That is the kind of expectations and comparison we are talking about. So, to meet expectations, we must still at least hit 4B views. For YAMG to hit 5B is no longer possible. Now, I just wonder, can we even hit 4B?

I am going to agree with you. The question is always one of balance. How much to show?? Remember, they have very limited screen time. Each episode is just 30 mins. So, every minute of screen time used to show aerospace stuff mean every minute less to show them getting on with their relationship. And most people do not come here to see too much of the aerospace stuff. They want just enough to show his job, etc. So, it is up the director to make a judgement, how much to film and show.

Also, I am not sure you are aware. People who have read the novel mentioned that there was not even that many scenes involving aerospace in the novel.

They likely increased screen time on aerospace stuff, because it was part of a deal. China aerospace provided some consultancy to the production team on all those aerospace scenes involving satellites. In return, the producer of this drama promised them more aersopace scenes.

I am not too sure about US invading countries right and left. Have not read any news on that. But, I can understand why people feel there are too many of the aerospace scenes. Most people do not have that kind of technical background. Jobs in aerospace are rare around the world. And the really technical portions can indeed be boring (those math stuff). So many just find those scenes boring.

It is only natural that you find something you have no interest in to be boring. So, they are just expressing their views here, just as those who find those scenes interesting are expressing theirs. That is what this forum is all about, for people to express their different views.

Not everyone here needs to have the same view about every scene in order to find this drama enjoyable.

Those who do not like too much of those aerospace scenes are coping well. They just need to fast forward all those scenes. I am one of those. Those scenes are not central to the plot at all, the really technical ones, showing the rover and so on. Not all scenes in aerospace are irrelevant. The one involving the conversation between YT and his ex-prof is still relevant. Those of us who are very experiened in watching drama, we will know when to fast forward and when to stop. In the end, we will enjoy this drama, as much as those who enjoyed those scenes.

I think the same thing is happening to all the game scenes as well. Some like, some don't. Just the natural order of things.

Marital infidelity leads to divorce, but may or may not be career ending. After a while, viewers may forgive and forget, particularly if the other party also moved on and have a happy second marriage.

Nothing to worry. What happened between YY and Bridgette Xiao, as long as he did not get her pregnant and dumped her, it is not to going to hurt him one single bit. If he did date her in the past and they broke up, it is hardly worthy of being a rumour at all. Not going to hurt him one bit. Dating and break up is rather common. Happens to all of us.

China is a big country with many many different ethnic groups. Han Chinese is by far the biggest the ethnic group in China. The Han Chinese kind of started the country of China from around the Han Dynasty. But over the centuries, they conquered other smaller groups of people who were not ethnically Han Chinese. And the Uyghur is one of those. There are lots of others, but these ethnic groups are all very small, compared to the Han Chinese.

Over the hundreds of years, there have been many inter-ethnic marriages and looks have changed. Even Gulnezer looks very Han Chinese. Certainly more Han Chinese compared to Dilraba. So, very likely Dilraba's ancestors did not inter-marry with Han Chinese and she retained her very unique features, with a very high nose bridge. Han Chinese do not typically have nose features like hers.

This has been used against her very often. In modern drama, it is not too obvious. But in historical dramas, her unique features become more transparent.
