It's to relate and see different views, respectfully, not rudely. The way you phrased it is rude, and you know it is since you quite literally said I know it's rude, especially the part of putting it all in caps. People disagree on looks and different perspectives and thats ok but it's meant to be done with respect. Like your reply to me, honestly you put it in a way better way there, saying you didn't find him visually appealing, much more respectful than saying in all caps he is not good looking. Yeh exactly, I agree 100%. I think they look great and I think they needed a more mature, masculine looking guy for the role, he fits the role so well. But yeh some people just choose to be rude on purpose.

The scene in ep 9 of Qiao Lin and Xu Yan walking side by side, joking around with flashbacks of Qiao Lin taking care of FL during childhood, with FL also cracking a couple genuine smiles, was so nice. It shows that FL's wall around her heart towards her sister is coming down slowly. The difference in how she treats her parents vs sister, shows deep down, she knows her sister truly does love and care for her, and she also is beginning to acknowledge that. It's clear FL has a soft spot for anyone that has shown her genuine love and care. While her parents never did, her sister did. So while she is ok with cutting off her parents (as she should), she still has a soft spot for her sister and it shows. In ep 9, their dialogue as they walk, the smiles FL shows, FL telling her she is welcome to eat with her and come over more, pretty much saying she wants to spend more time together, demonstrates that she also does loves and cares for her sister, because she knows her sister cares for her as well.
I know some people find Qiao Lin annoying and that's ok, but I really loved their dynamic in ep 9 and hope it continues to grow throughout. I hope Qiao Lin can be the big sister Xu Yan always needed. We see in ep 9 how not only when they were younger, but also in the present Qian Lin cares for Xu Yan. How she consulted a lawyer about the possible repercussions of Xu Yan's lies and tells her she supports her, is so sisterly and caring. The joking around and tips Qiao Lin was giving her about making sure Shen Haoming falls in love with her and all that, was very sisterly
Maybe Xu Yan is starting to realize that besides her grandma, when she was young, there were others like her sister who also appreciated and loved her. When times are tough and things are dark, it's very easy to not notice or realize the love and affection some people are showing you. I think in ep 9 the dialogue showed FL does like to be around her sister and hopes to have that sisterly connection. And Qiao Lin for her part, has always loved her sister and cared for her, maybe sometimes she hasn't shown it in the best way, but we see in flashbacks it has always been present.

Yeh 100%, but slowly you can see FL opening up again to Qiao Lin, especially in ep 9, really nice to see her let her wall down, I just hope when things start to go wrong with ML, Qiao Lin can be there for her. I also hope we see a scene of Qiao Lin confronting her parents or something like that, would be nice to see her sticking up for Xu Yan.
