I'm still hoping that this is all T-Rex's imagination as he is a psychology major and he seems to be the one "studying" everyone else. It would make a lot of sense and also maybe he is just not good at making friends and this is his way of trying to fix himself and created this whole story based on people that go to school with him. Like all of the Tees are actually represenations of the things he is trying to fix about himself.

Philippines are ahead when it comes to character development and story as far as the ones I've recently watched. I am hoping that Manner of Death will actully be really good as I love Max and Tul's acting. They can pull it off. I am also waiting for a few other Thai BLs to see what they bring.

It's well deserved. The stories so far have been well acted, well developed and really retalable.

I actually thought that they might be hinting at that. Imagine that Terrence needs these two to feel balanced/whole. I would love it if they did. I find that healthy poly relationships need representation. In the US, TLC tried to do that with My sisterwives, but I wish they would do the same for all types of poly relationshios (Gay, Women with two-three men, Lesbians etc)

Also, I wished they had fixed Kla/No they have the best acting so far. The others have regressed so much that it's hard to watch them act. Seems like most of them are still in acting school or something. Gosh I hate to complain because oh how hard it was for us to even enjoy BLs (specially back ten years ago or so I'm old okay) but I've been so disappointed with the content we have gotten in the last 7 months or so. :(

This is a trainwreck and for those that are enjoying it, I'm glad you are. I will watch this until episode 6 and if it doens't improve, I'm out of here. There is no more excuses for crappy BLs anymore. Many other countries have proven that BLs can be both enjoyable and well made/produced with a great development of characters. If Thailand doesn't get with the program, I'm afraid that they will be left behind by Philippines, Taiwan and now Korea which is delving more into the BL world. I leave Japan out becuase they have always been on a league of their own.

What a nice surprise to end the weekend! I knew I had a soft spot for Terrence and I wasn't wrong. I am looking forward to S2 and PND to see how much development these characters go through.

OMGGOSHHHHHH I loved loved loved that Judah was so brave! That part gave me such sweet thrill which is hard for me to even experience with dramas. While the production may not be super high, I love how great the characters are being portrayed and the story has a melancholic feel to it, but in a good way. The Philippine LGBTQ dramas are really setting the bar high when it comes to story telling and character development. Also in my opinion, this and Gameboys should be caracherized as proper Gay Dramas and not just BLs.

I just hope some BL fans start seeing how weird she really tends to be and stop making excuses for her way of thinking/writing. Not just her though, a lot of BL writers have a tendecy to reduce these serious assaults to somehow a "form" of love. It is toxic and wrong even if it's just fiction. Oh well, we all know that a lot of BL watchers don't mind that and have been conditioned to think it's okay to accept it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm seeing a lot of comments here and on YT and other sites saying that we should give this a chance because it's following the novel etc...My main gripe with that thinking is that MAJORITY of people watching this probably have never read the novel and don't understand the progression of the storylines for each character. IT was a poor decision to restart TIN/CAN's story, it was a poor decision to not give us a least a recap of why Pete left or what happened, it was a poor decision to make this drama when one KEY player (Saint) was not reprising his role.

I agree with another comment here that to me what made LBC S1 successful was the dynamic between Pete and Ae. When you take the source material (novel) and then decide to re-write some of the characters' stories to fit S2 (tin/can) then don't give a half-assed drama. Then to leave the most problematic couple untouched (Kla/No) and make a victim actually say he enjoyed what happened to him...Gross. Anyone excusing that let me tell you that diminished capacity to consent (even if you were tipsy/buzzed) is still a NO...Trust me when I tell you that Kla would be in Jail for what he did, no matter how much this MAME chick thinks her rape fantasies are okay because it's only fiction.

I see. I mean the way they framed their comment seems like it was a question "You, what is the reason they aren't doing Bls?" I think they were curious as to why. I could be wrong, but that is how I interpreted their comment to me. LOL it's hard when some punctuation marks are not put in (like commas and questions marks)

^_^ I'm so used to those endearments being overly used around me I am immune to it now LOL I used to hate it. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Given how disappointing it has been in the BL genre for some time, I was glad to find something like Gameboys. I am looking forward to season 2 now. I'm also watching Quarantine the series (also from Philippines) and while it looks "low-budge" or more like a student type of filming, it has such a great promising start with the two episodes that are out. I see it being another series that might surprise us all. Check it out when you have time.
