I hate stereotypical uke's. So kudos to Krist to make me fall in love with young Kawi.

Gawin, Krist and their managers/friends hosted a twitter space. Omg! Gawin is truly flourishing not only as an…
Lol, I said that two weeks ago and people were coming for me. "He had always a great personality! He was always like that!"
He really changed. It's lovely to see how much he adores Krist, and how much he enjoys acting in this series.

They are good together, but Gawin's expressions are sometimes repetitive and feel lazy. It's no big deal, I don't want to start drama here. Maybe I feel like that because I rewatched the series so many times, lol. Then of course everything is repetitive!

Why so angry?
I never said he is a bad actor, but sometimes his acting isn't convincing, but then again he shows great talent. In my humble opinion, it's not consistent.

So Gawin nd Krist together aren't as bad as I originally thought they were and I hope Gawin gets more lead BL…
What ...?

I don't think this is controversial opinion because even Gawin has said before Krist has experience and has helped…
"Kawi goes through 5 moods a day"
I don't know the novel, and how that character was originally written, but I wonder if another actor could have pulled Kawi off like Krist does. This character seems so unique with so many different layers.

controversial opinion but krist as an actor is much more experienced than gawin. He has played more range of characters…
I don't have an issue with Gawin's acting in general or how he portrays the role as Pisaeng, but I think his acting is not consistent. He messes up some scenes badly, and I have no idea why the director gives the green light. In other scenes he is doing exceptionally well.
Watching the last episode, I also felt strongly that Krist is outshining him. In other episodes he did a much better job.
But generally speaking, Krist is so insanely talented, he outshines Pear, Max and Not too. It's nobody's fault when Krist is such an acting beast.

god i ship pear and kawi too. god what do i do

I love how flawed the 3 of them are. Yes, out of the 3 Pi is the least flawed but he still makes huge mistakes…
"I guess Pi has goggles on and thinks if Kawi is with Pear that's all he needs to be happy."
That's an explanation I can accept. Most likely he can't see what's really going on. For some reason, he thinks he has no chance with Kawi. In the trailer there is a scene where he wears the same shirt as in the future on the beach. He says to Kawi he will disappear from his life for real this time. So maybe he is fed up with him? Why suddenly? We will find out more about his feelings and thoughts in the next episode, hopefully.

I am blown away by his acting. He is amazing.
Yeah, all the other actors can't do it. They all look the same, just different clothes or hair. Krist not only looks different, he seems different. But I don't know how he does it. The future Krist looked like the 20 years old Arthit in Sotus (who looked much older back then), pretty bulky, manly, I feel like even his chest looked wider, then back to the past he looks like this fragile kitten who should put on some weight. I don't even want to start about the facial expressions. In an interview he said the director wanted them to act like comic characters, in an animated way. Young Kawi 100% looks like some manhwa character! I'm not exaggerating, there are some scenes where I immediately imagined a drawn version of him, like in the preview when he asks Pisaeng out: the look on his face, how he holds his bag - I felt like looking at a drawn character from a manhwa.

Kawi was also kind of selfish imo that is why Pisaeng went away for months. He probably kept giving Pisaeng hope…
Kawi is 100% at fault too, no doubt about that. But the more I think about those 3 people, the more I feel something is fishy, lol. They are all victims, but they also were digging their own graves.

"I don't get why Pisaeng keeps pushing Pear on him"
That's a good question, and the reason why I think Pisaeng's behavior is very questionable. It looks so selfless, but is it really? It's either masochistic or just calculated.
That scene when Pear moved out, he was coming through the door with a big happy smile on his face. He apparently didn't know she would move out, in that moment he was most likely just excited to meet with Kawi. Wasn't he aware of the issue those two have? Not to mention, when you're so in love with someone, how can you be around that person permanently and watching him with another girl? That must hurt like hell. Why doing it? To make Kawi happy? Does he look happy?

Hmm. The more I think about it the more a lot of things don't sit right with me. The episode felt disjointed like…
"A 40 minute show and you waste my time with three songs"
Lol. For real, though! What's up with all that singing? I can listen to the official music videos if I want to.

About the first part: He was drinking a lot in the past too. Max even commented on that. He was drunk in Ep1, when he was dancing in the club. He was drunk, after he confessed to Pear, and she rejected him, he was drunk when he couldn't handle his own feelings and kissed Piseang in that kind of state. So three times he was completely out of it in only 6 episodes. There is a pattern. Still, I didn't expect him to continue this habit and become an alcoholic. But it seems that's the only way he can copy with his feelings.

Pear on the other hand is destined to suffer. She was in love with a gay guy, later with a bisexual guy who loves another guy - Not doesn't look so bad compared to that!

I would just stay in the past. At this point it's better to just live your life again than going to the future and get traumatized constantly, lol.

I think he has all the memories, but he can't access them immediately. It's like the other Kawi takes over and has to explore the brain of the timeline Kawi, if that makes sense. If he stays longer in the future, he sure will remember everything.

It's not easy to save this mess, but Kawi learns fast. Going back and dating Pisaeng is the most reasonable thing he can do. Despite Pear helping him (it's her father who is the doctor), he wasn't texting her about the surgery. Pisaeng did. Pear didn't rush to them, she was very passive-aggressive there. I'm pretty sure she expected a different outcome and behavior from Kawi. I guess those unhealthy relationships between those 3 continued for years.
On Be My Favorite Jul 7, 2023
I think I was a bit harsh on Kawi. Everyone is at fault. Pear for staying so long with him, Kawi for being in denial about his real feelings, Pisaeng for meddling with those two. At first, it looks like a selfless act, staying by Kawi's side as his friend, but he must have known that this causes problems in the relationship between Kawi and Pear.

And like someone said, Pisaeng was the one who didn't want to talk about the kiss in the past. That Kawi is in denial for so long, is his fault too then.

You reap what you sow - that' goes for all three.

He can do it all: being serious, fierce, angry, manly, baby, cute, funny, annoying, beautiful, cool, intense, emotional, sad, happy

Love the series, and I'm impressed by the writing, but if they make Pisaeng the next Singto, I will be pissed.…
On a side note: When Kawi first travelled back to the future, Pisaeng was a mess. He run from his wedding, was drunk, and tried to kiss Kawi desperately. So it seems the only thing Kawi was able to safe in the new timeline was Pisaeng. That he listened to his confession, even though he rejected him, that they stayed friends, was apparently life changing for Pisaeng. He still celebrates the love confession anniversary.
