Lucky to be healthy during Covid quarantine time and happy to be able to enjoy this drama w/ both leads among my favorites and a good cast. Like the white horse, too. :)
The story is uneven, and has some of the overused tropes, and I think it flattens out occasionally in the second half. But I like the charming leads very much and enjoyed the drama as a rainy weekend binge. Beautiful OST.
CLOY discussion is very strong on Twitter with lots of videos, photos, and memes. #crashlandingonyouep15 is trending internationally. Be careful not to visit until after finishing ep 16 tomorrow because the posts coming into trending streams from all over the world can be spoilers, though they don’t mean to do that, just the nature of international viewing from so many time zones. CLOY is so loved everywhere: really heartwarming.
I don't want it to end. :(Edit: Hyun Bin ... my goodness, how I love you so. Started this drama solely for him…
Same. I love KDrama and Korean movies; have favorite actors, like all of us, our two leads right at the top. But this drama I watched every week right along with others who love it—laughed, cried, sighed, chewed my nails, and fell in love with the entire cast, writer (even more than before), and production company. Also got a kick at the epilogue nod to “Something in the Rain.” Hope it’s a premonition because a 2-hr Ep 16 seems to be up with something. I hope equally brilliant but thrilling in a good way for the fans. And the OST —so beautiful.
Are the writer's other dramas as good? I've tried 30 mins of Love from a star maybe I should try again.
One of my favorites, and I agree with others to give it time. But I also agree about CLOY being so precious.: I think it’s one of the finest of all K-Dramas. I’m already weepy that the final weekend is coming.
Another charm of CLOY in addition to the love stories and friendships is the clever humor like “the Tomato Cultivator”, who becomes a gamer (I read that Hyun Bin is), cute moments like Captain Pouty for all his toughness, and the sly references to other dramas and drama cliches like amnesia. Fans watching every episode and familiar with the actors and writers along with Korean Drama have special affection for this drama coming from many corners that the production team has pulled together to delight us. CLOY is a special delight for experienced KDrama fans, and the team kept that in mind.

So happy for “Parasite,” and now hope the West will discover additional brilliant Korean and other international films.
