor. Then Neo and Mark....lawd! The tension was on point!
Again, I already knew Khaotung and especially First could act. But I am so happy to see Khaotung play someone so flawed and raw. Like he is unlikeable at this point in the story and I could not see how Sand was going to get to the point where he would be begging Ray to be with him, as seen in the trailers. Then came the apology cigerette moment. Sheesh, once again the tension!
Finally, Force and Book. Book is still playing a similar character so far, but Force is coming across like a predator, something we haven't seen from him yet. Force is already HOT, but Gotdamn! His past roles were kind of safe normal characters. While they had sex moments, they were mostly just normal dudes. Top comes across as a 'I'm sexy and I know it' dude and I was unprepared for Force to up his rizz!

Off to an Amazing start!

I came here to say the exact thing! The camera angle when Sand was lighting Ray's cigerette was soooo good! It helped to build all that delicious tension between them.

Finally found my people on this show. I made one post and was attacked but I knew I couldn't be the only one who wasn't feeling this show. There is like hardly any romance. This was more a bromance than anything.

It's going by too fast!! Come on, KBLs, make your dramas longer like regular kdramas so you can give all the details! I need to know more about the financee comment, how you know Hong Jae? I thought he was like a past manager but he seems stunned as everyone else when Simeon came in. With only 4 episodes left, there isn't enough time to explain it all properly. 😢

Haha at all the butt hurt comments! I said it would be unpopular. I just happened to not agree with all the hype this show is getting. I nevwr said Krist was a bad actor, in fact, I said he was a good one. Just not for BLs.

This may be an unpopular opinion, but this is a luke warm romance at best. Its honestly more bromance than anything, which is typical of Krist. It is still so obvious that he is uncomfortable with the 'gay' stuff. I will acknowledge his kissing has improved somewhat from SOTUS, at least he isn't immediately wiping it off after each kiss (except that one time) but also shows ZERO affection as Kawi. This show highlights why GMMTV leads in their BL dramas, in that they have good writing (although this show is missing some opportunities) and good actors. Krist and especially Gawin (who is doing his damn job well), are great actors. I really believe that is why this ahow is doing so well. But if you really look at it, there isn't much chemistry between them. In character at least. off screen they come across as good bros. The literal definition of PhiNong. On screen though, meh. Piseng definitely looks and acrs like he is love, so like I said, Gawin is doing his job well. Kawi has been an asshole to Piseng this whole show and even when they got together, he still has been an ass. Zero affection, even sniff kisses Krist turns away from. He only ever actually kissed him when he was drunk. Other than that he avoided them. The constant hitting! Sheesh! The NC scene...come on! Kawi was like 'if I didn't ever have to, for the rest of our lives, I would be good!' Thennnn be ftiends then, cause that is what you are describing. I thought maybe they were going down a asexual route, but nope. So why did Kawi want to be with Piseng? He kept asking Piseng why he liked him, well why do you like Piseng? They never showed once why Kawi wanted to be with Piseng, other than Piseng was always there for Kawi and Kawi is kind of a mess. That isn't love. Codepency, sure. He never once has looked at Piseng like he did for Pear. No doe eyes. Which is where the writing failed this show. Its a key factor into why this show is just so-so for me. I waited to watch it because...well, as much as I loved SOTUS (it was my gateway BL), it was flawed in that Krist always acted like Arthit didn't actually like Kongbob back, that he was forced to be in the relationship. And that is the same problem with this show. He gets confessed to and then feels like he is obligated to be in a relationship with this person. So many wasted opportunites to show that Kawi genuinely loves Piseng. Take the theme park. He wanted to go to avoid sex (wasted opportunity #1- why not have him be interested, even excited but scared since it was his first time, as those are normal reactions, instead of being repulsed which IS NOT), then when Piseng said lets play, he was an ass and refused to go do something Piseng wanted (wasted opportunity #2 he could have gone scared, but done it, clung to Piseng and then they could have showed him having the time of his life, which would have made him realize that sometimes scary things turn out hella fun (Max kind of touched on this but this would have sealed the deal).
The montage in this last episode was also wasted. It looked like two besties over the years. One or two scenes where they were making out, making love or even simply kissing with out Kawi looking grossed out would have made it seem like lovers and not friends.
Sigh, oh well. I will not be shipping GawinKrist. I pray GMMTV finds a forever partner for Gawin, cause he deserves it! He is such a good actor, and I cannot wait to see what else he can do. Krist just needs to stay out of the BLs.

Finally binged this. It wasn't as bad as I was expecting. But wasn't good either. It could have been. Yet another series that had potential, but was wasted on bad writing and even worse acting (Gun ruined like every scene he was in with all the grimacing and awkawrd hugs) I sort of liked the plot twist but since it wasn't laid out clearly (at least not for me) that they were all the same people, it fell flat. I was still trying to figure out if Thana was Mai. And also, if Mai loved Ryou with alk his heart, why would EVER cheat on him?! Also who is Darin? Who did Dena become in the future? I saw today there is going to be another Lumonious series with Kaownah, so maybe they will clear stuff up.
