Yeh I haven't heard much either but normally they're announced not too long before airing, so probably next week we'll hear more about new shows. All I know is journey to legend which is insanely hyped but I'm not sold on yet so not sure if I will watch. Journey of legend has 4 million reservations on both iqiyi and tencent, so I think thats their big blockbuster of September, not sure about Youku yet but seems like there won't be much in September due to iqyi and tencent both airing that drama and not wanting any similar to compete with it seemingly. I'm hoping September isn't a down month before summer really gets started as I've heard a lot about dramas airing in October supposedly but not September.

I agree she's great, love her in destined, heroic husband, follow your heart and joy of life. As for if this is an s production, not sure so couldn't tell you but I hope she gets into bigger and bigger productions in the future

100%, the reveal before the marriage. And btw just curious, you plan on watching When destiny brings the demon? I've skimmed a couple episodes, mainly the recent ones and heard good things about how the main relationship is misunderstanding free and big on communication/no secrets which appeals to me and makes me want too watch it properly, but I think I'll just binge it fully after this and shadow love, just binge it as I'm not really sure what dramas are coming up next besides journey of legend which apparently is really hyped.

Yeh 100% agree, he's way too loud, he likes the attention, being in the spotlight. I haven't heard about the underworld stuff but I trust you when you mention it, I assume they would like it if he's more behind the scenes but he always puts himself front and centre for no reason. I know Bai Lu's contract supposedly up this year, I'm guessing Xu Kai's probably the same or very soon, so hope they both leave. I think they just fear he would smear them if they do.

And yeh I think they mentioned he's like a 500 year old ancient war book or something, I might be imagining the age but I feel like it was definitely mentioned, plus rat elder and everyone else seems to respect him a lot of he's definitely not young. But he acts so childish, it's quite silly. And I agree, I'm hoping we get a surprise by the writers where the angst and misunderstandings are resolved quickly. I saw a scene where ML ties up one of the demons and uses that to threaten but like cutely threaten FL to have dinner with him. I don't mind, that's like cute and funny ways he coaxes FL to come back, I don't mind if they throw in a couple of those types of scenes but I just don't want any divorce talk or like serious break up or serious Cold War with crying and noble idiocy. Give us a couple of cute and funny moments of ML coaxing FL and then end quickly, like you said, lots to do. Like the big villain black smoke three eyed monster hasn't even gotten his body yet, and now we have another side plot of that dream demon that effected their wedding. I hope it ties to the main villain cause I really am not interested in another sob demon story that has no connection.

Hahaha it's no problem I enjoy talking about dramas anyway, happy Tod it. And yeh skipping a few episodes won't hurt, we're both watching other shows as well anyway, so you'll have other episodes to keep you occupied in the mean time.

No you're right about that, if they dated on/after a show more likely I feel it its due to spending months and months together filming and getting to know each other rather than any intimate scenes. And I didn't know that about outlander, I guess that kind of tells you also how many intimate scenes they had 😂good choice after all, anything that makes the actors/actresses more comfortable and safe.

Hahaha of course we know all that, Weishenme and I mostly just kidding around but some actors do get hot and bothered. Theres many stories of actors getting sexually aroused filming intimate scenes, causing delays and having to shoot scenes over and over. Of course most actors are professional, and the whole set with cameras etc like you mentioned make it more a work environment than anything else. One of the reason intimacy co-ordinators are on set is to deal with the situation when actors/actresses become aroused. I mean it's only a natural human reaction. In most situations and most of the time it feels awkward but there are times when they become hot and bothered/aroused, it definitely does happen, there's many stories of it, but again only natural. And there's definitely measures in place like you mentioned to try and minimize it and deal with it respectfully when it happens. I remember one story with Henry Cavill filming the tudors and it was pretty funny how embarrassed he was 😂Of course most of the time like you mentioned its more awkward and the environment and everything going on make the situation barely sensual when filming, but it does happen and there's nothing wrong with that.

hahaha 100% could never be that professional and I feel you, same here, keep replaying the happy times so hopefully the pain of the angst will not be as bad, even though we know it still will be 😂

Agree totally with WZS, and yeh shadow love in the novel crown prince is an annoying problem, especially when he becomes emperor really hoping they don't go down that route. And yeh secrets revealed in ep 29, I'll definitely let you know how 30, 31 and 32. Previews of 30 and 31 tonight as well so I'll have a better idea and let you know. Wedding and romance is nice so why ruin it. I'll definitely let you know though, hopefully ends at 32. Express should be around ep 32/33 or the day after anyway so worse case we can skip ahead see when its properly resolved.

I'm same as you, I hate noble idiocy, it's always for the dumbest reasons just to create angst. And lets not forget she should know by know ML is really strong, like he can take care of himself, why hurt him just to protect him when he doesn't need it. But we won't judge too quick, see what actually happens first the writers may surprise us. But you're right this all is left for way too late, should have happened before marriage. Same thing going on in WDBTD, obsessed 2ml hurting ML and FL to get her for himself, at least in Shadow love which we're both watching, the soldier of the general with the crush seems to have backed off and realized his mistakes (sorry about other drama talk everyone, no need to panic). I'm with you, I think because the scene before was of WZS saying to ML how FL will sneak out at night to meet him, I think it's his doing that she's in pain. Especially, because this is the start of the scene where he peaks at them kissing when she returns.
