Im just... so pissed. I would much rather just not have s2 than this. This is not Mames nor P'News first project…
True true. I don't get it. There were othe ways to go about it without sacrificing the story telling from S1, but they chose to "re-write" it and have all us viewers forget all the scenes that were crucial to the story. Also, Perth's acting in the first episode was such a let down.
I hate the idea of remaking Tincan scenes and basically changing the story from S1.It is SO confusing and I just...do…
Yeah it felt inorganic, but I hope that it means they will have a better story line (they were my least favorite pair orginally, but was looking forward to their story developing) If they are going to re-write their story, I also hope they do the same for KlaNo (make it so that Kla never raped Techno, but only made him think he did)
Ok, my understanding of the timeline is this:-the football match is something that will happen near the end of…
If they are going throug all of the trouble of re-booting the Tin-Can storyline, they should do the same for KlaNo (hopefully it turns out that Kla never went as far as he did and it was all a plan)
I had to re-watch this episode. It was so good and I was feeling like I missed so much. But one thing is for sure, this episode made me so depressed. As someone who doesn't like being touched or sex or anything of the likes, I can totally understand wanting, craving and needing human touch. As human beings, it is in our nature to be "social" which includes human touch and for Gav someone who is alone and seems to be the type that loves being around people, it's quite hard for him not to be able to be there for Cai. I totally get where his fears are coming from and it makes him so relatable. Their fight was truly handled well and belieable.
The previous episode was the "honeymoon stage" for sure.
This was a great episode because now we are seeing their relationship really be tested. Gav keeps peeling away the shells he covered himself in after so many loses in his life and he has never properly mourned those loses. Now, he has to add Cairo leaving into this mix and his mental health is just doing a nose dive, with good reason. His character is a lot more complex than people realize because he is portrayed as "goofy, cocky, full of himself" but those are all shells/walls to hide the real pains and fears he feels.
Terrence represents that as well. Allowing himself to talk with his ex is about finally making peace with one of the loses he dealt with. Not having Pearl, his best friend, to talk with pushed him to open up to his ex-boyfriend, who for all intent and purposes does truly seem remorseful and willing to be the friend Gav needs at this time. I am hoping that Terrence is honest and not playing some mind-game with Gav, who really doesn't need that right now.
Cai also has a lot to deal with. The loss of his father, the sudden moving away, being in a a new relationship with Gav where they barely have any human contact, and so on, is a lot to take on. He made some really good points to Gav about letting him in when he wasn't really ready and that he can't allow his insecurities to affect their relationship. They need to communicate and trust each other if they want the relationship to survive. But it will be hard because Gav is hurting a lot inside and he hasn't dealt with any of the traumas in his life.
You changed your DP...I didn't even recognize you. I skipped so much of this episode and rolled my eyes so hard…
LOL true. Ugg the product placements are so annoying. I wish they did it in a way that wasn't so "obvious" but hey they got to get paid somehow. Yeah some scenes are definitely cute, but some are just blah. I am only here for Gunsmile and I'm so disappointed he keeps getting these secondary roles. I'm also warming up to Mil and Phung more than the other couples, but their story is just a re-hash of the main couple from S1. Personally, I hope that whatever other projects these guys get, that it's better material.

LOL If I could really lose some weight with this....Girllllll......
Yes I keep telling myself that this is not Plot driven or even character driven--seems more like a milking the cash cown sort of thing---but it's just..IDK...I was hoping to find something to entertain myself with while I wait for some other dramas, but its a bit disappointing. Eh, if some people find enjoyment in this kudos to them.
All these dodged kisses are giving me flashbacks to 90s Bollywood.
You changed your DP...I didn't even recognize you. I skipped so much of this episode and rolled my eyes so hard on some scenes. I remember 90s Bollywood, what a time to be alive...Can't deny those dance breaks and sudden singing was the highlight of the many Bollywood movies I watched.
