I like this season of 2 Moons. Have I dropped my standards or am I easy to please? I still haven’t found a BL worse than “Check-Out” and even liked some parts of that series.. Lom and Tarn, mostly Lom, could definitely use lessons in kissing from Kevin and Pleum….. definitely my favorite BL kiss scenes from 2022.
From someone who has watched the other two series. I hoped this would leave off with the scandal from 2 moons…
They do address the scandal in episode 7… I like the actors for everyone this go around. I didn’t care for mingkit in season 1 and phawayo in season 2.

Hahahaha you don’t have to have watched the first 2 seasons to watch this one. Plus the first episode kinda gives a little recap of some scenes from season 1 and 2. Just look at this one as a different series.
1. Taking the extra 5 seconds to take off your shoe to throw at your boyfriend. 2. Sleeping in a chair so as not to upset the 1cm wound on your boyfriend’s foot. 3. Needing pain killers for said 1cm wound. 4. Gear and Prince getting it on for 90 secs being sweeter and hotter than any of Sher and Fahlan’s 20 scenes. 5. Nat throwing a Hail Mary in the last 20 minutes to create additional unnecessary drama. 6. Nat succeeding.
This latest episode showcased Aiyaret’s acting. A definite improvement from earlier episodes. I would be so disappointed if Chen Nhai doesn’t get a chance to meet Aiyaret’s dads. They stole the show this episode.

On a positive note, this show did a great job of showing authentic relationship affection. Usually the leads have one big kiss, then they tease skinship for the remainder of the show. I truly felt Kevin and Pleum showed a balanced level of intimacy and skinship. But damn how I wish I was a fly on the wall during their 3 year reunion make-up sex extravaganza. Their chemistry is strong!

I agree with you 100%! Hmmmm okay I’ll give another try. If the ghosts weren’t there, then Kevin would never have realized his potential of being a ghost hunter. He saw real ghosts and it gave him renewed passion for the supernatural. And without watching his ghost family move on, he would never have been able to get over Jake and fall in love with P.

That had to be the most epic break up of all time. Leaving the country then dumping your boyfriend on a live stream where there was no guarantee he’d be watching. And bruh that reunion was so anti-climactic. P waiting around for 3 years! That is some serious commitment. Damn I was eager for their make-up scene. But he’s only there for several weeks… I guess the point is “Make Our Days Count.”
On a positive note, these two actors felt like a real couple. They never had that one and done feeling with their kiss scenes or sex scenes. They legit had more skinship that spread throughout the show instead of the one big kiss then nothing more.
There is one thing Fahlanruk has taught our young population: a stiff alcoholic beverage, in multiple doses, is the cure-all for any ailment. Jealousy, heartache, anger, violence, low self-esteem you name it. A few shots of vodka or whisky makes it all go away. And why did they include Gear and Prince in the Fahlanruk universe? To point out that no one really wants to see a relationship with little to no drama. Holding hands (whoa), studying together (gross), going on dates (ewww), discussing virginity (yuck), communication (face palm), etc are just boring.

No one said they won’t reunite. I think we all know it’ll be a happy ending. The question is will Mangkorn not go, will they have a long distance relationship, or if they will reunite years later?
BTW not everyone reads the novel, so viewers only have the show to base their information. If there is something in the novel that is missing from the show, then it becomes irrelevant.

hahaha it lasts for maybe 1-3 chapters. I have never dropped a BL, but I would have it they pulled the pregnancy. I am all for progress, but I can only handle so much at once. I don’t think I’m ready for a pregnant man.

In the novel Yai (I believe) was given some serum to get him pregnant. It was such a weird storyline. But not part of the Omegaverse where Omegas get pregnant. I thought the same thing in that scene and cringed just a little. Thankfully it did not go further than that comment.
