It's nearly 6am here so we are probably on the same side of the world. You'll love it.
In a post below, Jilly mentioned that she loved the chemistry between Leo and Reba. Mind you, that is without any mouth-to-mouth kisses between them. Wait till she watch YAMG. Wonder how she will describe the chemistry between Reba and Yang Yang.
No, nothing mentioned about it in the novel, i don't think he has any feelings for her in the school days and…
For the ex, I think they were both considered beautiful girls in their high school days. So the ex saw QJJ as some kind of competitor and the ex said he can have anyone but QJJ because she did not want to lose out to her. Kind of like a pride or ego thing for the ex.
For Yu Tu, I don't think he felt that QJJ was a superficial person, just because she was lively and beautiful. I don't think he had any strong opinion about girls during his high school, because he was so concentrated on his studies. He just was not ready to have a relationship with a girl, so he did not really have any strong feelings toward QJJ.
Oh my god... I just watched The Long Ballad with Dilraba recently and couldn't get over her story with Leo because…
Dilraba is really good in having chemistry all her male co-stars. We felt it in TLB and those who already watched YAMG felt it too. And next year, her next two historical dramas will be aired, and I think we will witness the same thing.
It is very much still alive. Still the most commented forum in all of MDL. But YAMG will have more view counts. All in all, a great victory for Reba that both her dramas did so well this year.
After watching “One and Only” and waiting for new episodes, I’ve come back to YAMG to rewatch because this…
I am watching that as well, while concurrently rewatching YAMG. Just found out from that page that the modern sequel will be aired on 9 Sept., which mean airing time will directly compete with The Oath of Love. Leading us to conclude there will indeed some drama in real life. Will be interesting to see how fans in China will react to two modern dramas clashing directly. I have no doubt they have their respect fan bases, but it will be interesting to see which drama will draw more 'neutrals'.
So, it was added later and YY really directed it? I watch this video too.. And really hoping that it was true..
It isn't all that difficult to know how QJJ truly felt about it. She turned her back and walked back to her car in obvious disgust and disappointment. If she was heartbroken later and rejected YT letters, one can imagine how much more paintful it must have been on the night of the rejection.
It wasn't even too difficult for Gu Man to find out how a girl must feel like to be rejected twice. If she is not too sure, she can do some focus group study with some women, or consult with some psychologists. If she can do so much research to make sure that all the aerospace scenes were realistic, surely she can do the same, to explore deeper how QJJ must have felt like on the night of the 2nd rejection.

This is exactly what I am talking about. No matter how successful she is, QJJ is still a human. And as a human, she must have been hurt deeply by that 2nd rejection. Especially, when the reason given by YT isn't a very great one. True, they are from different worlds, but the fact that she approached him, it shows that she does not mind at all.
So I thought they should explore how QJJ dealt with the 2nd rejection a bit more. It really does not matter what happened in the novel. It is too late for Gu Man to change the novel.
But at the point of filming this drama, they can make changes. If they can make changes to the script and allow Yang Yang to film that scene of him walking by the bus stop, why can't they talk to Reba and ask her if they should film just one more minute, exploring the pain QJJ felt. Reba is a very experienced actress. I am sure she would have been able to make some good suggestions.
True waiting for The Blue Whisper ..I feel my life will be bored coz no more glorious CP from Mon to Weds..maybe…
Oh, if you have thesis to write, all the more you should focus on doing that. Later, when you are free, you can always come back to this forum and ask. And some people will recommend you nice dramas to watch.

If it is true that this is off the script, and this scene took about a minute, I would have thought that it is better to use the minute to explore more deeply how QJJ dealt with the 2nd rejection. Because, there is anger, sadness and humiliation being rejected the 2nd time, and that portion was not sufficiently explored. She merely spent a few seconds in her car, and that was it. This is just my opinion, though.
I have no idea, because at the MDL page of Love Scenery, when I click on the Tencent Video app, it directed me to YouTube, and there is no view counter there. Here, when I click on Tencent video, it directed to Tencent video itself and there is a view counter.
Actually Yu Tu would launch his rocket by all means, but without Jing Jing, his life would not be so colorful.
I think in this show, they are both each other's glory. For QJJ, YT is her glory, as he is an accomplished aerospace engineer, responsible for the launch of that rocket in the final scene that brings so much pride to China. For YT, she is his glory. When he needed support most, she was there for him. She was always his sense of pride as as a wife who is successful, beautiful famous in all of China, and most importantly always supportive of his dream to explore the stars.
She makes a lot of money. He does not. But they have true love. And when you have true love, after marriage, you do not draw a line between who owns what assets. She will gladly share her wealth with him. He will need to put aside his male pride and accept vast financial contributions from his wife graciously in their future life. That will make their marriage truly blissful.
