Are you blind??? OMG the only criticism I have is that it was only 12 episodes. It should have been Lakorn length. 16 episodes at 90 minutes each.

Did they have sex? it seemed that they had a heavy kissing session and maybe some over clothes rubbing. There is nothing in their interaction that screams sex… And to be fully clothed afterward? I don’t know if Korea is that dense in that department. And as jaded as Seo Yi Jun is, I am skeptical that he would engage in sex that quickly. If they did, they definitely should have made it obvious.

“Unforgotten Night” is a masterpiece.

Totally agree with you. And there was no lead in. Did I miss Pao being an addict? There are so few scenes of him that I forget him every episode.

Not to mention Day taking this bloodsucker concept to a different level. I’ve never been turned on by first aid, but I’m willing to try it if Day is involved.

Music is incredibly important to me—I love historical dramas because we get a chance to hear authentic instruments and music of that time period. I do hope there are supernatural elements in this one.

Pao overdosed, and Tin called for an ambulance. Everyone was in shock so they didn’t know what to do which is one of the most realistic scenes.

Have they had any other scenes alone other than that time? Have they had a single conversation other than Khana punching him for the drugs? I prefer Pao and Khana to Day and Itt as far as chemistry, so the lack of screen time is a major let down.

Yes!!!! We are totally on the same wavelength here. It was anticlimactic when Uea reveals he was molested to King. Since we already knew his depressing backstory, the reveal to King did not make me feel they got closer.

I did like that King witnessed some of his issues and was able to be his Knight, but the beginning should have been them fighting. Then the transitions into the backstory and his connection to King would have hit the right spot.

It’s hard for me to find enemies to lovers done well, so it was more of a let down than usual. Which are your favorite enemies to lovers?

I totally agree!!! Enemies to lovers is my ultimate trope and having no scenes where they are true enemies was disappointing. Would have rather seen them fighting than watching depressing Uea’s scenes.

It seems like a double standard right? Korea isn’t allowed to censure gay romance, but China can. In China, there is no other content that has LGBTQ representation, so they must take the censored romance because that is what is available.

If international audiences decide to boycott censored romances, China would continue to produce them-boycotting a show will not change their stance on LGBTQ content. Viewers do get angry when China does it too, but the difference is, Korea has a platform where they can produce gay content freely, without the fear that the Chinese have.

America proclaims itself as so LGBTQ friendly, but has 0 BLs. Thailand is a powerhouse for BLs but the country has limited same sex marriage laws ie 0. You must take these situations on a case by case basis because each country’s circumstances are different. Applying a blanket rule over all of them is unfair because each country is home to different values.

These are the type of xenophobic comments you can, and should, keep in the depths of your bigoted heart. Then when the show is released, simply don’t watch it. Ugh

I actually didn’t mind that Ken cried over Din in every episode because I have positive feelings toward their portrayal of Ken’s grieving process of Din. It’s refreshing for a BL to show the impact of the death of a lover versus killing one off in the end.

Side note: I find it so ironic that they went through all that to change Din, but didn’t change his phone number?? I guess not on the top of the priorities Hahahaha

The revelations keep getting better and better. Two years in and Day’s never given Itt a bj?? This is actually really funny.

On another note, I love Night encouraging Itt to run away. Night is such a great little brother by forcing Day to grow up and be responsible. I wonder if Night and Gear will get their own spin-off.

Loved them in “Big Dragon” and looking forward to new projects!

There should be a MDL disclaimer for new users: Take all ratings with a grain of salt. You will find that people’s taste in shows vary. People will rate shows poorly because they dislike actors.
