So far so good. I mean, the romance between Top and Mew is moving so fast that Top seems disingenuine and i don't…
"So far I feel like Top is far better match for Boston." I would dig that pairing. Two players ... how exciting! But we will get top/bottom cliché, player/virgin cliché again. I'm okay with BostonNick, but TopMew is not my cup of tea.
RaySand has a lot of potential. I like Ray's character. He seems to be tough on the outside, soft on the inside. Watching the trailer, it seems Sand falls for him hard. That's cute, and hopefully it won't be too cheesy.
THIS! If you watch The Warp Effect, the sex scenes are like that too. Maybe the actors aren't comfortable shooting…
Isn't it the genre? They try to be edgy and hardcore. I'm not the biggest KinnPorsche fan, but the very first love scenes were mindblowing because of the intensity, the cinematography, the music - very, very hot. I think Love In The Air had some good scenes too, but I dropped that series, because I wasn't a fan of the characters. I expected Only Friends to be more sexy, honestly. What we saw in ep 1 wasn't sexy, it was just ... well, it lacked sensuality. I have high hopes for FirstKhaotung, though. They are a bit more intense and they make you feel more.
But I'm not criticizing it. I mean, it's the director's decision. I really feel that's how it's supposed to be: Raw, unapologetic, not with much emotion involved at this point ...
I forgot to mention that we lost the young audience fairly quickly with only 1 episode in. 😂
I don't think so. Seeing how many are shocked (positively), have to rewatch or need two hours to finish an episode, because they have to pause so often, I assume the audience is still young.
Last night I watched the last episode of Be My Favorite. Tonight the first episode of Only Friends. The two are…
Well, after ep 1 the characters seem interesting enough, the acting is pretty good, there is lots of potential. It will be wasted most likely, but I stay optimistic at this point. My issue with this series (and that made me think of Be My Favorite): the directing, editing of scenes, how they are put together, the background music. BMF felt smoooooooth. This feels choppy. The director of BMF was really on another level. Music, editing, atmosphere - everything was good. The series was like a soft breeze, you were just in it, flowing with it. Watching Only Friends is like getting a slap in your face every 3 minutes.
Well. This is going to be a big incestuous mess of a BL. Cheating, two timing, broken relationships, epic fights,…
It may not be a fluffy BL, but I'm 1000% sure this will end up in some sappy drama like always. The TopMew relationship is already cheesy. They are just acting hardcore.
Mark played a similar character in The Wrap Effect (if I remember correctly)
I don't remember much about the character, I only remember the role wasn't as innocent as in MSP, so back then I had a similar reaction. Or maybe I'm thinking about a different series. Messy memory.
I don't even know what this series is about. No idea if the plot is any good, but I wish them success, especially First and Khaotung. They both seem to be such sweethearts and good people. They deserve it, and they are both good actors, especially First. They deserve a big hit. The OST has already over 200k after only two days.
Krist doesn’t deserve the hate that he gets. He’s really a great actor. People should stop the hate and judgement…
Imagine he would take his life because of this, what would they say then? The cyberbullying got out of hand, and I still don't understand why they chose him as a victim. It seems so random. There are other actors that are more problematic.
I disagree. But you are entitled to your opinion. At least you found out early on that you didn't like it. Hope…
Just an idea: Let them kiss, let them move their heads a bit, change position, from left to right, no heavy make-out scene needed, just get rid of the stiffness, and then let them end the kiss and Krist/Kawi smiles happily, I mean SMILING with his cute eyes shining. Just imagine ... What did we get instead?
Sadly I also dropped this series at episode 9 or 10.. First couple episodes were amazing and I liked their chemistry…
100% agree. I didn't drop it, but it went downhill since ep 9. At the end, it became such a sappy soap opera with too much filler scenes. Also, those slow motion kisses looked too forced, not passionate at all, too scripted, and yes, Krist looked uncomfortable. The first time it was okay, since it fitted his character and his insecurity, but later on ... nope.

That humping scene ... like a rabbit. Who has seen rabbits mating knows what I mean ;P

WTF?
Is everyone doing it with everyone?
I'm confused ...
LOL
