The flirting between them both in ep 14 and 15 during ML's pursuing era is outrageously cute. Sometimes you need a break from the stressful dramas, and the cute and stress free flirting they have in recent eps while ML pursues FL is so good.
Netflix says this dramas has only 16 episodes, but MDL says it has 36 episodes. Which is correct?
Netflix only update the episode count a few eps at a time, 36 is the official episode count. You can also see on iqyi and tencent/wetv they have previews for ep 18 and 19 out so definitely goes past 16.

I'm all for debate and people having their own opinion and I agree dramas should have no break up for this list. But dramas where they get together at the end, that's the thing though, again you are generalizing for other people. As long as they don't break up it fits the criteria for the list. While it may not be what you are looking for when you come to this list, the fact that people suggested the drama in the comments and it was added to the list, show that there are others that do come to this list for those types of dramas.
And again there is more to romance than dating, couples can be dating without it being official. A lot of people like the flirting, like the will they won't they, like the chase before they are official or even dating.

Everyone has different interpretations, so all you can do is stick to what the description of the list says not implications, which is no break ups or misunderstandings. While you may think certain dramas don't belong on the list because of what the list implies or what you believe it should be, at the end of the day those are just your own beliefs and interpretations of the list. I agree, if there is absolutely no romance and/or the ML and FL don't get into a relationship at a ll, or they do break up, then it shouldn't be on the list. But I agree with DramaKC123's reply to you, the drama's you mentioned in your reply all have romance and the couples all get together (besides Behind your touch which I have not seen) and don't break up. Yes romance may not be the main focus or be really prevalent in those dramas, but as DramaKC123 said, the description does not say romance has to be the focus of the dramas. And again, preferences are different, what you might consider showing no romantic interest, to other viewers may be subtle signs of romance that are deep and meaningful but subtle and not in your face.

Yeh the rookie is great, I love Nathan Fillion from his castle days so was glad to see him in it, and yeh chenford is awesome. But yeh I love Chicago PD because it's so gritty compared to other shows especially the earlier seasons. And yeh Chicago fire is all about family and stuff.

Essentially, ML's family owns the company called Shengyuan. FL's family owns company called Yuancheng. The company FL and ML work out now is called Shuangyaun, ML's family company owns 51%, FL's family company owns 49%, so the company is owned by them both.
I think they don't know her because technically, her father doesn't own the company she works at now, but his company owns it. So they probably just know his companies name not necessarily his name, at least that just how I interpret it.
ML and FL just went on the best non-date, date ever. Gaming at the arcade, a movie and then a beautiful nighttime view in a high rise. FL texting him asking if he's home after, then breakfast together in the morning. Call it want you want, but that was their first date.

Glad you're enjoying it, same here, I read the novel and was looking forward to it greatly and so far living up to expectations but I guess thats what you get when you have the screen writer also be the novel writer, plus Gu Man is very good at romance cdramas.
I love the snow scene where ML comes and grabs FL's hand while the annoying Ye Rong is around being pretentious to FL with 2ML doing nothing. You know, maybe I'm reading too much into this, but ML takes two steps at a time like he can't wait to go to her, and she comes running over. Maybe unconsciously, without realizing, she already feels like ML is her safe space, her comfort zone.
Also 2ML is stuck on the top step, half his foot over the edge. A perfect metaphor for him, always stuck on the edge but unwilling to take that final leap, that final step over the edge and towards FL. And in the end, it's that insecurity and indecisiveness that costs him FL, in comparison to ML's complete willingness to walk towards FL , two steps at a time, no matter what.

I agree with @DramaKC123. Everyone's preferences are different. This is a list for no breakups or misunderstandings and happy endings. Whether a couple gets together early or later does not really matter for this list. In my opinion chemistry plays a way larger part than when they officially get together. Of course, I prefer when couples don't get together too late, earlier is better for my preference. But if they have great or sizzling chemistry, where you feel the tension, you feel the romance, you feel them falling for each other, it does not matter to me when they get together. For me chemistry is way more important. I think DramaKC123 said it best romance is much more than just being an official couple. Sometimes you already know the ML and FL are ride or die for each other without them confirming they are a couple yet.
Also let's remember this list is for everyone, not just one persons preference. Just because someone prefer something, does not mean everyone else prefers the same. There might be people out there that like romance dramas where the couple only get together later in the drama giving viewers a final climax after watching the journey of the couple falling in love. Just because someone doesn't like something, does not mean it does not deserve to be on the list. Romance in dramas starts way before the ML and FL become an official couple. There will be some dramas on this list that you or I may not like, but thats ok, this list is for everyone not just matching a single persons preferences. Just wanted to say I love this list, I frequently comment on here to share dramas that I believe fit this list with others looking for the same. Thanks to @MKB for doing a great job creating and maintaining the list, and I also thank everyone else that comments suggestions and adds to the list. So many cdramas, kdramas and jdramas I have thoroughly enjoyed I only learnt about or watched because of this list, especially when I first started watching cdramas and kdramas especially. It's the only list on MDL I continue coming back to and hope it continues to grow with each new drama that releases and fits on the list!

They got no karma unfortunately, but they aren't too annoying, they barely make an appearance, especially the mistress and fake daughter, they are like hardly seen at all. Father is around a bit more especially after when ML and FL get together, but it's not too bad, he doesn't get much time in the story either the three of them aren't too annoying in the plot.
