The contrast in the scene of XS smilingly looking at her photo on his phone by the seaside and JH only looking at the shoes instead, would clearly state the obvious. Besides, the love confession frm JH was done when she's drunk. JH probably find consolation and comfort through XS when he was always there during her difficult times. Would that comfort be evolved into unconditional love?

Without doubt, XS definitely selling Tengyue but how was he going to do it with all the parties including JH to benefit from the sales. His philosophy was to make sure all parties involved in his investment portfolio should be in a win win situation. Then, as they moved in to another more slower song, they embraced more intimately. JH's body chemistry took over and their feet move closer in perfect synchronisation. But in order to call the shot later with Teng Yue (whether to close it or absorb it into his new company, he needed to be the majority shareholders, and even willing to reduce his fair stake of at least 60% to 51% as long he's still the majority shareholder. This decision will definitely pose a problem to their relationship in future. At that point of negotiation, Xu Si would not have predicted that he would fall for her and affect them. I'm curious how he would handle this situation then.
Besides, reviving Teng Yue would definitely boost his investment especially when someone (Jianghu) was doing it whole heartedly for free without needing to pay another management company to run it. I'm sure Jiang Hu will definitely feel awful knowing this later...

Totally agree with you on all your points!! So far this drama projects the most accurate hard reality of the business world. Being professionally trained investor, I would not expect Xu Si to be moved by his emotions in his dealings. Contrary, I thought he was generous in personally offering advices, pushes and guidances (maybe not in upfront and nice manner) to Jianghu, Song Yi and Chaoyang.
Ep 11 negotiation scene was tensed and exciting.. I'm surprised Xu Si was willing to settle for 51% stake in lieu of the 3mil rental. For a fair price of 5mil that Jiang Hu bought Teng Yue, he should at least hold a 60% stake. Looks like he wasn't making a rational decision or he valued Jiang Hu's potential and believed she could earn back or the difference of 9% or more.

I have faith with this screenwriter Qin Wen who did an amazing job with "You are me hero" (btw, it's another good drama, if you haven't watch it). She didn't over dramatised the conflicts between the main leads couple and both sorted out their problems maturely and logically. So, I'm expecting the same for Xu Si and Jiang Hu if her writing style is the same.
