I think Eun Soo will see Mi Yeong's husband cheating.
All that is great and all, but the slap needs to happen. It's actually crazy that she would say that about another mother in front of everyone and more so that no one stopped her!
Phew, finished watching this mammoth of a show and it was... fine. Genie, Make a Wish is entertaining and quite humorous. Kim Woo-bin is a pookie whom you'd love to watch. The storyline, however, is stretched too thin and will get on your nerves. I am a little confused about why Ka-young constantly hitting Iblis is considered to be funny. But the B and C plots were surprisingly good and impactful, and there are some great special appearances. All in all, this one's neither here nor there and is ultimately not going to be very memorable for most.
I don't understand why Min-cheol is using Ji-yoo as a hostage here? She's his daughter as well. Everyone is acting as if she's only Sy-yeon's daughter. I am so annoyed.
A little late to the show, but I am HOOKED – Ms Incognito starts in the best way possible, and I am on the edge of my seat already. Jeon Yeo-been is a force to be reckoned with, and the production quality, especially the background score, is absolutely fantastic. All in all, can't wait to see what the tone of the show is in the upcoming episodes!
Finished watching Queen Mantis Season 1 and I loved it. It's more than just another crime-thriller series and showcases the melancholic and heartbreaking side of childhood abuse (or abuse in general) that messes up children for the rest of their lives. The series is intense and rewarding in the end but it's made fantastic because of Go Hyun Jung whose acting is beyond fantastic. She's arresting in every scene.
I loved the show, it was quite entertaining and engaging. Wish it has another season honestly.
Netflix action-thriller film Mantis exists in Kill Boksoon's world and is quite a neat watch thanks to the fantastic performances and the fluid action sequences.
However, it desperately falls short when it comes to the storyline, which feels like an extension of Boksoon without being able to stand on its own two legs. Plus, I found the core story to be quite obvious and repetitive. I mean, if you've seen John Wick, you have probably seen some version of this film. It is entertaining, but don't go in with too many expectations because it will disappoint you.
(episode 6) My anger with the ending knows no bounds. I would not want any of these people to investigate if I were in the victims' position. Their immature infighting will lead to the case never being solved.
I've been going crazy with this series so far, which is rare for me. The tension that the series has created makes me look forward to watching this show!!
