Whoa. Back the chicken truck up. I wasn't trying to start a fight. I literally was just giving my perspective. Everyone deals with grief, trauma and crisis differently. This was my take. I am the kind of person that puts what needs to be done first and foremost before tackling the rest. And yes that includes having my emotions in check. I know it may not sound logical for some people but that is literally how I have managed to keep going through some really difficult time in my life. Like I said, I am a very rational/logical person.
I am also not saying that a different approach is wrong either. You just asked if it made sense, and to me it does.

As someone who is rational, yes I think this is logical. He is still alive and needs care. Life still has to be taken care of. You take care of the urgent matters at hand while planning. To walk into something unprepared is foolish. And personally, if I was planning to take someone down I would want to make sure my plan is solid so that they cannot get away. Plus she owes him a life debt. To walk away when his life is hanging by a thread would be ungrateful and rude to everything him and his mother did for her. But that is how my brain works.
I should probably add that I am a pretty vengeful person when it comes to anyone messing with my family. So if we went to the extent that someone killed them all. By God you can bet I would be making sure that they all paid a VERY heavy price. I am aware of my faults 🤷‍♀️

yeah. because when anybody talked with her in the past they had tragic fates. you can still be curious about someone and worry about them while at the same time being cautious.
And ONCE again pointing out for the stories sake- IF he walked up to her and talked with her (knowing that in the story he has had feeling all along) and he did not die....well then the plot would tank hard. 🤷‍♀️
I get what you are saying but I am also pointing out the fallicies given the plot.

Would like to point out that every male that tries to talk with her and get close dies. So if I was wanting to try to figure crap out WITHOUT DYING, I as well would probably follow along and observe. Keeping in mind that his specialty is dissecting situations and figuring out solutions.

I hope people are more compassionate towards you if and when you screw up. Everyone does crap that they regret later. It is always amazing how many judgmental people there are that seem to think they are the pillar of moral sanctity. I pray that you are granted the grace of forgiveness if your faults are brought to light of the public.

In this situation yes, I believe there are absolutes. The behavior is criminal. Also people who participate in these behaviors definitely have some sort of mental illness because this is not normal behavior. Do I believe that everyone with a mental illness is out there doing these things? No, because most people are able to control their behaviors and understand boundaries.
