They didn't hold back punches and even threw shade at their own drama. The ADWAD cast and crew filmed in the middle…
Whoa I didn't get that but it makes a lot of sense ๐Ÿคฃ why don't they just film it as it's summer, rain can be as tragic as snow ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Apart from its ending, I really appreciate the references they sent to the drama industry as a viewer of these…
This really is a multifaceted drama. I can't think of another one that has so many lessons and meanings in it. And all of that not even mentioning how it is basically a revenge for what happened during AJOL airing. Chef's kiss.

This is a story about having to get to know people before judging them. About taking initiative in your own life.…
The comedy level stays pretty consistent until episode 23ish, then it gets a bit more serious, but there are still a lot of funny moments until the very end ๐Ÿ˜Š

question- is this a romance driven plot? or is it equally balanced?
This is a story about having to get to know people before judging them. About taking initiative in your own life. About dwelling in hate and never seeing the actual truth. But also about love, trust and friendship. So to answer your question - there is a lot of romance, comedy, action, and it's very well balanced.

This was just so perfect story to heal after two dramas that left me aching the most after their ending - AJOL…
So happy that they didn't spend time on what happened to the "real" SYM and NF. I didn't know them and don't care. I only care about NH and SQY. Wish they did the same in Mr Queen. Sigh.

Not really, unless you dont mind an open ending. im watching it for the 3rd time actually. It's just that good.…
They all die basically, but at the end there is a very confusing scene of lead's children (which they could not have if they died). So there are two camps, one claiming all died, and the children are just imagination, the second that they maybe survived.

This show is basically a revenge for what happened during airing AJOL. When I learned about it, it really opened my eyes that such a second layer has been included

I read what happens, but for treating NH like shit for 19+ years he should repent for another 19 years at least ๐Ÿ˜ค

I feel this way with cdramas overall, I would appreciate max 1 ep a day, I just can't keep up with this schedule ๐Ÿ˜ญ not even mentioning that I'd like to savor it and maybe rewatch some eps while I'm waiting for the rest, it makes me love the drama even more

remember that everything feels way more intense when youโ€™re watching it live, episode by episode. The angst…
Well said, that's exactly what I thought too! When you're watching day by day, when a plot is dragging and the expectations are high you're getting tired and frustrated easier. Depending on my watching pattern and number of episodes, I can forgive different things ๐Ÿ˜… like with a 12 ep kdrama which airsonly 2 eps per week, the time is so limited, that if the romance doesn't happen fast and they decide on a breakup, I feel that they are wasting precious time. But with 40ep cdrama, we get so much content, that the romance doesn't need to be fleshed out in every ep. With ADWAD we got so much well written and logical romance in the first half of the show, that even if I want more, I already feel really satisfied ๐Ÿ˜… of course I'm not saying that certain things aren't frustrating, but I'm more understanding haha

I'm still a bit behind, at ep 20, but reading all you guys' opinions on the angst I am starting to feel anxious too ๐Ÿ˜ญ I'm always the first one to write any of my problems and concerns about a drama so I totally understand any discussions, I just wish we could be more positive even when we are frustrated ๐Ÿฅฒ I just rarely feel as good as I was when I started the drama, so I'm giving a benefit of the doubt I guess, even if it falls a bit flat...
