She and her sister are on the run for their lives ,, they didn't have time to go cloth shopping or styling ,,,…
Lee ji an in my mister was supposed to be so poor that she didnt even have food to eat on many nights and even she dressed better :/ kwon nara is so pretty, they could easily give her simple looking clothes and she'd still look amazing. It doesnt have to be a crazy style. I agree that normal clothes like t shirts and jeans would get the message across too

Honestly dumbfounded at people rn. What do they thinking the comment section is for. its to hate, argue, love,…
Literally, people are taking comments against FICTIONAL characters so seriously and using it as an excuse to attack actual people...
Obviously in a show with two potential ship, there WILL be shipping. People shipping and writing about it doesn't mean that's all their focusing on. Let people say whatever they want, it's not hurting anyone

Waiting for a reply with think-piece on how Happiness wasn’t supposed to contain action and is a reflection…
.....you really did not have to be that aggressive about it. I just wanted to open a discussion here but if you are going to be that aggressive and mocking of someone who liked something you didnt then I'd rather not. Can't say i respect your opinion since you put it so disrespectfully. Have a good day

Happiness isn't bland though? It's not supposed to be about action and people running away from zombies. It was…
And ive seen some pretty "brutal action" as you put it. Yet i didn't mind the lack of it in happiness

Kids who came here expecting anything as bland and boring as Happiness, turn away already lol. I doubt you will…
Happiness isn't bland though? It's not supposed to be about action and people running away from zombies. It was supposed to be about who the true monsters are. It asked some really interesting questions and i loved it.
Happiness was a very mature story meant to make you think deep about who we would be as a a society when facing a calamity. It did a pretty good job of that

Title Liar Game
I was stuck at ep 8 for a month because I didn't want it to end 😂I enjoyed this a lot more than the original…
I havent watched the japanese version. Honestly didn't feel the need to because i just loved this too much and don't want to change the faces of the characters in my mind (if that makes sense to you lol) i loved the ost too!
The strength of the korean version is the charismatic villain. You just. Cant. Hate. Him.

Title Liar Game Spoiler
Nope
It's the sort of romance that's kinda left up to interpretation.
For those who dont want a romantic sub plot, they can consider the main leads as just comrades or friends.
I personally thought they had too much chemistry and way too many sweet moments to be considered just friends or partners. Like when Woo jin stands in front of nam da jung and says he's her guard dog and is her "belonging" (sounds weird out of context but you'll get it when you watch the show). The parallel between the first scene and last scene shared among the leads. First scene is him extending his hand to her but retracting it when she reaches for it, last scene he gives her his hand and lets her take it. Then the part when nam da jung finds out a certain truth about woo jin that he had been keeping from her. The look he gives her and the way he tries to hold her hand (sort of brushes against her hand like he wants to reach out but knows he cant)
Its honestly up to your interpretation. I saw the potential love line. Others may not have. I say give it a go and draw your own conclusions

Let’s put it this way. Ever since ep1, the drama already hinted a past with SU and H. But it has not been shown…
Agreed

Call it whatever u want i still think HwalSol is the stupidest ship i have ever seen. And before people start…
I don't mind your comment at all. I mean its show with 2 ships, obviously there will be polar opposite opinions and i respect yours because you aren't mean or snide about it.
Regarding shipping hwal sol, i feel like just the way we dont understand hwal sang woon ship, you won't understand ours 😅 i mean i for one cant understand how anyone can ship hwal sang woon when they literally have no chemistry but i have a close friend who ships them and we are always arguing about it.
Regarding Si Ho's pregnancy, there are lots of interesting theories and until it's revealed i think we can assume that it's not as simple.

I doubt all action scenes in an 8 episode drama were shown. A trailer is meant to show the best parts in order to pull in the audience and make them anticipate it.

Even though sweet home was different from the webtoon, I still enjoyed it very much. I’m saying this as a webtoon…
To be honest almost everyone in the show overshadowed song kang if that's what you meant by male lead

I was so excited for this but now am Abit apprehensive cause happiness and hellbound let me down.
Happiness and hellbound were not meant to be scary.
Both were dramas meant to ask poignant questions about for example in happiness the point wasnt the zombies killing people, it was about who truly is the monster. When i saw happiness and hellbound i was expecting your regular horror and scares, but what i got was something that required you to look at it deeply. I personally loved both shows (but hellbound could have been a perfect 10 if they had answered some questions about the monsters and their origin)

That's what I think too & I think most people are aware if it.We just want to see the love Hwal & Sang Un both…
The way the two of them keep missing the point.....and they accuse us of misunderstanding them when they have clearly not understood a word I've said.

Why do I feel like Min Sang Woon would be the "real" villain in the end?
That would be so epic but the show doesn't seem to be going in that direction

This needs to be cleared up in order to keep this comment section healthy:
It doesnt matter who ships who. Everyone has their own perspective. Im sure hwal and sangwoon shippers have reasons just as strong as us hwal and sol/siho shippers. However the show is more than just the love story.
What i need to clarify here is that we hwal sol shippers have no issue with hwal sang woon shippers. Almost everyone here is civil about their opinion. The problem arises when we are being targeted for saying that there is no chemistry or that there is forced romance or that gong seong yoon is a better actress. None of these statements are so far personal attacks towards anyone. However i have noticed that two commenters in particular have taken an issue with the hwal sol shipping and feel the need to make snide remarks against us in almost everything they write. We can all peacefully co exist. Liking the 2fl more than the fl is not a crime nor is it the first time that it has happened. Wanting no romance is also not a crime nor a personal offense to anyone. There's no need to respond to perfectly healthy opinions regarding the show and characters with personal attacks and accusations.
People write their opinions regarding characters and chemistry freely here and i like that its all good between us. But this can potentially become a war zone if these things are not addressed. Respond to opinions regarding the show WITH your opinions regarding the show, but dont mock someone or put them down for wanting/Liking something different

You can go ahead and quote, i doubt you'll find any comment targeting you guys for shipping SW and hwal. You'll only find comments talking about the characters and the romance. We haven't taken offence to you shipping a different couple. We take offence to you for attacking US for shipping a different couple. Our comments on the show and characters do not address you in anyway. We don't say stuff like "you hwal sangwoon shippers etc etc." Even now my comments are addressing you and @Dreamy because i have no issue with the rest of the hwal sang woon shippers
Serious question though: how is calling the romance forced personally offensive to you and @Dreamy?

I absolutely loved season 1, didn't even notice that the writer changed after a certain point because i was just so engrossed.
I enjoyed how the show would make you haaate the villains with a passion, would make your blood boil to the point you'd want to reach into the screen and beat them up, but then kim doki would punish them and it would be soooo satisfying to see. Because the show would bring you to the point where you'd want no mercy for the bad guys and kim doki would give no mercy. Reminded me of another show, bad guys.
I am looking forward to the second season and i hope they keep the tone they had for season 1 in this as well. I dont want unnecessary comedy, the amount in season 1 was just right.
With regards to romance, i personally have nothing against it but i don't think it should be overt since that would take away the tone of the show. Plus it would be kind misplaced. I don't mind subtle romance, like in ghost detective, train, voice 2 and 3, happiness, Liar game etc.
You know the kind that is there but doesnt need to be defined or shoved into your face? That's what i would like.
As for who it should be between, i would like it if it was between kim do ki and go eun. Their chemistry was cute and i especially liked it in the latter half. Hana....is a difficult character to warm up to. I seem to have this problem with almost every character esom plays. I don't know why cuz its not like she is a bad actor. But in this show she was particularly unbearable. I guess it was her character. I truly didn't see the point of her character and the show could have easily been just a great without her as well. But that's just me and my opinion. Im sure many people must have liked her too and must have seen something that i didn't
Hope this comes out soon!
