Yeh I think so, there was clip earlier someone posted of ML looking for her in her cat form, just like in the novel when she turned into a cat for a bit, then back into a human while in bed. It's the drama's version I think, not fully a child, but her memory and personality are more child like. I think it's nicely done, we get to see more moments of ML taking care of her and relaxing, while keeping the husband and wife dynamic, since she's not an actual child.

Yeh true what you said, the story unfolded bit by bit, every minute was pretty important and engaging, it was more focused if you know what I mean.
