I enjoyed (from most to least) Go Ahead, The Day of Becoming You, Love Is Sweet, and Falling into Your Smile. I think Crush falls in between The Day of Becoming You and Love Is Sweet. I couldn't get into You Are My Glory, although that one was popular. I think I'm into dramas that have more plot going on other than just fluff.
I dont think so. Ashes of love if you go to it under my dramalist it has “season 2” and once you click on…
But it has also been mentioned in the comments section of AOL2 that the production team has announced that they will produce "Love When the Stars Fall" instead of a sequel to AOL. So that means they dropped AOL2 to focus on a new story instead
saw somewhere on Twitter that this and love when the stars fall are going on a re edit and then gonna go through…
It was not these dramas that used Japanese inspired costumes. It was Love Like The Galaxy. All historical dramas are going to go through inspection again to prevent the same thing from happening.
I can't believe how Ying Yuan won't notice that the girl who saved him is Yan Dan. It will make no sense if Ying…
I heard from somewhere that he knew it was her all along but pretended to misunderstand her, thinking that would make her leave him for good. Cuz he thinks they are impossible. He didn't know she would be so hurt and do some extreme things, which he would have to fix later on.
Ep22 so far and until now this mini web drama is really entertaining. There is no draggy moment, I love how the…
I laughed when they took the little kid's ice cream. XD
I've been roaming on some Chinese sites and most people feel positive about this drama (which is not easy to achieve because they are usually picky). Their comments mainly say that they like this drama for reversing norms and making fun of cliches. They are also mesmerized by LXN's beauty. Oh yes, and the kabedon kiss is a hot topic because of LXN's hair strands lol
I wish this was longer cuz it's so good. It's even better than some full length dramas and it totally deserves to have a longer runtime with more fleshed out characters. Even with its length, it still doesn't feel rushed or shallow. I haven't loved a series so much for a long time.
Trailer looks good....is it really small production or low budget drama?
It's not a super low budget drama, but one of the lower ones among the xianxia dramas. It has a promising start, but each lifetime doesn't have enough unique storyline to offer so it feels like just watching the same things happening again and again. I'm not sure if you would enjoy it, but I did at least manage to complete it. I usually drop dramas that I don't like.
People are complaining about the FL being annoying and immature but the ML gets a fair share of that in the later half. They both have their problems.
I really enjoyed the series (minus first few episodes when the FL was toxic) up till the later half where they started to romanticize stalking and obsessive, forceful behavior of ML. He is also bad at kissing cuz he applies too much force and the FL actress looks like she's actually in pain sometimes. The ML was quite uniquely written in the first half, but at the second half he just became a rich and obsessive ML like in other cliche dramas. It was like two different dramas. There was even sexism, ML told a kid that he can't cry because he is a man and men don't cry. FL didn't correct him, and she even spanked the kid (on another occasion) - I'll try to let this slide because it's part of traditional Asian culture. But I would've expected better from FL since she knows psychology. She even started asking Xiao Lu for advice on ML's mental state. Did the director forget who majored in psychology? Also, the Cheng Yin thing wasn't properly wrapped up.
Anyway, it sounds like I'm very negative but I still enjoyed this drama cuz it has some really good moments, the OST is amazing, the overall atmosphere, it really lingers long after I've finished. I would still say this is one of the better modern romance C-dramas I've watched, and I'm still looking for my next drama that matches this quality. It's been 6 months since I've watched this drama.
How is this series? I am planning to watch the show after reading the synopsis.
Out of all the C-drama modern romances I've watched, this one is definitely in the upper quartile. It has some flaws and some frustrating moments, but overall it's decent.

These national titles can never be removed or transferred, they are a representation of pride, glory and achievements. IU and Moon Geun Young will forever be nation's little sister even if a hundred years have passed. There can be other nation's little sisters in the future, but it doesn't mean the old ones aren't.
A lot of people complained about this and I agree with them. I wish they cut out some of the family politics scenes. It took up half of the runtime but brought nothing much to the plot. Drama could have been way better without it.
