I did a quick search, seems it was released just this July 20, 2023? Chen Kun, Luke Chen are in the cast! Looks interesting, so hope it will be in streaming platforms. I found the TV series starring Luo Jin, but I haven't watched it. Have you watched the TV version?

I've been recommending FOMH to many people. We're watching it in Viu but some are looking for it in Netflix, so hope it will be available there. I think we can drop suggestions to Netflix.
I'm also seeing many FOMH related video clips in YouTube :).

Same here, I usually watch dramas that have completely aired, or start one that is about to finish airing, because I don't like the waiting game. But FOMH is one of those exceptions - I'm eagerly waiting for new episodes to drop and coming to MDL and posting here often, more than I usually do! Not to mention watching previews, clips and interviews for this drama and of the leads/cast (I do this for other dramas I like, but probably not to this level 😂). I need to often remind myself that I have other things to do 😂.

Love how you put it 😍! Their on-screen chemistry is off the charts, it's palpable, and even small actions such as how they look at each other, their smile, an embrace, are enough for me to feel their chemistry.

I first saw WCR in "Oh My General". She's the SFL there and it's her first drama. I love that drama because of Sandra Ma and Peter Sheng (not to mention the story's great). But for a newbie in her first role, I think WCR did well, although her character there is not my favorite 😊.

Episode 31 shows a realistic portrayal of their relationships's progress. Because, although they are already together and their love for each other is strong, it would not always be smooth sailing for them, since both their professions are demanding to a certain degree, moreso on SY, since his job is high-risk. But the important thing is how they're facing these challenges together and become stronger as a result, both individually and as couple. I'm rooting for them all the way! And kudos to YY and WCR for their acting here, especially WCR for her very touching performance in the emotional scenes. And that last scene is just so sweet 😍. Overall, a great episode!

Probably her feeling that she's better than/above others ("gao gao zai shang"), her desire for more power & wealth, and her controlling nature made her blind to her children's suffering, or she simply refused to see the problem and admit that she's wrong. I see so much pride in her.

Some who have read/finished the novel said she won't attempt anything again. But we don't know if the drama will make changes.

So proud of our girl XQ for publicly acknowledging SY as her boyfriend and confessing her love for him in front of Zhai Miao, her controlling adoptive mother, and the ambush blind date that she set-up for XQ. Her (very public) assurance to SY of her love for him is a very big step forward in their relationship and sends a powerful message to Fu Wen Ying (adoptive mother) - that she is not going to give up her relationship with SY this time around. FWY wanted to embarass SY, but she ended up being put in her place. Way to go, XQ!

On another note, I like Zhai Miao's character -loyal, brave, perceptive, and funny. And the brother-sister interactions and dynamics between SY and ZM are so endearing and fun to watch!

If they are really dating, then I'm not complaining 😂. In fact, I wish them happiness and hope they would last. Their chemistry is so palpable and their scenes in this drama are so believable, they don't seem to be acting.
