We can have BLs centered on a male college cheerleader, using another male college student (who also happens to be a musician) to be his fake boyfriend, in order to stop another male college student (who is a bit effeminate) from pursuing him, which eventually turns the fake relationship, into a real one. Yet, we cannot possibly comprehend this BL fantasy, of a nerdy, slightly effeminate male college student, being pursued HARD, by one of the most popular, attractive, sweet, attentive, and nice male senior, who is also sexually attracted towards him?!

"Are we so into toxic masculinity and aggressive relationships in BL that we can't appreciate when we are given such a beautiful story?"

And it still doesn't change the fact, that the miscommunication theme was used for 90% of the series.

The fans of this series, have an inferiority complex regarding KP. They've been desperately trying to make it seem like the setting of this series, is comparable to the violent world of KP. It makes absolutely no sense at all.

Yup. The dislike for even the female child character was ridiculous. Jeesh. I've literally never seen so much misogyny, coming from a viewing audience, which a majority is female based. It's weird, on top of an audience not wanting to see a male couple going through internal issues, that have nothing to do with 1) coming out, 2) cheating, or 3) parents not accepting your choices in your life.

When I read about the sequel, I was just glad that we were getting another season. I didn't put any unnecessary expectations/ wishes in seeing those two characters just being happy, in love, with no issues, because then: what's the point of doing a full season, with nothing to develop? If they had really wanted to go in that direction, the sequel could have just been a two hour film.

"Not keeping your characters in a social bubble, where they only interact with each other is a good thing. People have other people in their lives than just their romantic partners. For me, adding more characters, be it female or male, is a good thing. It adds depth and layers to the main ones. They interact differently with different people, we learn more about them thanks to these conversations."

Thank you. We literally cannot have these main male characters, and their storyline develop as a couple, if they only ever interact with one another. They have to be able to grow as individual characters, as well as a couple. So that should mean, that they have separate interests, goals, and friends from time to time.

I find it strange, that whenever a new character (especially if that character is a female), a majority of the viewing audience is immediately threatened by their presence. These main characters/pairings shouldn't solely exist in a bubble.

This series is a surprise gem out of Thailand for Summer 2022. I absolutely adore ALL of the pairings.

This series was just lovely.

So, we have Tomoyo setting things up nicely for Kaneda and his Senpai Yanase.

How Kaneda sees Yanase is like him looking directly into the sun.

While Yanase is just savoring those moments.

Beginning the week with "Old Fashion Cupcake", then a mid-week dose of "Minato's Laundromat", and finally ending with "Senpai, This Can't Be Love".

Lordt. Shin is very direct, in his pursuit of Minato. Another thumb on a lip scene in a Japanese BL. It's like if Togawa was in his last year of high school, when he met Nozue.

You were correct. Ji Woo's heartbreaking confession, and plea for Seo Joon to forgive him, let him back into his life, and to hug him was so needed. Certain viewers wanted Ji Woo to suffer more, for all the confusion, pain, and heartache he put Seo Joon in, but Ji Woo had also put himself throughout the same turmoil for a year. He was the one that took himself away, from the one person that made him smile. I forgot how beautiful Ji Woo's smile/little dimples were, because he was so miserable with himself for what he did.

How could folks forget the reserved Ji Woo, who said to Seo Joon (to his face), that "he was only interested in him, because he (Seo Joon) was bored?! This young man, wasn't at all ready to just let himself bask in the love, adoration, and support from Seo Joon, because he thought that he never deserved it. That had been established in the first season, so it makes perfect sense to me, why the director in the second season, chose to showcase how those two, especially Seo Joon fought to find a way back together.

It would be great, if another season is thoughtfully planned out, for the continued development of Nozue, Togawa, and their relationship.

Thank you. It seems (to me at least), that all the "let's think about what poor Bui/Build is going through" matters more than, what those individuals felt, when he said those comments years ago, and frankly more than what fellow fans are feeling right now.

He's a grown adult, who should have done something about his past comments, when BOC brought it up to him, before taping began for the series.

He, and his own inaction put himself into this situation. Not total strangers finding the posts themselves on the internet.

C'mon people. Snap out of it.
