I really liked this show. I would have loved a bit more scenes for the second leads but I liked that their screentime was increased in the last episodes. I also liked the Peoplez-crew a lot. My only complaint would be that not much is happening and that the ML seems a bit flat at times. I love the actor and this role was a bit too fluffy to show off his acting skills. Nevertheless it's a charming heartwarming romcom. There's not much to complain. A nice start for kdramas in 2025.
I simply don’t understand, and I don’t want to understand because I don’t like chemistry—there’s no…
I think he fell in love when they were still on earth. There were some hints. The viewer is basically thrown in minutes before Gong Ryong admits his feelings to himself. That's different from other kdramas where the loveline is told in a more linear way. Here you get snippets and a lot of stuffs seems to happen off screen. It accelerates the story IMO.
I think he's very couragous in his drama choices lately. But sometimes the end result isn't the same as the script…
I loved Lee Min Ho with Son Ye Jin in Personal taste. In The heirs and The King I believed his feelings but not the ones of the FL. I haven't watched City Hunter. It's not available in my region.

I see. I love redemption arcs too. It's understandably more satisfying to watch. It's easier with movies if there isn't one because you dedicated less of your time. In a drama the last episode always needs to have some kind if closure. But I have a feeling this will be the case here.

Ok. I know what you mean. I don't have a problem if the characters in a story aren't perfect cause I am not perfect either. The show can still empasize that it's not good behaviour even if the characters are flawed. The best stories include people doing mistakes IMO. I don't get the "cheating-discussion" either. Isn't it more important how and if the characters learn from it? If some viewers are triggered watching these kind of stories, they have every right to drop the show. I understand. But the story can still be good even if the characters are morally questionable.
Haven't watched this and don't ever plan to. Judging from these comments and the rating, it seems like Lee Min…
I think he's very couragous in his drama choices lately. But sometimes the end result isn't the same as the script promised. Regarding WTSG - it's a slapstick-comedy-sci-fi-romance - something completely different from anything in korean television. You have to adjust your viewing lens to enjoy it and maybe a wider range in what you love to watch.
a time called you, marriage perfect revenge, twinkling watermelon, lovely runner, unlock my boss, my roommate…
IMO these aren't sci-fi but fantasy. There's no scientific background. There haven't been many sci-fi Kdrama. The ones I would add to this little group are:
Are you human too Wonderland (movie) Space sweepers (movie) I am not a robot (sci-fi aspects) Melting me softly
10 episodes in and I'm still enjoying this a lot. It's funny, bizarre and unpredictable. Second kdrama where I am really curious to know what happens next. The first one was Mr. Plankton.
This drama has such good looking and most importantly talented male leads I must say. Both ML and SML did such…
I agree. But I think Bae In Hyuk isn't that convincing regarding romance compaired to other actors or the SML here. Somehow the chemistry in his last dramas was always lacking to me ... even with Lee Se Young who basically has chemistry with a potatoe (not that Lee Jun Ho or Na In Woo look anything like potatoes. Lol). I don't know why, but Bae In Hyuk only convinced me as SML with Hyeri in "My roomate is a guminho".
Honestly, getting a villain twist in Jun Gun Joo’s role as SML was not in my 2025 Kdrama card. Having seen him…
I wouldn't call him evil. He's a nice person at his core whose life is pretty much turned upside down. He is heartbroken and deep inside he knows that his father is a bad person. And he saw his last remaining trustworthy friend beeing bullied and got carried away. He also overheard the old men belittle his family. That's a lot to take in in a very short time. So he basically snapped. I am sure he'll come to his senses. I feel sorry for him really. The actor is killing it btw. He was always good but I think he can be upgraded to ML now.
40 minutes of episode 9 and the main characters hasn’t showed up. Only the scene with Lee Min Ho at the restaurant…
It would have been less gripping for the audience if they knew what the main couple experienced during the rescue ... they probably were half frozen and silent because of the little oxygen that was left ... so basically there wasn't a lot to watch and the stakes felt higher this way.
The chemistry between the main couple could be better. The show is entertaining but also full of flaws. I have fun with it but I prefer the other shows airing right now like "Love scout", "Motel California" or "When the stars gossip". But give it a try. Many people love it.
I really like this emotional rollercoaster of a drama. And finally it was revealed why the mother and Kang Hee behave the way they do. I wish the viewer would have gotten this information sooner though. The two leads have amazing chemistry btw., even better that the two leads in Love scout IMO.
I loved the score though. That would be a 10.

And the kiss sucked. They have chemistry in episode 13 though.
