YY laughs so readily here. Just shows that he is very different from the character he plays. Which does mean that he can control his emotions quite well and keeps showing that poker face as Yu Tu. It is compliment of his acting skill

For us who came over from TLB, what is there not to like about YAMG? Dilraba did great. Yang Yang did great. All the supporting cast did great. Everything else is great. This is a 10/10 drama.

What kind do you like? Are you a fan of either of the main leads?

His voice. Whether they used his voice while filming, or it was later dubbed in a studio, can't really tell. But, it is his voice.

That is good! If she is done filming The Blue Whisper, it will give her the time slot to film a modern drama early next year, because filming LOA is going to take quite a few months. I know about that rumour, because I went to the page of Ball Lightning and see you commenting there. Whether that is true or not, if she does have a modern drama coming up, hopefully, it should be announced soon. Because Jan 2022 is not all that far away. It really isn't fun to have all these rumours floating around.

Sorry to say I did not read any of her novels. But, it is sad to know that all her male characters have rather similar personalities. Sad, because it would have been more fun to have variety. Readers would have enjoyed reading those even more. And screen adaptations of her novels will be better received too!

I do find this strange, though. She wrote so many novels. Doesn't she herself find it boring to write all the male characters with similar personalities?

Dilraba's real personality is already like that. Playing QJJ must be a piece of cake for her.

He is ok. He is playing YT quite well. Sometimes, opposites attract. If he is also cute and bubbly like QJJ, we may well find this drama too cheesy. Dilraba has a wider range. Maybe in the novel, that is what QJJ is like. QJJ can be cute, serious, hurt, cunning, etc. So, we can see that Dilraba is capable of showing a wide range of behaviour. YT character thus far? Serious, concerned, caring, apprehensive, slightly lacking in self-confidence. Yang Yang is showing all those stuff quite well. He just lacks cuteness, which is fine because Dilraba already showed plenty of those. He does not need to show hurt, yet. I did not see any of his previous dramas, so not sure if he cries well.

That house will not be cheap. It looks like either a condo or an apartment. Very large one. Good view. In real life? Maybe only people like Dilraba can afford it.

Something gave you this good feeling?? Did you hear something from somewhere?? Honestly, Reba does need a new project for modern drama. She finished shooting The Blue Whisper and now filming Legend of Anle. Just for variety, her next project should be a modern drama. Problem is, we are not sure if she has to shoot TBW season 2 early next year. If she has to, the modern drama can only be filmed around June/July and we will only get to see it end 2022 or even early 2023. Going to be a long wait.

Yes, those were good times in TLB forum, and it is so nice to interact here again. So many TLB commentators are here, because we follow Dilraba around.

You are such a keen observer of her face colour. I am truly amazed. My mind just somehow completely screened out such issues. In TLB, some viewers asked if I noticed the red lipsticks she was wearing in some of the scenes where wearing lipsticks would be most inappropriate. For example, like during those grasslands episodes. I completely failed to notice those lipsticks, which was jarring to some viewers.

Likewise here, I was just totally focused on her acting, and failed to notice how white or pale her face looked. But I did notice that her legs were rather pale white, after Gizzy Ashe mentioned it. I usually don't raise such issues, for fear I might often some. But you do have a legitimate point. If the make up is so jarring, it will distract us and cause some unease.

Wish there is a way we can give feedback to the production team regarding such issues.

Or, do you think there is a possibility that her overly white looking face could have something to do with endorsement deals?? Maybe she signed up with some cosmetics companies, and the contract states that in modern dramas, she has to wear some whitening products? If so, there is nothing much she can do about it.

I think that could be the same with those read lipsticks. She is obliged to wear them for certain number of scenes in each drama.

Yeah. All the esports lovers will soon know that this drama truly isn't about those games. Those games were an excuse for them to meet, and kindle their mature love and supportive relationship, which we shall soon witness.
