Yeah, I wrote in an earlier comment too, I can understand where GNT is coming from but I absolutely do not like his actions. I don't hate him but what he chose to do.
His mother said it best; GNT is currently stuck at a crossroads and when he's done deciding, he'll be able to make his decision and it'll be the best decision for him. What I do hate is that CX has been sacrificed, so to speak, bc of this matter. We (CX included) are just waiting on GNT to make his decision.

Normally I’m not a fan of that either but I do think with the setup here, a simple hand-holding is probably equal to a kiss in other modern dramas, lol. It's enraging that he rejected her after clearly showing signs of acceptance; and I think that's why CX is so upset (along with 99% of the audience, leaving 1% for diehard Wang Kai lovers xD). It really is hard to watch CX be heartbroken and continue to work alongside him despite suffering from heartbreak. I feel zero sympathy towards GNT's heartbreak bc he brought this upon himself (ok, realistically I feel 10% sympathy bc of Wang Kai's sad face....)
In the preview for tomorrow, Ni Zhan appears to have told Nanting that Cheng likes him and that is her business…
I actually don't think NZ is in the wrong at all. It'd be wrong if he attempted a move while CX and GNT were dating but they're not. At this point, GNT won't even admit to him that he likes CX so technically, CX is single! He's shooting his shot!
Whether NZ is doing this to encourage GNT or not (and I hope it isn't bc GNT should not need someone to encourage him to make him admit to his feelings for CX), NZ isn't doing anything shady. He's openly acting on his feelings just like CX was towards GNT in the beginning! Like he said, CX likes GNT and that's on her. He likes CX and that's on him.
