It's 118 chapters and extras in total, with the last chapter having three parts. It's a great book though. There are some very heavy parts and you need to take a break, but You Shulang is so awesome that you keep reading anyway, only for him. :)

Nope, not a love triangle. Fan Xiao is a very devoted lover and has eyes only for You Shulang for all 100 + chapters of the novel.

I hated what he told You Shulang when he broke up with him. Seriously, it was just mean and unfair to Shulang and it sounded like it was You Shulang's fault when it was just Lu Zhen being delusional that Fan Xiao would date him.

I give him credit for being young and for being fooled by Fan Xiao like everyone else, but a lot of it was his own doing.

It's meant as endearment, weird as it sounds. You Shulang is about 6 years older than Lu Zhen, which is not old enough to call him that, but there you go. Spoiler: Later, Shulang dislikes being called that by other people and tells them not to do it.

There is a second couple in the book, but it's very, very minor and if possible, even more toxic than the mains. I'm not sure they will include it at all, because it's not relevant for the plot. Next week we'll know for sure.

The series was completely filmed in Thailand, but Fan Xiao has a very strong Thai background, he speaks Thai, was raised there, etc. The Thai vibe is there because it's canon. It would destroy his character if they were to remove it.
